McGonagall burst into the Hospital Wing. Draco frowned deeper than before. Nobody else was in a state to say anything to McGonagall but him. Hermione and Potter were sitting against the wall, in complete misery, their best friend was dead. Solomon was trying to get Maya and George to sit down, because both of them were pacing around. Maya had become very close to the Weasley's. Just as Draco had, he didn't want to see Molly's expression when she was told. He didn't want to be there. But he had to. Harry, Maya, and Draco had left in such a rush that he had to leave Justin with Molly and Ginny, he had to go back.

"Mr. Malfoy-"

"Its Ronald Professor, and Fred." Draco said, not finding it appropriate to use his nicknames. Though, he still didn't want to call him by his shortened name.

"What's happened?" McGonagall's voice cracked and shook, these were the students she'd known forever, broken. Draco motioned for the two bed surrounded by curtains, Madame Pomfrey popped in and out of one, bringing in different potions. Fred wasn't waking up. They were beginning to think he was in a coma. He was breathing, but not waking up. Draco ushered McGonagall out into the hall.

"Remember when I said Voldemort was back?" Draco asked quietly. McGonagall closed her eyes and nodded, a slight shiver sent down both of their spines. "He manipulated Ron into drinking a potion that would bring Fred back, but not allow him to come back as a ghost afterwards." Draco explained quietly.

"How is Mr. Weasley, the twin, doing?" McGonagall asked.

"We think he's gone into a Coma." Draco murmured. Madame Pomfrey stepped out of the Hospital Wing, looked at her hands, and began to speak.

"I'm afraid to say, I cant get Ron back, he's gone. I did learn that Fred is no longer a ghost, he is indeed alive, but he wont wake up, I gave him something strong that I use on those who did fall into a coma. He should be waking soon."

"Thank you Miss Pomfrey." McGonagall said. She disappeared into the Hospital Wing again. Draco made to follow her. "What are you going to do?"

"Try and see Fred-"

"About Voldemort you blubbering idiot." McGonagall said. Draco almost chuckled, he found a new respect for the professor.

"I don't know, I have to speak with my Fiancée-"

"Fiancée? You and Miss Granger are-"

"Yes." Draco interrupted. He walked into the Hospital wing, not wanting to be lectured. The curtains around Fred's bed had been moved. George and Maya were talking to him.

"What happened?" Fred asked, Draco walked over to a empty corner, watching Hermione from the side.

"Ron traded his life for yours." Maya whispered to Fred, who sat up immediately and looked at the curtains surrounding Ron's bed. Draco walked over to Fred's bed and made him sit back down after he tried to stand up.

"Don't." Draco mumbled.

"You cant make me do anything Malfoy." Fred growled. Draco backed down and sunk away back into a corner.

The Wanderers had gathered in Dumbledore's old office and sat in silence in a circle. Draco had watched them all sit silently. Nobody had said a word the whole time they were there. And for once, Draco didn't like the silence. Hermione had lost one of her best friends and ex boyfriend, Maya had never seen Fred or George so upset and it shook her pretty bad as well, she was close to all the Weasley's. Pansy and Solomon were worried about having to leave, they didn't want to go anywhere, and neither did he, but he had a place lined up already.

There was a flat he had looked at with the twins before the incident. It was decent enough, not really enough rooms for everyone. Hermione could probably share with Justin if it came to it. He had put allot of thought into it, even if he didn't want to go. He wanted to make sure everyone was safe and as happy as they could be.

He felt Hermione lean into him and bury her face in his chest. He wrapped an arm around her silently and knowingly.

"It's ok." He whispered to her. She didn't move or respond in any way. So he sat silently and watched the rest of the Wanderers stare blankly at the floor. Why wasn't he like them? Why was he the only one that was actually semi-fine? He cared for the Weasley's deeply as well, maybe he didn't care for Ronald, but he was terrified of the look on Molly's face when she found out.
