Extremely late but... Happy New Year and Merry Christmas... Now let me beg your forgiveness everyone, I have been... Well in a funk when it came to writing a lot of things. Add in stress from the holidays, family, work, and other related things... I've been unable to write, or if I have nothing has been posted.

Still I am sorry, and I will try to write more for you guys. Now to all of you, who have supported me through reviews, favs and follows. Thank you very much, it really means a lot to me. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you :)

Now onto the reviews!

Merendinoemilliano: Thanks man!

Rider126: That is an interesting idea, Dorugoramon is one of my favorite digimon. Well the entire line is one my favorites!

Striker56: I am glad you thought so, and yep the ending had to happen.

Kamen Rider W: Intense it was, and it was a lot of fun to write. Also Magnus did get new promotions, they are devil based promotions. Based around the three beasts mentioned in the book of Job.

Random Guest: Something close to it.

Random Guest #2: It will happen.

Michaelluciferking: Hurray! :D

Scrumblenut: Sorry hear about the tears D: Also you have a good point, to be honest I am going to start the process of running this entire fanfiction through a scrubber (See: Grammerly). I used it for my college papers, and it really helped. As to why I didn't do it now? *Looks at the gun pointed at my head* No reason.

AdrianLee28: Thank you so much! However I think Roots of Hope by Dunedan is much better.

Nischaysoccer: I understand your feelings, and your right in that regard. It's one of the complaints I've seen from past reviewers, I hope you stick around. However if you don't, then I am sorry. I would suggest Roots of Hope, great story, and may have more of what your looking for.

Now one last thing, I split this chapter in two. Mostly for my sanity (what remains of it) and just to help me get back into writing.

"… Okay… Where am I?" As I look around in confusion, I try to figure out how to figure where the hell I am. I only woke up a couple of minutes ago, and I found myself in a strange place. All around is turquoise blue long grass, giant trees that looked like something out of a alien fantasy novel. The sky is a mixture of blues, greens, and purples, it's almost like a constant aurora borealis is happening. It's beautiful, I wonder- "Wait where is Sirzechs!? Grayfia?" Before I woke up in this place, I was in the stomach of Apophis's corpse. Along with Sirzechs, his peerage and Trihexa's core, Sirzechs was talking to me… He told me that the leaders of various factions, were going to seal themselves away with Trihexa's core. Yet here I am… Alone, in a very strange but beautiful place. Maybe Ddraig knows something about this place, well hopefully.

"Hey Ddraig, do you have any idea where we are?"

….

….

"Ddraig? Hello?" Why isn't he answering? Is he sleeping from using too much energy? With a frown I hold out my left hand, and nothing happens. "Wait why can't I summon the Boosted Gear?" This isn't good, the Boosted Gear is my primary defense and while I can still fight without it… I feel wrong without the Sacred Gear, like I'm missing a piece of myself. With a sigh I cross my arms, and begin to think. "If I don't have Ddraig, let's try some magic." I hold out my hand and begin to focus, but after a few seconds no magical circle forms. "Magic is a bust too, damn." All I have is my body and martial skills, and quite frankly I am not sure if that is enough. Especially in a situation like this, where I am dealing with the unknown and I have no access to my powers. Back when I was training with Tannin, Azazel, and Uriel, they taught me how to navigate via the stars. However that is completely useless, as the stars here don't match anything in the Underworld. Or on Earth for that matter. With a sigh, I start walking in no particular direction.

"Don't know where I'm going, but no sense in being late."

As I made way through the long blue grass, I look around at my surroundings slightly mystified. This place while a little strange, is beautiful and if it wasn't for the fact that I was forced here. I would say it would make a nice date spot. After ten minutes of walking I found a stream of water, or I think it is water. The color is off… It's silver, or maybe the weird light of this place makes it look silver. Well I am not going to drink, or step in that. I was about to keep going when I heard something.

It sounded like… Humming.

Turning around my eyes widen in surprise. Walking up to me is a young boy, who looks like he is middle school age. He has spikey white hair, with several over hanging bangs. With the back sticking up in such a manner, that he looked like a super saiyan. The kid smiles in a welcoming manner, as his strange liquid gold eyes twinkled with amusement. He wore baggy black cloth shorts, and no shoes. Along with a red Hawaiian flower shirt, his whole appear made him look like a kid surfer. We both stood there staring at one another, until the boy begins to grin. His sharp white teeth stood out against his tan skin.

"Hello Magnus."

If I wasn't freaked out before I am now. Dropping into a fighting stance, I raise my fists up with a frown. "Who are you? Where am I? How do you know my name?"

The kid uncrosses his arms, and taps his chin in thought. "That's a good question." Scrunching his face up in thought, the white-haired kid bites his lower lip. "I don't have a name."

"You don't know your own name?"

"No. I just don't have one, at least one that I have chosen." With a shrug the kid walks toward the stream and sits down, putting his feet in the water he lazily kicks his legs. "There are plenty of names that people have called me though."

Lowering my fists, I slowly step toward the stream. I still don't trust this kid, or whatever he really is but he doesn't seem hostile. At least for the moment. "That still doesn't answer any of my questions."

"Yeah sorry about that." Rubbing the back of his head, he smiles bashfully. "But you have no idea how long it's been, since I've had a conversation with someone that didn't want to kill me. Or flat up just called me names, want to sit down? I promise I don't bite."

Siting a couple of feet away, I cross my legs and turn my head to look at the weird kid. "Please would you just answer my questions."

"Fine…." With a groan he looks down at his feet. "First, you are in a… Meeting of the minds, or souls rather." The kid's eyes turn purple as he shrugs. "Which leads into how I know your name, because this place couldn't form without us forming some sort of connection."

Groaning in frustration, I grip my knees angrily. "That still doesn't answer my first question, what is your name?"

"I told you, I don't have one. I have been called many things, by many people. None of them nice."

I rub my face and shake my head. This is getting old and fast. "Then what have peopled called you?"

The boy looks down at his feet, as his shoulders sag. "Well… I rather not say, but you'll keep pressing the issue until I tell you…. So-" The kid stands up and turns to face me, he sticks his hand out with a sad look on his face. "-People call me Trihexa."

…..

….

…..

I tackle Trihexa to the ground and raise my fist. I may not have my powers, but I can still fight and if I have to kill him like this. Then I will, but before I could slam my fist into his face. Trihexa raises his hands up covering his face and begins to cower.

"Please don't hit me!"

I… I…. Slamming my fist into the ground, my arm begins to shake violently. I can't kill a kid… Even if it's Trihexa… Damn it! "Explain. Now!"

With a large gulp Trihexa, lowers his arms slightly. "Um… Back when you stuck your hand into my chest, and when I pierced your Sacred Gear with my wing. I think a piece of me got stuck in you, and a piece of you got stuck in me. That's how the connection formed; I think. It was never intentional. It just kinda happened."

Taking several breaths, I stand up and begin to pace back and forth. My mind began to race a million miles a minute, so many questions, so many questions. I am not even sure where, or how to start asking any of them.

As I paced, Trihexa slowly sits up with a sad look on his face. "This is why I didn't want to tell you, when people find out what I am."

"Wait people? What in the world are you talking about? Wait if you can talk? Why couldn't you talk before? Why do you do… What you do?" I stop pacing to glare at the entity.

Trihexa looks down as his eyes change to red. "Well this is something I never get to talk about…" His eyes change to green, as a smile appears on his face. "Okay this is going to be fun! Sit down, sit down!" When I raise an eyebrow, he puts his hands on his hips. "Like you have somewhere else to be?"

Huffing out a sigh, I shake my head. "I don't have much of a choice." Sitting on the ground, I gesture to the Beast of the Apocalypse to start speaking.

"Well a long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long time ago… There was three siblings! Each one possessing incredible powers, one controlled the power of the Infinite Void! The middle child-controlled Dreams and Illusions, and the youngest well that one had the power of Change. Now each of the siblings, lived in a really big house together. Well one day the middle child wanted his own place, so he decided to make one of his very own. While the oldest and youngest remained at home, until something changed. The youngest sibling decided go visit his elder sibling, but-" Trihexa sighs and looks down, his hair deflating in the process. "-Something weird happened, the youngest went insane and the two fought. It ended with the middle-one's place being wrecked, so they had to move back with the eldest."

I silently wait for Trihexa to go on, but he seems to have zoned out. "Trihexa?"

"Sorry about that." Trihexa shakes his head, his eyes turning brown. "Just a… Bad memory. Anyway! After a short time together again, the middle one leaves and makes his own place again and… Well I think you can figure out the rest of the story from there. Because it went on, and on, and on."

Taking in a breath, I rub the bridge of my nose. "Let me get this straight…. Great Red, Ophis, and you…. Are literally…. Creation Gods!?"

"Well… Sort of… The one you call Ophis, is the god of the Infinite Void. The middle one, Great Red used his powers to create the world's outside of everything. I sadly… Ended up-"

"Destroying everything?"

Trihexa's eyes turn bright red, as the ground begins to quake. "I don't destroy!" The once peaceful and majestic looking sky clouded over, thunder roared as purple lightning flashed through the sky. "I'm not a destroyer! I'm not a monster! I change things! I'm not evil!" His veins were more pronounced, as his voice became monstrous.

"Okay! I get it, I get it! Just calm down… No need for the light show." Note to self, never mention destroying around Trihexa. Ever.

Taking in several deep breaths, Trihexa shakes his head. "I'm good, I'm good." The world around us reverted to what passes as normal as Trihexa calmed down. "Sorry… I… I have a problem with the 'D' word. Please don't say it around me, I really can't stand that word. It triggers me."

"Got it… So... Then… Why do you… Do… What you do? Can't you change things without…" Come on what's the word I'm looking for. "… Without causing such… Mayhem?"

"Change isn't good or bad, it's just change." Trihexa shrugs his shoulders with a frown. "I can't stop that… No matter how much I want to… Magnus you have to understand something, when I'm doing what… I was made to do, I'm not in control of my actions… Literally! Whatever formed us made it so that when I am awake in the physical realms, that I am just a beast of instinct."

Yeah, and I was born yesterday. "Right, and I should believe this why?"

"Come on surly you noticed. Think back on when you fought my core, did I ever attack first?" Trihexa raises an eyebrow and gestures at me.

"… I rather not answer that."

Clapping his hands together with a large Trihexa starts to laugh. "See!"

"Okay, say I believe… All of this. That you're not what you say you are, that Great Red created the world…. Or rather worlds, is there I don't know… A way to stop you?"

"You want to stop change…? One of the few constants forces in the world?" Trihexa had a look on his face that said, 'You are so utterly insane and stupid, I don't know whether to feel sorry for you, or slap you'.

"You say change is one of the few forces, but can't you change? I mean from what you're saying, your kind of static."

Trihexa raises a finger and opens his mouth, but then he closes it with a frown. Lowering his hand the Beast of the Apocalypse, begins to pace back and forth. "That… Is a good point, I've never been able to change what I am… In fact in the many, many, many, many, many years nothing ever changed until… You." Trihexa stops pacing and turns to face me, a crazed look in his eyes. "Yes, you could be the answer!"

I've seen that look before and it always leads to something bad, I slowly begin to backup but the moment I turn around Trihexa is right in front of me. "Ah!"

"Yes you are the answer, a being made of Great Red's flesh, empowered with the Infinite, and with a connection to me…" Trihexa starts to laugh like a mad man, his eyes changing back to a liquid gold. "This could work, I will need time to figure this out. Yes lots of time, but we have nothing but time, speaking of… It's time for you to wake up, I'll see you later Magnus."

"… Grh… What hit me?" Slowly opening my eyes, I saw a very familiar and unwelcome sight. A white ceiling. Sniffing the air I let out a sigh. Yep… I'm in the hospital…. Again. With a groan I try to sit up only to find I could barely move. Am I restrained or something?

"Now this is a surprise, the doctors said you wouldn't wake up for another day or two."

I turn my head and my eyes widen slightly. "Vali?" Sitting in the chair across from the hospital bed is Vali, and it looks like he has seen better days. The White Dragon Emperor's face is black and blue, and his hands are wrapped in bandages. "You look like you went through the meat grinder."

Vali points at me with a pained smirk. "You look like you were on the losing end of a fight with a gorilla."

Rolling my eyes, I slowly look around the room. "Not that it isn't nice to see you or anything, but where is everyone else?"

"After the doctors confirmed you were going to make it, they along with the rest of DxD went to deal with the aftermath of the battle. You and I have been confined to our room." Vali points to a bed on the other side of the room.

"Roommates huh? That's neat…. Vali do you know what happened with…?" When I began to ask my rival just nods with a depressed look on his face.

"Yes." The two of us sat in silence, both thinking over the people that were now sealed away fighting Trihexa.

I am not sure how long we sat there, but I finally broke the silence when I couldn't stand it anymore. "Vali… What happened during your fight with Aži Dahāka?" I was curious about what went on, but mostly I wanted to think about something else and to be honest I think Vali needs something else to focus on as well.

"Oh… Right." The silver-haired teen shakes his head, and begins to regale me with his tale.

(Flashback, Vali Third Person. Deep in the European mountains :)

"I really hate these fakes." Tearing through one of the fakes wearing the red armor of his rival, Vali let's out a growl of annoyance. He truly hated fighting these things, they were a mockery of the Red Dragon Emperor and Vali's rival. It hasn't been that long since his team, Slash Dog, a group of magicians, vampires from both factions, the Church and Heaven, and high-ranking devils along with their peerages all came to this mountainous region of Europe, and together they were making decent headway.

Without the Holy Grail the enemy couldn't replace their fallen soldiers, or so everyone thought. But the Evil Dragon Aži Dahāka used his dark magic to raise the dead, however they were no match for the former Dragon King Tannin and his peerage. To make up for this, Aži Dahāka began to manipulate the weather, turning what was a mild snowstorm into a full blizzard. Despite this the group was making progress, and soon they would close in on the Evil Dragon.

As Vali was fighting a clone of Grendel, a colossal shadowy blade appears from the dragon's chest. As the clone falls dead, Vali raises an eyebrow at Tobio who is smiling at him.

"Vali, you should go. You want to settle things with Aži Dahāka right?" As he spoke the shadowy dog Jin appears, and looks in a seemingly random direction. "You want to end the fight don't you? Because if you don't, it won't just be the major European cities that get destroyed."

The White Dragon Emperor nods his head, it's true Vali wanted to end the fighting right here before it spread any further. His remaining family… His mother and two half-siblings lived in a small town in Europe, and he was worried about them. Which is why Vali had to end this fight right now.

"Leave this place to us Vali." Appearing right next to the White Dragon Emperor is the white witch herself, Lavinia Reni. As she spoke all the evil dragons within a mile of her froze completely over. At her side is a humanoid ice doll that stood over nine feet tall, dressed in a similar manner as the witch. This doll has four arms, six eyes on the left side of its face, while the rest has something resembling rose thorns. This is Absolute Demise, one of the thirteen Longinus's. An independent avatar type, that appears whenever the Ice Princess calls for it. With this power, Lavinia could literally turn the world around her into a frozen wasteland. At its maximum range she could lock a small country within ice.

Accompanying the Ice Princess is Slash Dog, who used a combination of his swords and magic to destroy several evil dragons. "Go on head Vali! You need to defeat Aži Dahāka."

"Don't worry, we'll cover you." Arthur says as he used Caliburn to cut a path through the mass-produced evil dragons.

Next to Arthur is Kuroka who used senjutsu, and demonic power to keep any dragons from reaching her. "I only followed you at the start because I thought it would be fun, but because of that I was able to reconnect with my sister and even find a family and home!"

"It's amazing that the two Heavenly Dragons of this era are friends, and that is awesome! Arthur's younger sister, Le Fay shouts joyously as she uses her magic to fight. "I am so glad I get to be friends with both of you!" Protecting her back is the god killer Fenrir, and the giant golem Gogmagog.

Vali watches all of this in amazement, his former team and his current team working together, and he was thankful to them. More so than he could ever say, and even if he did say it they would just laugh and ask what was wrong.

Tobio smiles at the silver-haired teen. "Good luck little brother." Tobio whistles and from his shadow a massive black dog appears. "Jin, are you ready?" Jin just wagged its tail and a black fog surrounds the entire area. Slash Dog lets out a heavy breath. "I sing for the slaying of a thousand live, I praise the murder of ten thousands cycles of ill omens." Tobio and Jin's body began to turn into mist, as their forms blurred together. "My name has been spread throughout the abyss; I shall become the heretic god of the midnight sun." Soon a new body began to form from the darkness, one that was a combination of dog and man. "You shall become my demonic blade of darkness that will annihilate everything!" The mist around Tobio's body vanishes, and it's place is a dog monster that stood upright like a man. "To become something false, creator of the paranormal!" The shadowy humanoid monster let out how that penetrated the very soul of everyone who heard it. Extending out a claw, a long scythe formed, grabbing ahold of it Tobio cut through the ranks of enemies. As he fought, gigantic blades burst from the ground, destroying even more of the enemy. This wasn't the end however, as shadowy dogs appear out of the blades they begin to run through the mountainous region, killing every enemy in their path.

This was the Balance Breaker of the Canis Lykaon in its perfected form. When Tobio was born he was born with his Balance Breaker already active, and because of that he was able to reach a higher level of power.

Shaking his head, Vali moved forward to go deal with the Aži Dahāka. As he did he passed by the former Dragon King Tannin who shouted a piece of advice for him.

"Watch out for his magic White Dragon Emperor!"

The silver-haired half-devil flew at top speed over the mountains, and toward the presence of the Evil Dragon. It didn't take long to find the colossal three-headed dragon, the moment Vali came in view. Landing near the massive dragon, Vali crosses his arms with a glare.

Noticing his presence, Aži Dahāka six eye's light up and a smile found it's way onto it's maws. "Yo, you came Albion?/Woho/You're late!" The three heads spoke one after the other. "Vali Lucifer what do you think of this scene?/It is like something out of the Apocalypse/What do you think of it?/How does it make you feel?/I bet if the hatchling was here, he would shout and wail about how he would stop this, or why we would do this./Your grandfather would just laugh annoyingly, and prattle on about how great this was."

.Vali simply said nothing, all he did was stare down the Evil Dragon.

"I bet your wondering why we are doing this/We have different goals in mind/Apophis just wants to die at the hands of a hero/We however want to go beyond the Dimensional Gap, see the world's beyond/We have even picked our first stop, a world we have already discovered/Rather it has discovered us, and they want us."

Vali couldn't even fathom what the Evil Dragon was saying, a world beyond the Dimensional Gap? It didn't seem possible, let alone real.

"A world were none of our legends or literature exist/A world where a Benevolent God of Spirits and life, Resetoras, and a Malevolent God of mechanical life. Melvazoa. He has found us, a being that rivals when the greatest of our world. Only Ophis and Great Red hold him back, but if they were to be… Occupied with something else, it would pave the way for him to come to us./We must go to this world/Learn it's magic and power/Then we shall move on./What happens to this world does not matter to us."

The White Dragon Emperor wanted to chastise the Evil Dragon, but he couldn't, his desire was understandable in some ways. Vali himself was no different, he wanted to fight strong opponents. Magnus wanted to live his life with his family and loved ones, Crom Cruach wished to see where dragons would end up. Apophis must have a desire and dream as well; it seems like all dragons were this way. "We are similar, and I can understand your desire somewhat." A silvery/blue aura forms around Vali's body, as he stared down the Evil Dragon. "I even like you a little, but I have to kill you."

Aži Dahāka begins to laugh. "Then shall we begin?/Let our rematch begin once more./We shall devour your corpse and feast on your power Vali Lucifer!" A fiery black aura escaped from the three-headed dragon's body, melting all the snow within the aura and forcing anyone within three miles to back away. A rumbling began to build up within the throats of the Evil Dragon, and the moment it roared the battle began.

Both dragons took off into the air as Vali threw everything he had at Aži Dahāka, but the left head blocked his attacks with powerful defensive spells. The right counter attacked, releasing light magic toward the half-devil. Due to his half-devil light magic typically had little effect, but that was normal light magic. This attack was anything but normal, Aži Dahāka was a master of magic and extremely powerful. Normal light magic would do little to Vali, but if he was hit by that attack it would do more than sting. Dodging the various beams of light, Vali began to Divide or Reflect any of the attacks that came too close. However this tactic wouldn't be good in the long term, especially if Vali wanted to kill the Evil Dragon. Aži Dahāka realized this as well, and thus pressed his advantage as his middle head released a stream of various types of magic. Fire, water, wind, lightning, darkness, fairy, rune, demonic, angelic, and various other types of magic.

As the skies filled with magical attacks, Vali summoned his Wyverns and surrounded himself with the metal like dragons. "Reflect! Reflect! Reflect! Reflect! Reflect! Reflect! Reflect! Reflect! Reflect!/Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide!" Using the Wyverns like a barrier/armor, Vali began to push through Aži Dahāka's attacks. "It is time to finish this." Vali pushes his Wyverns outward as the wings of armor began to glow. "Half Dimension!" The space and field around the fighting dragons warped and shook, the magical attacks diminished until almost nothing remained.

Aži Dahāka chuckles. "Not half bad/Now let's see how you handle things/When things have been turned up a notch!" With another roar, thousands of magical circles filled the air. The symbols inside were ancient, forbidden, and extremely powerful. The magic that poured through from the circles, were much stronger from the previous attacks. Especially the light magic, which broke through Vali's defenses destroying parts of his arm. Blood poured freely from Vali's body, as severe pain coursed through his body. The wounds burned hotter than even the flames of hell, but Vali pushed the pain to the back of his mind. Keeping his concentration on his attack, the White Dragon Emperor poured more power into his technique.

This only seemed to excite and enrage Aži Dahāka, suddenly the three heads stopped attacking and spoke in a spidery language. Suddenly the weather began to change, the winds picked up and the clouds grew darker. Rain cascaded like a waterfall, each drop sizzled and burned Vali's exposed flesh. Like acid. Black lightning streaked across the sky, like a snake striking at its prey. Massive cyclones began to form, as purple flames in the form of a skull appeared above Aži Dahāka's body. On the ground below a monstrous cyclopes appears, it's single eye glowing red like a ruby in the sun. Alongside him is a mirror and from it emerged a creature that could only have been created by nightmares. It had the shape of a woman, but with disproportionate and mangled limbs. Blood poured from its empty eye sockets; pieces of glass were scattered across it's flesh. These creatures, this magic… It's horrifyingly wrong… Everything about these things is wrong.

Vali bows his head with a frown. "Tepegoz, Bloody Marry, the Storms of Chaos from Set, the flames of Malebolge." Vali knew the Evil Dragon was powerful, but to summon such things… Was beyond comprehension. A hit from any of those things would kill him, at least as he is now. Taking in a large breath, Vali begins to chant. "I who shall awaken. I am the White Dragon Emperor who will take the law to darkness, I walk the road of Domination with the power of the Infinite destruction! I shall pierce through the imaginary Dream! I will become a pure White Dragon Emperor! I shall have you obey the silver illusions and perfect ways!"

"Juggernaut Over Drive!"

"Time to end this fight."

Tepegoz with a massive roar charges for the young half-devil, Vali however was not even impressed. Tepegoz was more of a giant orge than cyclopes in his old legend, and he possessed an immunity to the majority of normal attacks. What Vali was going to do, was anything but normal. Extending his left hand out the White Dragon Emperor, creates a massive ethereal blue blade. Launching the magical blade into the cyclopes' shoulder, as it cried out in pain Vali redirected his Wyverns around the monster's head. "Compression Divider!" The attack that destroyed the Ultimate Grim Reaper Pluto, will be more than enough for something like this. Tepegoz roars in pain and tries to strike at Vali, but the moment he tired the White Dragon Emperor increased the power of his attack.

Vali look out!

"I see her Albion." The White Dragon Emperor comments.

Running up Tepegoz's side is Bloody Marry, a demon from the more ancient part of the world. A being that once was a servant to a high-ranking devil, she became a stray when she killed her master. What made her so dangerous, was the fact she possessed a unique power to travel between mirrors. It allowed her to bypass even the strongest of barriers, add in her power to copy herself via reflections and it made her a deadly foe. At least to ordinary opponents The shards from Bloody Mary's body flew around Vali, and grew in size forming mirrors. The stray devil leaps toward the White Dragon Emperor, her claws out stretched.

Vali extends his hand out with a frown. "Reflect!" However before she was hit by the invisible barrier, the stray devil's body shatters. "So it will be like that? Think of a different tactic." Vali sighs in annoyance as multiple versions of the stray devil appear from the mirrors. "Half Dimension!" The space around the half-devil begins to warp, and distort. The mirrors crumbled in on themselves until nothing remained, while Bloody Mary's body began folded itself until nothing remained except for bits of blood, glass, and gore. "If that is all you-" Before Vali could finish pain wracked his body, it felt like his stomach was turning inside out. Blood poured from his mouth, as he convulsed in agony.

"How do you like the Storms of Chaos?/It's quite powerful/The fact you weren't turned to ash shows how powerful you are!" The Evil Dragon cackles, each head in unison with one another.

Tepegoz who was freed from Vali's attack, due to the black lightning. Let's out a roar and swats the Sacred Gear user to the ground destroying his armor. "I will crush you half-breed!" With a growl the monster raises his foot to stomp Vali to death. "Then I'll feast on your bones!"

Dazed and in pain, Vali gets back to his feet and flies out of the way. "Albion replace the armor." As the silver armor forms around his body once more, the White Dragon Emperor summons a blue orb of draconic energy. Infusing it with own demonic power, Vali forms a massive spear of energy. The White Dragon Emperor tosses the spear through Tepegoz's eye, the mixed energy weapon pierces all the way through the back of his skull. As the cyclopes falls to the ground, Vali avoided a strike from the black lightning, that had to be taken care of soon. "I knew that Aži Dahāka's magic was powerful, but this is beyond what I thought."

"Aži Dahāka has reached the level of a Heavenly Dragon, Apophis must have reached a similar level." Albion comments.

… That makes things even more interesting. "I think we need to use that trump card now." Rising up into the air, Vali summons hundreds of gold magical circles.

Each head hissed upon seeing the magical circles, all six eyes burned with rage. "What's this hatchling?/Oh I see now./The chains of Faridun!/Those cannot hold me now/I am much stronger then I was back then."

"So are these." Slicing his hand through the air, golden chains wrap around Aži Dahāka's neck., wings and body. Binding the monstrous dragon and forcing him to the ground, the Evil Dragon writes in pain. Vali creates his Wyverns and has them surround the three-headed dragon. "Compression Divider!"

"GAAH!/AGGGG!/GRAAH!" The heads let out a deafening roar, as he thrashes about, trying to break free from the chains. His massive tail caused the ground to quake, as each head breathed out various elemental attacks towards Vali.

"Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide! Divide!" Vali divided the attacks as they came near, using the power to revitalize himself. "It will all be over soon-What!?" Once again Vali was surprised by Aži Dahāka, the Evil Dragon broke free from his bindings as a shadowy aura formed around the dragon. The silvery Wyverns were utterly destroyed by the power that, rising into the air the Evil Dragon's body began to shrink into itself until there was a tall man floating in front of Vali. The man had skin that looked like he was made from obsidian like scales, with intricate gold markings that were all over his body. His hair looked like it was made from black shadowy flames, and his eyes… They were same color of Aži Dahāka. The man like dragon, was shirtless but he had on a long sleeveless purple coat, a dark blue Punjabi pants which were tucked into armored boots, to complete the look is a wide black sash around his waist.

Cracking his neck the figure starts to grin, showing off an impressive row of sharp teeth. "It has been a while since I've had to fight in this form/I cannot believe you forced me to this/Bravo hatchling, bravo./In this form I am known as Zahhāk, the son of Angra Mainyu /Dragons like Apophis, and Crom Cruach are stronger in their dragon forms/I am much stronger like this/Now that I have shown you my true form/It is time for you to show me your true power Albion." The Diablos Thousand Dragon cracks his neck as magical circles form around him.

The space around Vali began to warp, as black lightning and light magic began to pick off pieces of his armor. Vali was now forced to defend himself against the attacks, it's funny Vali is considered to be the Strongest White Dragon Emperor. Yet he is forced to play defense. It actually made him smile slightly, this fight was becoming more and more interesting.

"I want to see the power, that caused you to become revered as the Poison Dragon Emperor./Albion Gwiber/Reveal yourself to me Albion Gwiber!/You who possessed a pure white body, had a poison deep within you that even the gods feared!"

"Gwiber… In Welsh it means poisonous snake… So you truly possessed a power like this Albion?" The current White Dragon Emperor asks his partner.

"I did, but the power was sealed long ago."

Aži Dahāka just laughed at that. "Which is why I want to face it!/I want to see your deadly poison!/Unseal your ironic power!/You who was born with a beautiful. and graceful white body, had a deadly toxin inside of him."

As the Evil Dragon tried to provoke Albion into using his forbidden power, Vali shook his head in annoyance. The half-devil knew about the power, but Albion forbade him from talking about it. For he himself hated such power, even out right denying he possessed such an ability. The current White Dragon Emperor believed that his power, would be more than enough to defeat the Evil Dragon. One of the magical attacks aimed for Vali went wide, and streaked across the sky. Vali's eyes widen as he realized where it would end up, flying as fast as he could, Vali intercepted it. The force destroyed his helmet.

The Evil Dragon stares at his opponent, and a look of realization comes over his face. "I couldn't see it before, but now I do/You do resemble the Red Dragon Emperor/Your eyes tell the story/You came here to protect something/No someone/A woman perhaps?"

Vali cursed before he starts to laugh. "… Indeed it is, but she isn't a lover. Just someone who cared for me before, I'm not like Magnus. I won't say I'll protect everyone; I've never thought like that." As he flew back to Aži Dahāka, an image appears in his mind. A happy looking woman with twins, living in a cottage in the woods, and if Trihexa and Aži Dahāka weren't stopped… "There is a small human family, one that I want to protect. Do you think that I'm weak Aži Dahāka? Wanting to protect just one human family?"

A wry smile appears on the Evil Dragon's face. "Ahaha! I've fought against people like you before, and without exception they were all formidable enemies! I don't think you're weak, in fact I think your even stronger than before!" As he spoke the storm around them vanished, and the magical circles around his body changed. The land around them began change, as the magical circles grew larger and brighter.

Vali prepared himself for an attack but that is when he realized his mistake, this wasn't a physical attack. It was mental.

"Oof!" Vali's eyes suddenly open as something heavy lands on top of him.

"Come on big bro, get up!"

The White Dragon Emperor slowly sits up and looks around in confusion, he was in a room that he didn't recognize yet it felt…. Familiar. The room had a work desk with a laptop, an open book, some papers and empty soda cans and junk food wrappers. Along the walls were picture frames, containing events that never happened. Graduating from high-school, a fishing trip with Azazel, Magnus and his father, a prom photo with Lavinia, a birthday with his-

"Come on get up Vali!"

Shaking his head, Vali found himself face to face with… Someone who is undoubtably his younger brother. The boy that was sitting on top of him has silver/gray hair, and dark blue eyes which were staring at him with annoyance, and excitement. "I'm up…" He mutters, rubbing his head.

"Hurray! Sis he's up!"

Coming into the room is a girl who is the same age as the boy, much like her twin brother she had silver/gray hair, but she had green eyes instead of blue. "Nick! What did I tell about waking up Vali like that?"

"How else would he get up?" The boy counters with a frown.

Before the girl could respond, a voice calls from somewhere far off. A voice that gripped Vali's heart like a vice. "Kids breakfast is ready!"

"Okay!"

The twins leave the room, as Vali stayed in bed with a cold sweat. "Mom….?"
