Error Code

"Alright, the servers should be up and running!" Futaba exclaimed.

"Thank you so much!" Master Hand gave a non-existent grin. "With these new servers, people will be happily playing as Joker on their consoles… and we'll be having better internet in this place and all over Remnant! What could possibly go wrong?"

Pit came running in. "Master Hand! We have a problem!"

"Let me guess, you can't find Palutena? You can make floor ice cream yourself, ya know."

"No, it's not that! I can't access the internet! It's some kind of error code!"

"Huh? That's odd… let me take a look at this." Master Hand said and took a look at Pit's phone. "Error Code 2137-8056." He read aloud. "What on earth…?"

"I know! I can't access my favorite memes because of this blasted error code!"

"Well, I'm sure it's just you. I'm sure it'll work itself out." Master Hand floated away.

"Hmm…" Futaba looked at the machine she worked on, pulling out a wrench. "I wonder…"

Master Hand floated around the Smash Mansion where he was hearing a lot of complaints all of a sudden, coming from the TV. "Eh?"

"What do you mean there's a blasted error code?!" Wolf yelled. "Hit it again!"

"I'm trying!" Ness exclaimed, hitting the restart button… and the same error code popped up.

"Agh! This is ridiculous!" Wolf complained. "What does 2137-8056 even MEAN?!"

"How are we ever going to watch movies on Nintendo Plus if we keep getting THIS?!" Falco complained.

"How peculiar…" Master Hand mused and flew off somewhere else.

"Oh come on!" Inkling Girl complained. "Do you have any luck?"

"Nope! Nothing." Inkling Boy sighed. "Do you have the same error code?"

"2137-8056? Ooooh yeah. I can't even access the store for new clothing!"

"Come on! COME ON!" Jaune complained. "Aaaargh! I can't play OverWrist because this stupid error code is driving me crazy!"

"Strange… I'm not having issues." Pyrrha said.

"I had an issue… but it wore off!" Nora smiled.

"Sorry, Jaune." Ren said.

"Why me…" Jaune groaned.

"Blasted Error Code!" Ozpin grumbled. "How am I supposed to do my work when this error code keeps creeping up? Curse these blasted numbers… curse you 2137-8056!"

"Hmph, how childish of you three." Weiss said, watching RBY go insane with their phones receiving the error code. "At least I'm the only one doing homework." She said, typing something in on her computer, and wouldn't you know it… the error code came up. "WHAT?! I did all my hard work for nothing?! I have to type it in again?! What does 2137-8056 even MEAN?! WHAT DOES IT MEAN!"

"Breaking news! People cannot access the internet all because of this strange error code popping up all over the place. People keep getting these strange errors called 2137-8056. Hopefully, this will be fixed in due time, otherwise… there's nothing we can do but pray. This is Lisa Lavender, signing off."

"Those fools! They don't realize we have the upper hand!" Cinder exclaimed. "Mercury! Emerald! Prepare the attack on Beacon while they're distracted by this Error Code!"

"Uh… Cinder?" Emerald looked a little scared.

"What is it?"

"We can't log in. We have the error code too."

"What?!" Cinder took a look. "Alright, fine, I guess I'll do it then!" She said, but saw the error code pop up, and she repeatedly tapped the retry button numerous times before she burned the phone up in anger and threw it away. "I despise technology."

Back at the Smash Mansion…

"Goodness! There's a riot outside!" Master Hand exclaimed.

"We want Joker! We want Joker!"

"Let me handle this." Crazy Hand said and flew over to the front doors. "Can I help you?"

"Yeah! We want Joker! Ever since he's been confirmed in Smash, we've been having these error codes! Fix it! Some people were lucky enough to get him but we can't! Fix the problem!"

"Well, let me break it down for you nice and gently." Crazy Hand said. "THE JOKER MACHINE BROKE! You can't have him! He's not available! Go away!"

"But… but…"

Akira walked past the angry mob. "Hey guys." He waved and walked through the doors, while everyone watched him walk in, including Crazy Hand before the latter turned back to the mob.

"H-he just went in there!"

"Who?"

"Look! He's talking to Bayonetta right now! They're laughing! They're going off to have coffee together!"

"Nah, it's just you and me, ugly people!"

The mob's heart sank. "Wh-what's going on?!"

Crazy Hand cleared his non-existent throat. "2137-8056."

"What?"

"I said: 2137-8056!"

"What does even mean?!" Another asked.

Crazy Hand snapped his fingers as a huge floating bucket appeared above them. "It means you guys aren't getting in, uglies!" He laughed maniacally as the bucket tipped over and drenched everyone in ice cold water, knocking them over and extinguishing their torches.

"Wh-why are you doing this?! Just let us in!"

"2137-8056!" Crazy Hand started closing the door. "2137-8056!" He laughed and closed the door. "21-….!" The door closed. "Mission accomplished! Nailed it!"

Master Hand sweatdropped. "I… think I would've handled that better."

"At least they won't be bothering us for a while!"

Futaba was still working on the machine. "Agh, come on!" She complained and then punched the machine in irritation.

"Wahoo! The error code is gone!"

"VICTORY!"

"Yes! Now I can look at my memes again!"

"Huh? Oh hey, it's fixed!" Futaba grinned and put her wrench away. "My work here is done."

Thar She Blows

"Oh, this place has a pier, eh?" Ryuji mused, staring out into the ocean. He suddenly had an idea while sporting a grin while pulling out his Skull mask to turn into his Phantom Thief attire. "PERSONA!" He yelled, summoning Captain Kidd and then he hopped on. "Alright! Time to sail the open seas! Let's go!" He exclaimed as Captain Kidd started sailing the open sea with Skull on the bow of the ship, looking ahead with his hand over his forehead. "This is the best idea ever!" He exclaimed.

A few hours later…

"Hey! What is this bonehead doing in our waters?!" A voice exclaimed as Skull turned around and saw Risky's ship approaching.

"Whoa, that's a big ship… and it's headed right for us! Turn! TURN!" Skull yelled, as Captain Kidd turned around and tried to take off.

"Hohohoho! I don't think so!" Risky yelled, firing a cannonball that struck the ship and made a huge hole in the ship that caused it to sink, then before Skull could try to swim for it while dismissing his Persona, Risky caught him. "Ha! Gotcha." She smirked. "Take this landlubber to the brig!" She ordered her Tinkerbats as they hauled him away and threw him in the cell.

"Ugh…" Skull groaned, taking off his mask. "How did I get myself into this?"

"Hey buddy." A voice caught Ryuji's attention as he turned to see Toon Link and Tetra in the cell as well. "What are you in for?"

"…Oh great…" Ryuji groaned.

What Goes Around…

"Wahahaha! That lady thinks she can defeat us?!" Wario laughed as they were right behind Queen who was driving on Johanna, where they drove over an item box, which a Blue Shell popped out. "Fire!" He yelled as Waluigi threw it at her.

Queen looked behind her and growled. "Oh yeah?!" She quickly swerved Johanna around to face the Blue Shell, and then she leaped off of Johanna and did a spin kick that sent the Blue Shell flying back toward the Wario Bros.

"WAAAAAH!" The duo yelled as the Blue Shell slammed into the Wario Bros and exploded while Queen landed on Johanna and drove off.

"I can't believe it, folks! Queen sent the Blue Shell back to sender! This is a Phantom Thief you don't want to mess with!"

E. Gadd was in the stands and looked at his Super Horn in his hand and growled. "Is this thing a joke to you, ya whippersnapper?!"

Queen crossed the finish line with Koopa in second and Shy Guy in third place. "And she nails it! Queen has won the race! You do not want to mess with this royal demon!"

Queen took off her mask to become Makoto again and took the trophy. "Thank you!" She called out with a grin, while Wario and Waluigi were fuming behind the crowd.

"Cheater!" Both of them yelled.

Live Art

"Oh yes, this is perfect." Yusuke grinned, painting Ann while she was sitting on top of a few ? Blocks.

"You almost finished? This ? Block is making my butt sore…" Ann complained.

"Just need to add a few more details and you'll be good." Yusuke said., painting in some details on Ann. "Aaaand we're good!"

"Woo! Thank you! Let me take a look!" Ann smiled as Yusuke showed her his work. "Oh! I look beautiful!" She gushed. "Come on! Let's take this to Vince's place!"

Later…

"Ooooh, she's definitely a beautiful model, I'll give her that!" Vince chuckled.

"Mhm." Yusuke nodded.

"Mind if I paint you next?" Vince asked.

"Um, sure!" Ann nodded as Vince quickly grabbed his paint brush and his easel and quickly went to work… when suddenly his art came off of the easel and his still art landed next to her. "Whoa!"

"Your art came to life?!" Yusuke jawdropped.

"Yup. Looks exactly like her!" Vince nodded.

"Oh! Oh! I'm next!" Adeleine exclaimed, popping in out of nowhere and painting Ann's image in her own art style, and then Adeleine's Ann popped out and did a friendly wave to Ann.

"Oh, that's adorable!"

"Oh honh honh! You think zhat's impressive?" Vincent Van Gore popped out of nowhere. "You've seen nothing yet! Zhis art will be perfect!" He exclaimed and then drew a ghostly version of Ann, who immediately popped out.

"Boooooo!" Ghost Ann bellowed.

"Impressive, no?"

"Ooooh, cooooool!" Ann grinned.

"Wait wait… hold on a second!" Nikki popped up out of nowhere. "Let me draw her!" She said and went right to work, and then a Swapnote Ann appeared next to Ghost Ann.

"Holy cow! These are all impressive versions of me!" Ann gushed.

Yusuke started fuming. "Hmph! I'd say that my art is superior!" He folded his arms in annoyance. "…But teach me your ways! I must learn this "Live art!"

"Hey, what's going on?" A voice asked as they turned to see Morgana walking in. "I couldn't help but-WHOA! So many Lady Anns at once!" Morgana exclaimed and then hearts popped out of his eyes. "So… many… beautiful… gorgeous Lady Anns! I'm in heaven!" He exclaimed and fell on his back.

"What's with him?" Adeline wondered.

"Hmph! He fainted from ze beauty of our majesties!"

"Mona! Are you okay?" Ann asked.

"Give me five minutes… I want to savor this!"

"Yeah, he's okay."

Explosive Baseball

The machine in the Mario Stadium short circuited and fell apart. "Aw man, so much for Bob-omb Derby." Daisy sighed.

"Well, we have been overusing it." Mario mused. "We might need to have a replacement."

"So what are we going to do?"

"I can help!" A voice chimed in as they saw Haru approaching them.

"Oh, are you a mechanic too?" Luigi asked.

"Not really, but I can help out with the explosives."

Up on the stands, Viridi and Bernadetta were watching this. "Isn't she that gardener?" Viridi asked.

"I wonder what she'll do?" Bernadetta wondered as Haru got on the starting plate while Mario got on the home plate.

Haru put her Phantom Thief mask on, becoming Noir… and then she pulled out her grenade launcher.

"Is that a grenade launcher?!" Luigi yelled.

"Let's play ball!" Noir yelled, firing at Mario who quickly batted it away and caused a spectacular explosion in the sky. Noir then fired two grenades this time which Mario was able to swing in quick succession. Then Luigi had a turn where he was able to get four grenades up in the air and exploded in a spectacular fashion. DK punched them high into the air, Daisy hit at least five grenades, Peach hit at least two where several explosions littered the night sky. A Pianta swung his palm tree bat and hit at least five, a Noki hit a few with her bat, Bowser launched about ten in the air as he roared in triumph.

Next up were the Wario Bros where Wario whispered in Waluigi's ear as he chuckled a bit as they were both up to bat.

"Both of you? Eh, okay!" Noir quickly fired two shots where they smirked and swung the bat, but instead of aiming for the air, the two troublemakers aimed right for Noir instead. "WHOA!" She yelled and ducked, hitting the Bob-omb Derby machine instead, which roared to life and fired a Bullet Bill, where it hooked the Wario Bros up in its arms and took them for a joy ride up in the night sky, and made a spectacular explosion high into the air while the Wario Bros free fell to the ground.

"She's awesome!" Viridi grinned.

"She terrifies me…" Bernadetta shuddered.

Noir turned her head to the Bob-omb Derby machine, where it went kaput right after that. "Huh, neat." She shrugged it off. "Alright, let's play ball some more!"

"YEAH!" Everyone cheered while the Wario Bros slammed into the ground behind Noir.

"Why us…" Wario groaned.

"I hate these Phantom Thieves!"

Thought i'd make a Phantom Thief special since I finally introduced them in the RWBY series. Woo! Go me!

Anyway, I've been having this idea for the past few days regarding Smash and well, tell me if this sounds either awesome or... kinda dumb.

So, you know how in certain stages, certain Assist Trophies are disabled, like, say, Knuckles can't be summoned in Green Hill Zone, the Moon can't show up in Great Bay, Nikki can't show up where the stage's background is completely dark, Alucard can't show up in Wii Fit Studio and I think Fountain of Dreams, and so forth?

Now, I had this idea... now say if someone like Shadow were to be playable but he can't be playable because he's an Assist Trophy. What if this happened instead? Pretend someone like Midna has been confirmed to be playable, yet she's also an Assist Trophy. How would that work? Simple, you simply disable the Assist Trophy if the fighter in question is out in play.

So if you have Lyn out in battle, you disable her Assist Trophy so we wouldn't have a playable Lyn and a summonable Lyn. A playable Tiki and a summonable Tiki. A playable Isaac- you get the idea.

Do you think they'd make that work? Disable the character's Assist Trophy while they are in play.
