Jaune

"Goodness, they'll just let anyone into Smash…" Viridi rolled her eyes.

"What do you mean by that?" Pit asked.

"Hello! Jaune is as basic as you can get!" Viridi responded. "Shield, sword, not like we've seen that a million times. Might as well call it "Super Sword Bros" or something."

"Oh come on, Jaune isn't that bad." Pit said.

"I've heard rumors that he cheated his way into Beacon. Tell me something… if he cheated his way into Beacon, then what good will he do in Smash?"

"Don't be like that! Jaune is more capable than you think!"

"He's dense! He doesn't know what to do like half the time!"

"Now now, Viridi, Jaune is a very capable leader." Palutena said. "He's fearless, he's loyal and he won't back down from a fight."

"And yet, he screams like a girl! Not very manly, if I say so myself… not sure what Pyrrha sees in him." Viridi muttered a bit. "Also, does ANYONE know what his semblance is? Sounds like even he doesn't know what it is either."

"I'm sure he will when the time comes. You just need to be patient." Palutena said.

"Let's compare him to the rest of his team." Viridi said. "Nora can bench press five of her, Pyrrha is a highly skilled warrior, Ren is a silent ninja and…. Jaune is… well… Jaune. He's basic."

"Jaune, are you gonna let her get away with that?" Pit asked.

"…She's not wrong…" Jaune groaned.

"Checkmate." Viridi smirked.

"Hold on a second! Link is training him up, at least he's got that going for him!" Pit said.

"Plus, I've heard a rumor that Jaune is descended from Joan of Arc… or was it that he saw Joan of Arc as an idol and wanted to be just like her…?" Palutena wondered.

"You do know how Joan of Arc went out, right?" Viridi asked.

"Died of old age?" Pit asked.

"Spoiler alert: She is executed by fire." Viridi smirked.

"WHAT?! Oh no…"

"Nice knowing ya, Jaune!" Viridi laughed.

Nora

"I have to say… Nora scares me a little." Pit said.

"It's her semblance, isn't it?" Palutena asked.

"Of course! You hit her with an electrical attack and she'll get powered up! You can kiss your life goodbye in an instant!"

"Well, look on the bright side, at least she didn't pick up on any electrical power ups that'll leave her permanently charged up."

"GAH! Don't scare me like that!"

"I've heard that she unlocked her semblance when she was hit by lightning."

"Yeesh… what did Zeus have against her?" Pit asked.

"No idea, but her semblance was unlocked. Must've been a crazy Thursday for her."

"Thursday, of all days? That's oddly specific."

"You know what else I've heard?" Viridi asked. "I've heard that she got inspired by Thor and now she wants to be just like him… or whatever that juicy rumor was that Phosphora told me."

"Thor? You know, I can definitely see that. She's got the hammer, she's immune to electricity…" Pit mused.

"I'll tell you what Thor has that Nora doesn't." Viridi smirked.

"That being?" Palutena asked.

"Thor has better abs and a beautiful beard! He even looks better with shorter hair too! Seriously, he's so dreamy… have you ever SEEN him shirtless?"

"Uh… Viridi…?" Pit questioned.

"Though, I've heard he's been going through a midlife crisis or something. He lost his entire family from this purple guy with some gauntlet thing and now he has a massive gut and PTSD. Eh, I'm sure he'll come through. I think he has an axe now…"

"Earth to Viridi!" Pit exclaimed.

"Whoops! Sorry, was I day dreaming again?"

"Yes. Yes you were."

"Anyway, Pit… just keep your distance from Nora and you should be fine." Palutena said.

"She has a grenade launcher, ya know." Viridi pointed out.

"Ooooh… right… good luck out there, Pit."

"Gee, thanks!" Pit groaned.

Pyrrha

"Ya know, something's bothering me about Pyrrha…" Palutena said.

"What's that?"

"Well, there's a rumor that she's descended from Achilles."

"Achilles? Oh man, that dude was awesome!" Pit exclaimed. "…It's a shame he had to go out that way…"

"Right, and I have a feeling Pyrrha inherited the same weakness."

"WHAT?!" Viridi yelled. "You mean to tell me Pyrrha has the same weakness as Achilles?! Argh, that won't do at all! Give the girl arrow resistant boots, and while we're at it, change her wardrobe so her chest doesn't have arrows pointing at it saying "Insert arrow here!" We have to protect this chick like YESTERDAY!"

"Viridi, are you implying that you like Pyrrha?" Palutena asked.

"I will admit, there are some humans out there that I like… and Pyrrha is one of them. Don't mention this to anyone or I'll drop a Reset Bomb on you two. GOT IT?"

"Yipe! Understood!" Pit nodded.

"Duly noted…" Palutena sweatdropped. "Anyway, her semblance is polarity, which is basically magnetism. She can either attract or repel anything metal to her, so she'll keep you on your toes. Oh, and she's also a fierce amazonian warrior, so there's that too."

"Ya know, I wouldn't be surprised if she came from a family of Spartans." Viridi said.

"Spartans, like the ones who kick anyone down a pit ooooor intergalactic heroes that stop aliens from killing us all by activating a ring?" Pit asked.

"The former." Viridi replied. "I've never met anyone who fits that second category, but I imagine they'd be awesome."

"Anyway, Pit… be on guard against Pyrrha, there's no telling what she'll do."

"Gotcha! Now, I can't help but feel bad for ROB and Mega Man when they're fighting against her…"

"Eh, they'll be fine." Viridi said.

Ren

"Ren is so… quiet. I can't get a read on this guy." Viridi said.

"He's not much of a talker." Palutena explained. "I think I can see why though, he's had a pretty sad backstory."

"You know what his father reminds me of?" Pit asked.

"What's that?"

"Ryu ga waga teki wo kurau!" Pit exclaimed. "…Sorry, I've been playing that game a lot recently. Ren's father reminds me of him."

"Something tells me you main that character." Viridi teased.

"Of course!"

"I can definitely see the resemblance." Palutena mused. "Anyway, it's always the quiet ones you have to watch out for. Ren is a strong acrobatic warrior that can knock you out if you're not careful."

"Sounds like he gave you a run for his money." Viridi smirked.

"Believe me, I have. His semblance makes him calm and collected, which makes him invisible to Grimm. Meanwhile, he applies that for his Final Smash and that heals him up by 50%."

"WHAT?! That's totally unfair!" Pit yelled.

"He's quite challenging, I'll give him that." Palutena said.

"Goodness, he sounds like a hefty challenge…" Viridi mused.

"It's no wonder Nora likes him. He doesn't give up without a fight."

"I wish those two would kiss already… they'd make an excellent couple!" Pit grinned.

"They'd make a better couple than you and Ruby!" Viridi smirked.

"Your stomach is still bothering you, isn't it?"

"UGH! YES! Just thinking about you and Ruby just makes my stomach itch like crazy!"

"Well, I have a date with Ruby soon, so I'll make this fight quick." Pit said.

"Stop it! You're making it worse!"

"Good luck, Pit! And have fun on your date!" Palutena smiled.

"GAAAAH! SHUT UP!"

Happy new year, y'all! ...Or would that be "Happy new decade"? Eh, i'm sure either works!

And yes, I plan on doing Palutena's Guidance for CFVY and JINX... but why stop there? I'm gonna throw in the Phantom Thieves, Banjo, Terry and his SNK friends (I might do a handful a chapter and do a second and third part regarding SNK... I dunno what i'll do.) aaaand Luminary and his friends whenever I introduce them in the Super RWBY series, and whoever is the fifth DLC fighter. I might do some other ones like Qrow, the Reds and Blues, the Undertale gang and what not as well. The possibilities are endless, my friends!
