Of course it wouldn't be a traditional superhero patrol without a random heist going down. These idiots would never learn; but that was okay. That's why they had the Parkers on patrol to remind them. Get a job you lazy scum! Peter and I do not suffer your ilk! I personally wasn't fond of panhandlers either; many/most were liars/frauds and "professional bums"; and they just served to hurt the truly poor/homeless. I would gladly beat down these assholes without mercy as any avenging amazon should.

This robbery was bigger though than a typical heist by some random small timers. They were in process of hitting one of the major banks in the city. These dudes were professionals. We landed on a nearby rooftop and watched them in advance as they did a final scouting of the area before going into it. "Whoa. These guys look like mercs or something," Pete said. "Check out the hardware." "Yeah." I'd kept my armor on and had decided to do so for the patrol's remainder.

"Fuzz aren't aware of it yet," Mister Parker said. "Agreed." Pegasus dug his hoof into the rooftop from behind us. "These boneheads really mean business." "Can't disagree with Mister Equine here," said Pete. He looked at me from behind his famous mask; I at him from behind my amazon helmet. "Shall we?" I pulled out my back sheathed katana for the first time. "Yeah." "Cool cutlery. Why Japanese and not amazon though?" "Long story."

I jumped away from the rooftop and landed on the ground to generate a massive pothole from the bodily impact. Sorry NYC taxpayers! The boom from the impact turned the would be heavily harmed thugs around. "It's her!" they said. I smiled from behind my helmet. Spider-God landed beside me right after that. Now they truly did panic.

"You dummies get one chance to surrender before we go antihero on you," Spidey told them. I brought up my sword before me in a traditional two handed grip. They tensed. "Really; you don't want to do this," Peter pressed. "My wife here is really Jesus with a magical samurai sword. Do you really want to screw with that?"

They looked at each other. I always preferred giving thugs a chance to surrender first if possible. Because then if they didn't I wouldn't mind killing them as a result. We did give them a chance; a crime fighting warning shot if you would. They still had freewill; as did we.

"I can't go back to jail..." one said.

We knew what that meant. They opened fire. Pete and I went forward right at them. Pete formed web shields on his hands to block shots while dodging others; he could do that before achieving godhood but even better now. With my armor I didn't have to do anything to block the fire; it was my version of an Iron Man suit. Still, I used my sword to bounce the bullets back to their shooters to kill/wound them with fluid ease. Even lightsabers couldn't do that with physical projectiles! Still want to be a Jedi now?

We were at them right after that.
