Field Trip to Shibuya
"You guys are going to love it in Shibuya!" Futaba smiled, walking toward the portal with the Inklings. "You guys love fashion, so we got plenty of fashionable shops for you to try out!"
"You had me at fashion." Inkling Girl grinned.
"Sounds like fun." Inkling Boy chuckled as they walked on in.
"Welcome to Shibuya!" Futaba exclaimed.
"…Huh, Shibuya's a bit small." Inkling Girl mused.
"Ah, we're just in an alleyway. Come on!" Futaba smiled, guiding them through the alleyway until they came out of the alleyway and saw the streets before them.
"Oh."
"My."
"Squid!"
Both Inklings looked at the city in awe, while Futaba giggled. "Come on, I'll show you the shopping center!" She said and walked off, as the two Inklings looked at each other and smirked.
Futaba walked into a building, humming to herself as she picked out a few clothes and walked into the changing room, coming out a minute later. "Ta-dah! What did you guys… pick… out… wha? Where'd you go?" She asked, and then she heard screaming and police sirens. "What on earth…?" She wondered as she walked outside to see Shibuya covered in orange and blue ink, not even the Tokyo Tower was safe from the Inklings onslaught. "Oh… my… gosh."
"Stay fresh!" Inkling Girl threw an Ink Bomb at a police car, covering it with ink.
"Eat this!" Inkling Boy yelled, unleashing Tenta Missiles everywhere.
"Oh… guys…" Futaba groaned, facepalming while the Inklings were making a mess of things, until they were finally tazed.
"Agh! What'd we do?!" Inkling Girl asked.
"Disturbing the peace and vandalizing Shibuya. You are in a world of trouble, you two!" A cop said, throwing them in the car and driving off.
"Told you that you can't take 'em anywhere." Akira said, leaning on a wall. "They'd just ruin Shibuya."
Futaba sighed. "Why didn't I listen to you…"
Fashion Disaster
Ruby sat down on a bench, happily eating her cookies. "Mmmhmm! These were good!" She giggled and then hopped off of the bench, only to have her cape get stuck in the bench. "Agh! Argh! Can't… get this… out!"
"Hang on, little sister!" Yang grabbed a hold of the cape and pulled it off of a screw that was poking out of the bench. "There we go!"
"Thanks, Yang!"
"Ruby, when will you realize that capes aren't always a good thing?"
"Oh come on, they make me look cool!"
"Yes, but it's a health hazard."
"Nah, they can't be that bad." Ruby rolled her eyes.
Joker peered out of a door and looked both ways, he then motioned his team to follow. He quickly closed the door once everyone was out. "Gack!" Skull cried, holding on to his neck. "Guys… a little help!"
"I told you not to wear that after we took out that Shadow." Queen scolded.
"Oh shut up! It made me look cool!"
"No, it made you look like a dork." Panther rolled her eyes.
"Alright, that's the plan." Tai said to his team. "You ready? Who's with me?"
"Let's do it!" Summer nodded with a smirk.
"Right!" Qrow smirked.
"Let's get it over with." Raven muttered.
"Alright, break!" Tai yelled, the four of them jumping down and landing in a bush, although three of them landed, Summer wasn't so lucky. Her cape got caught on a branch.
"Ack! Mmmph! C-C-Can't… breathe!" Summer groaned, and then Raven unsheathed her sword and slashed the branch, saving her teammate. "Ah… thank you."
"I told you jumping in a forest was a bad idea… especially when two of us are wearing capes." Raven glared.
"It was a freak accident!" Summer whispered.
"We can still flank 'em and win this fight. Come on!" Tai said as they ran out, but Qrow got his cape snagged in the bush.
"Mmph! A little help here…? Guys!"
Mario flew across Bowser's castle, wearing the Super Cape, determined to save Peach from Bowser. He flew above a Bowser statue, where his cape got caught on its horns and pulled him back. "Gah! Mmmph! How in the world…?" He tried to unsnag his cape when he turned his head and saw a fireball coming right for him. "Uh oh! YAAAAAAAH!"
"Ha! Direct hit, finally!" Bowser fist pumped. "I win this round, plumber!"
"Hahaha… AHAHAHAHA! Fools! The three pieces of the Triforce is within my grasp!" Ganondorf smirked. "Now… PERISH!" He yelled, flying down toward Link but his cape got snagged by something. "Nnngh!"
"What the…?" Link wondered and then saw Midna casually holding Ganondorf's cape while in the air.
"I'm surprised we haven't done this tactic yet."
"Nnngh! Release me or… aaagh… can't breathe…!"
Marth was wheeled into a hospital room, having a neck brace on his neck and seeing Ike, Roy, Chrom, the Corrins and even Owain were on the hospital beds. "Let me guess, you guys too?" Marth asked.
"Yup..." Roy nodded.
"So this is how the dark lord falls…" Owain groaned.
"I fight for my friends… and THIS is how I almost go out?" Ike grumbled.
Yang folded her arms with a smirk. "Case in point."
Ruby sighed. "That dark haired midget was right… capes are hazardous to your health."
"I told you, darlings! But do you listen? No! NO CAPES!"
"OKAY, WE GET IT!" Ruby yelled.
You Found Me!
Link hummed to himself as he headed into the kitchen, grabbing himself some cereal to eat. He grabbed a box that he wanted, but as he pulled it off of the shelf, a Korok popped out of nowhere. "Yahaha! You found me!"
"Oh, hello there."
Duck Hunt threw a frisbee at Link, where he caught it and threw it back at him. Duck Hunt caught it and threw it harder, Link running toward it and catching it, then he threw it back at Duck Hunt. The dog quickly caught it and threw it as hard as he could. Link ran over to try and catch it, but he tripped over something and fell over. "OOOF!"
"Yahaha! You found me!"
"Where'd you come from?" Link wondered and then tried to reach for the frisbee, but noticed it was in the beak of a goose.
"Honk!" The goose ran off with the frisbee.
Link and Zelda found a spot in the field, where he set up a picnic and the two sat down. The two of them smiled at each other and closed each others eyes, leaning in to attempt to kiss each other, but suddenly a Korok popped up out of nowhere and the two of them accidentally kissed his cheeks. "Ack!" Link exclaimed.
"Aww, thank you~!" The Korok blushed, causing Zelda to laugh while Link looked completely annoyed.
Link hummed to himself, holding a newspaper under his arm as he wandered into the bathroom.
"Yahaha!"
"AAAAAH!"
"You found m-OW! Why'd you punch me?"
Link walked into his room, looking both ways before walking into the room, quickly looking into his drawers, the closet, under his bed, his dresser, under his pillows, under his blanket. He looked everywhere around his room and breathed a sigh of relief. He turned off the light and let out a sigh. "What a day…" He muttered as he climbed into bed, falling asleep. His eyes opened up a minute later and saw a Korok sitting down on his pillow.
"Yahaha! You found me!"
Link grabbed the Korok, walked out of the room, put him in front of the door and slammed the door behind him.
"…What did I do? Was it something I said?"
Lost
A phone started ringing, catching Hop's attention. "Mmm…" He groaned, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes and answering it. "Hello…?"
"Hop! I need your help! It's an emergency!"
"Bro? What's the emergency?"
"I'm lost! I don't know where Charizard is at, I took my eyes off of him for one second and he's gone! I'm lost… please send help, I can't find my way out of here! I'm lonely…"
"I'll be right there…" Hop said, putting his phone away.
Some time later…
"Hop! Oh, my precious younger brother! You have come to save me!" Leon exclaimed.
"Bro, nobody can take you seriously if you somehow get lost in a supermarket!" Hop exclaimed.
"You know how I don't do well with directions!"
"Yes, but in a supermarket? Really?!" Hop sighed. "Seriously, you could take a few steps out of the aisle." He said, pushing Leon out where he saw Charizard waiting for him with a basket full of groceries, the latter looking annoyed.
"Charizard! My best navigator! You could've told me you were checking out!"
"He did, but you didn't hear him because you were busy looking at a can of soup!"
"Oh, like anyone wouldn't be interested in a can of Unown Soup?" Leon chuckled. "Come along, Charizard! We are out of here!" He said and then walked outside.
"What are we going to do with him, Charizard?" Hop asked as Charizard looked at him with a shrug.
"Uh, guys? Where are you? HELP! I'M LOST IN A PARKING LOT!" Leon yelled, causing the two to facepalm.
"We'll be right there!" Hop said and then sighed. "He's hopeless…" He muttered, with Charizard nodding in agreement.
Fun fact, I have the head canon that Matt Mercer voices Leon. It just seems fitting!
Now I do wonder what that Pokemon Direct will bring... it says Sword and Shield, but i'm hoping we get a Diamond and Pearl remake. We'll just have to find out!
Though, with the SKUs popping up on the GameStop servers (I think they're servers, I could be remembering wrong), I was hoping a Nintendo Direct would pop up first. A Pokemon Direct wasn't what I had in mind... oh well! Maybe we'll get one next week?
