"Report!" The Jaffa Commander demanded.

"1 Constitution Class Starship Detected. Heavily Damaged and just sitting in the middle of nowhere." The Jaffa Warrior reported.

"Has the Tau'ri Federation reported any Borg Cubes in this area?" The Jaffa Commander asked suspiciously.

"None." The Jaffa Warrior answers looking very confused.

The Goa'uld Mothership had Improved Shield Generators and the Starfleet Designed Phase Cannons given to them by the Tau'ri Federation as they advanced on Captain Kirk's Starship Enterprise to investigate.

"This is the Commander of the Free Jaffa Republic Mothership Moonflower to Unidentified Vessel, do you require assistance?" The Jaffa Commander transmits to Captain Kirk's Enterprise and waited for it to respond.

"Sensors are detecting signs of Recent Borg Weapons Fire and several Human Survivors." The Jaffa Warrior told his Jaffa Commander as they got closer to the Enterprise.

The 10th Doctor checked on Rose Tyler and everyone else that was recovered from his TARDIS worriedly.

"You are the only one to wake up so far, the others are all in Medically Induced Comas until we can fully heal their wounds." Doctor McCoy explained to the Troubled Time Lord.

"How long until they wake up?" The 10th Doctor asked.

"One week at best with the Head Wounds they received." Doctor McCoy says defeatedly.

"At least nobody was killed." The 10th Doctor replied hauntedly recalling the destruction of the Planet Gallifrey.

"Captain Kirk's Personal Log, the Free Jaffa Republic have sent six Goa'uld Motherships to escort the Enterprise towards one of their Orbital Shipyards for repairs. The discovery of us being pulled into another reality brings no great change to our current situation because the Borg still exist here. Crew Morale is growing low from the large amounts of Wounded received from the Recent Borg Attack. I find myself questioning why this Time Lord dropped into my reluctant protection, the last survivor of an Advanced Civilization being hunted for his knowledge and yet I must admit the temptation to exploit his Hidden Secrets myself are becoming overwhelming with the fate of the United Federation of Planets hanging in the balance. I can only hope that my judgment remains sound in the days to come." The Log Recorder finished and Captain Kirk looked doubtfully towards his Vulcan First Officer standing behind him inside his Ready Room.

"The destruction of the Time Lord Civilization answers many of the Historical Questions about what happened to them, however, it also leaves us with the Moral Dilemma concerning what to do about the Last Time Lord in existence." Mister Spock stated knowingly.

"Hopefully my Log Recordings can be used as evidence if Starfleet Command questions our actions." Captain Kirk says bitterly as Mister Spock looked conflicted.

"Our Moral Dilemma might exonerate us or doom us, the fact remains that we still need to make the choice regardless." Mister Spock pointed out knowingly.

"The Last Survivor of an Advanced Civilizations drops an invasion fleet into the Milky Way Galaxy and then claims to be from the future. Is he lying or telling the truth?" Captain Kirk debated.

"Either way the Time Lord's Knowledge will become the target of anyone seeking Military Advantages over the Borg." Mister Spock answers Captain Kirk.

"Our own History Records show that the Time Lords have hidden their Technological Advancements from other civilizations beforehand. Is it possible that we are being used for something?" Captain Kirk considered worriedly.

"The Time Lord's Vessel seems crippled. It is logical to assume that he needs our protection until he can make repairs." Mister Spock offers helpfully.

"That just brings us back to the Moral Dilemma of what to do with him. This Time Lord can't just wander around attracting enemies to our doorstep whenever he needs our protection." Captain Kirk protested.

"I must point out that holding the Time Lord captive would make us little better than the ones hunting him for his knowledge when Starfleet Intelligence learns about him." Mister Spock responds.

"We can't risk the Time Lord leaving without someone else going after him and we can't risk Starfleet Intelligence trying to exploit the Time Lord's Knowledge for themselves. I'm not sure what other options we have here." Captain Kirk told Mister Spock frustratedly.
