We find ourselves in a thick forest that had numerous battle scars around the trees with a few looking like they were burning and spot the ThunderTank looking banged up as Panthro was looking at some of the wiring as Lion-O and Tygra looked worse for wear and were bandaging themselves up.
"Man, that was just what we needed." Lion-O said in sarcasm.
"If you hadn't been horsing around we wouldn't be so banged up." Tygra accused his friend.
"Me? You're the one who didn't warn us sooner about the ambush." Lion-O threw back with a frown.
"Maybe that's because I was busy helping Panthro out with restocking the tank with ammunition, something YOU said you'd do, but nope, you go off instead to wave your sword around."
"It's called self-training Tygra and you know it!"
"Are you two gonna squabble like this all day?" called Panthro looking at them in annoyance. "None of us expected an ambush early in the day, just be glad we made it out of it in one piece."
"I guess you're right, they have been getting bolder though." Lion-o said.
"Yeah ever since, we destroyed Mumm-Ra's base his army has been doubling down on us." remarked Tygra with a sigh. "Let's just hope Cheetara and the kittens are almost done scavenging. I don't wanna stick around for those lizards to get another chance."
"Don't worry, there's a town not too far away, we can stop there to lay low for awhile." Lion-O said as he read the map.
"I hope you're right." remarked Tygra.
"Of course I'm right, a king is always right." Lion-O boosted while Tygra facepalmed.
"I think you mean a competent one."
Lion-O glared at him. "You're saying I'm not competent?"
"Yes, your highness." he simply replied mocking him.
"Are you two gonna fight like cats or lend a hand!"
They turned to see Cheetara and the kittens had returned with some food from the forest. Cheetara not looking happy one bit.
"Oh! Uh...sorry, we'll get right on it." spoke Tygra quickly.
"So what took you so long?" Lion-O asked which irritated the female thunder cat.
"Well, this could have gone better and faster if SOMEONE didn't attract the enemy and got himself hurt." she replied obviously referring to him.
Lion-O sheepishly rubbed the back of his head. "I said sorry, how was I supposed to know Mumm-ra's army was close by?"
"It's called recon."
"Maybe we should all worry about that AFTER we eat something." spoke Kat munching on an apple while setting the food they gathered down. "We never did eat breakfast."
"Yeah let's eat." Kit agreed with her brother munching an apple as well.
"Anyway, there is a town coming up, we should be able to rest and lay low for a while." Tygra said.
"But how long is a while?" Kat asked.
"Long enough to buy some supplies and for me and Tygra to rest." Lion-O answered.
"Good, I could use a nice soft bed." Kit could already feel the softness of the bed, pillows and a nice warm blanket.
"Just keep in mind, we can't stay too long. Who knows when those lizards will show up." spoke Panthro.
"A week or 2 will be enough." Tygra replied. "Besides we need to restock anyway."
"Ok after we're done eating we shove off since those lizards might be nearby." Lion-O said and the others nodded in agreement.
(Later)
The group was walking through the market area of the town while each of them was given a limited amount of money due to their small budget.
The Kittens were checking out a potion shop and a lot of it was expensive, mostly the healing ones.
"Oh come on, this much for a medium healing potion?" Kat complained.
"Well this town is in the middle of nowhere, so it makes sense for prices to be so high." his sister pointed out with a frown. "But that doesn't make it any less fair."
Kat sighed while looking around. "Maybe the low ones are cheaper."
While her brother was looking at the low healing potions Kit suddenly found one that piqued her interest. It was a glass bottle with a pink heart on it with it being see-through and showing a pink liquid inside, and the sign doesn't explain what it was for.
"Excuse me, but what's this one?"
The young jackal woman who was restocking some potions came to her. "Which one?"
"This pink one."
The jackal woman looked down at it and smiled. "That one is a rare one of a kind potion. One that has a rather...unique effect if you will."
"Really? What kind?" asked Kat curiously.
"Let's just say it's something known to bestow great power and strength when taken. Power not known to most and said to outshine others in our world." she replied as the kittens looked at it with surprise. "In fact, I am the only one who has ever consumed a sip of it, and I put it on display to see if there is another one out there who might get the same chance."
Kit looked at the potion in amazement. 'Maybe if I drink it I'll become as strong as Cheetara.' she thought
"How much?" asked Kat with a smile.
"Ah, I cannot say." she shook her head before looking between the two. "But tell me, what is your relationship with each other?"
The kittens looked at each other and back at the jackal. "We're brother and sister." they said at the same time.
"Oh? I thought you two looked alike." she smiled with a glint in her eye before rubbing her chin. "Perhaps I could show some leeway for two darling children such as yourselves and offer up some of my more pricey potions for a fraction of their price."
The twins' eyes light up when they heard that. "You have a deal!" they said at once with the jackal woman smiling.
"Go ahead and pick which ones and I'll provide a bag so you don't lose them."
"Thank you!" they exclaimed. They began to pick out a few potions until Kit looked at the same potion with the pink heart on it from earlier.
'Hmm, she said it would give someone strength, and I want to become as strong as Cheetara…' Kit thought for a minute and grabbed it and brought it to the jackal woman.
"Hmm, I see you considered taking that one with you." she smiled.
"Yes, there's someone I look up to and I want to be as strong as her." Kit said.
"Well, who am I to deny a young child her desire for strength? I can part with it, just keep in mind that it's best to drink more than just a little, it helps VERY much." smiled the woman with a glint in her eyes not leaving.
"I'll remember, how much will this be altogether?" she asked.
"The rest you can pay upfront, but that one in your hand it's on the house." the jackal woman replied.
"Really?! Thanks!" Kit exclaimed.
"You're welcome young one and remember to drink more than one sip." the jackal woman smiled.
After they paid for the potions, costing them a lot of their allowance, they waved good-bye to the jackal woman who waved back.
"Oh, I hope they will find enjoyment out of that bottle." she smiled and returned to her shop. That's when she spotted a male jackal walking over and turned. "You've returned."
"Yes, and I...wait." he looked at the shelves and looked up at the woman. "Where is the bottle?"
"Oh, I merely went ahead and help spread its influence." she chuckled making him stare at her before shaking his head with a sigh.
"You know what will happen, don't you?"
"Of course."
"Who did you sell it to?"
"Some kittens who will find some use out of it, as we did."
"Children? Oh dear, I can only hope the boy can handle it." he remarked entering the stall from the side and faced the jackal woman who wrapped her arms around his neck. "You were insatiable in the past."
"Who says I'm not now?" The Jackal woman kissed him on the lips and he happily returned it. "I say, big brother." she said with lust in her voice.
The male chuckled as she started to lick around his muzzle before picking her up. "We best take this in the back, and probably close up early."
"I'd like that very much." she purred before she flipped the sign in the window, shut the blinds, and locked the doors. She grabbed the male jackal's hand and pulled him to the back.
As that went on, we follow the Kittens with Kit looking at the potion in her hands with a smile while Kat looked too.
"You really think she was telling the truth?"
"I'm not sure, but if this helps me become as strong as Cheetara I will drink it." she remarked firmly. "Then I could be out there and really make a difference. Relying on my flute is useful, but I wanna jump out there and fight without sticking to the sides."
Kat smiled at his sisters resolve. "Maybe I can drink it too, I want to fight like Lion-O."
Kit chuckled. "If you mean going into a battle without thinking, then good luck with that."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
She just smiled, as they kept walking back to the hotel they were staying at.
(Later)
"Alright everyone, I'd say tonight's been pretty uneventful, which is good." spoke Lion-O to the others as they ate dinner. "We can unwind here, take some time to take it easy, and recover. Anyone find anything worth mentioning? Anything out of the ordinary or important we should we all be aware of?"
"Besides some of the locals who like to charge an arm and a leg just for fruit? No." spoke Panthro.
"We bought some healing potions for you and Tygra." Kat said.
"Good that should help me and Lion-O recover more quickly." Tygra remarked.
"Good then the next few days here will be spent on supplies and information." Cheetara added.
"Yes and we could use some rest from all the fighting recently." Kit said.
"Plus me and Kit found something awesome!" beamed WilyKat. "We fou-" his mouth was quickly covered by his sister who gave a smile.
"A good deal on the potions. The lady was really nice and felt bad for us, so we didn't have to pay full price."
Cheetara smiled. "That's good, you two got a good discount and this will help us more."
Tygra looked at the clock and saw that it was 11:25. "Well time for bed, we're all going to need all the rest we can get." He said heading to his room.
Lion-O yawned. "For once I agree with him, goodnight everyone."
"You two sharing a room?" Cheetara asked the kittens.
"Yes we are." Kit replied her hand still over her brother's mouth.
Cheetara smiled and left, as she left Kit took her hand off Kat's mouth.
"Sis, what was that for?" he frowned.
"To keep you from blabbing." she replied. "Think about it. If we wanna get stronger using the potion, then we can't let the others know or else we'll have to share it. How can we be as strong as Lion-O or Cheetara if they have some? Then they'll still be stronger and we'll be left in the dust."
"I guess that makes sense." He replied. "So do we take it now?"
"Yes, let me go get two cups and don't drink it while I'm gone." she warned him.
"Hey, I'm not." he crossed his arms as she raised an eyebrow. "I promise, I won't drink any until you get back."
And with that she left and came back with 2 medium glass cups in each hand and placed them on the table.
"Ok, she said not to drink too little, but what is too little?" Kit asked.
They just looked at the bottle.
"Maybe we should fill them short of half?" Kat suggested.
"Ok, I'll do it." Kit took the bottle, opened it, and started to carefully fill up both glasses and put the bottle to the side and picked her glass up and gave it a sniff. "Hmm, it smells a bit like fruit."
"What type?" Kat asked.
"I think like a fruit smoothie." Kit answered.
"Oh, I can't wait to drink it." he replied and grabbed his cup. "This is gonna be great. I wonder if we'll grow taller, or even just grow up like the others."
"That'd be nice." smiled his sister before they tapped the glasses together and brought them to their lips, but before Kat could drink from his cup, he happened to lean back a little too much on his seat, causing it to catch on a loose floorboard and let out a surprised yelp and fell back, his cup spilling out while Kit got a taste of her own, and her eyes widened.
"Wow! That tastes so good!" she exclaimed with a dreamy look on her face.
"Aw man, stupied floorboards made me spill mine." Kat complained. "Do you feel any stronger?"
"Hold on." she held her finger up and drank up the rest of the potion before setting the cup down and sighed with a smile. "Wow, it tasted like so many fruits mixed in together, but was so smooth."
"Gee, thanks for rubbing it in." he deadpanned as her tail swished. "So? Feel any different?"
"Mmm, I don't think so." she shook her head. "The only thing is this weird headache in the back of my head, but other than that, fine."
"I say she ripped us off and just mixed up a fruit smoothie and placed it in a bottle." frowned Kat crossing his arms. "And we fell for that story about getting stronger. I feel like a complete idiot now."
"So what's new? Besides some potions need time to take effect." she said. "It might kick in soon."
"And if it does, and you get stronger than me that will just suck lucky." Kat remarked crossing his arms.
"Stop whining, you shouldn't have leaned back too far anyway." she retorted rubbing her head while feeling a twinge now. "Look, why don't we turn in for the night and see if it works in the morning?"
"Why not? It's all gone anyway, the lady said it was extremely rare so there's no chance of finding another one anyway." he frowned and leaped into bed.
Kit rolled her eyes and got into bed and quickly fell to sleep.
Kat himself turned away from her while a little jealous.
(Later)
It was the middle of the night with everyone asleep, but Kit herself at the moment seemed to move a little bit, but not enough to wake her brother. She moved a bit more, and was now rubbing up against his back making him moan in his sleep. She wrapped her arms around him while slowly smiling with her tail moving a little as she rested her head against his back and seemed to let out a low purr. She moved her arm over him, and wrapped him, as her tail slowly wrapped around his. She purred more, as she took in his scent. And began to rub her chest up and down his back, making him sigh in his sleep. Kit gave a soft but cute meow and began licking the back of his neck while deep in her mind, images played out.
Said images being of their family, but mostly focused on the times she and her brother spent together.
Kit smiled at the memories. "Kat…" she softly said in her sleep. She slow accelerated her movement, as the memories continued to play. Her mind made her feel a different happiness on them, and all of it was directed on Kat. She imagined them sharing a bath and he was washing her, from her back then her chest and finally her most private area, making her let out a groan. Kat groaned as the sun touched his face. He was not a morning person, the only thing he liked in the morning was breakfast. "Kit, it's time to get up." he whispered while trying to sit up, but the weight made it hard while getting a low grumble from his sister who just clung on tighter.
"Five more minutes mama." She replied as she clung tighter, making her brother wince in pain, feeling how strong his sister was.
'Man, was she always this strong or did that potion really work? You are so lucky sis.' he thought trying to pry her off him.
Kit's expression turned to a frown with her brother feeling the claws now.
"Ow! Hey wake up sis, your claws are digging into me." he started to twist, trying to both free himself and wake her at the same time.
Kit groaned before her eyes slowly began to open. "Hey Kat, good morning." she purred.
"Kit, your claws." he winced.
"Oh." was all she said before she moved her hands away and scooted away from him.
"Man Kit, you're strong. Have you always been that way or did that potion work?"
"Really?" she asked.
"I'll say, you were bear hugging me, and I couldn't pry you off." Kat replied as he rubbed the claw marks on him. "You think about trimming your nails a little?"
"What's wrong with them?" she looked at them. "They're sharp enough."
"Trust me, I noticed."
She just rolled her eyes and looked at her hands. "Hmm… I do feel a bit stronger."
"I'd say more than a bit." he remarked getting up and stretched while noting a faint sweet scent in the room.
"Whatever, let's get cleaned up and meet the others." Kit said as she began to undress making her brother blush as he smelled more of that sweet scent.
"Um… Kit what are you doing? And do I smell something?" he asked.
"I'm taking my clothes off so I can take a shower and I smell nothing." she replied as she had just removed her panties make Kat blush more.
"But not in front of me!" Kat remarked.
"Oh relax, what's the big deal?"
"It's a big deal! We're brother and sister!" he covered his eyes and made his way to the door. "I'll just be outside."
"Oh stop being a baby, we used to bathe together all the time back home, so how is this different?" Kit questioned walking to the bathroom. "You coming or what?"
Kat blinked a few times and pinched himself to see if he was dreaming, but nothing, this was real. He turned and headed out quicker. "I'll let you go first."
Kit watched the door close and let out what sounded like a hiss and crossed her arms. "Now that's just rude. Oh well, next time."
(10 minutes later)
She just exited the bathroom one towel wrapped around her body and another one around her head. She quickly took them off and was about to get dressed when the door opened and her brother peeked in.
"Hey, Kit you done, ye…" He didn't get to finish when he saw his twin sister in all her naked glory. His eyes widened and turned red as she noticed and smiled innocently.
"You can use the bathroom Kat, it's all yours."
He just nodded and covered his eyes, rushed towards the bathroom, and quickly slammed the door. `Whats wrong with her, she never does this stuff, she always locks the door, and she just yells at me whenever I take a peek at her.'
Kit herself looked disappointed, but went to grab her clothes while humming to herself. "Don't take too long in there or I might eat your breakfast." she joked.
That snapped him out of it and he swiftly shed his clothes and stepped into the shower. "You better not eat any of the good stuff!" Kat exclaimed.
Kit just giggled. "I won't." she remarked. "I'll see you downstairs." she said as she exited the room. Kit skipped down the hall humming to herself when one of the doors ahead of her opened and reveal Cheetara who yawned as she entered the hall. "Hey, Cheetara."
The adult thundercat turned and smiled. "Hey, Kit you seem in a good mood today."
"Yes, thanks to the sleep potion I had last night I slept well."
"That's good, so where's Kat?" Cheetara asked.
"He's still in the shower, but he better hurry up before I eat his breakfast." Kit joked.
"Don't worry, I think we have enough to keep that from happening." chuckled Cheetara.
"Yes, you think Lion-O and the others are wake yet?" Kit asked.
"Not sure?.You go down stairs and wait for us and if Kat comes tell him not to eat all the food ok." Cheetara replied before walking away.
"You can count on me." Kit called out before heading downstairs.
Kit had been there for 7 minutes and she wondered where everyone was, but she heard her brother calling as he ran towards her.
"Hey, sis where's the food?" he asked.
"Hmph, no good morning or hello or asking where the others are, man all you can think about is your stomach." she shook her head with a shrug.
"You can't blame me, I'm hungry."
"I'm hungry too, but I at least said good morning to Cheetara, I wish there was a potion for fixing little brothers manners."
"Hey! I'm the older twin!" Kat remarked.
Kit just scuffed. "Sometimes I wonder which one of us is the older one."
Kat just stuck his tongue at her and sat down. "So, I'm sorry about seeing you know…"
Kit just smiled. "It's ok, like I said we bathed together back home."
"Yeah, when we were smaller." Kat remarked looking away from Kit.
Kit smiled and moved her tail towards his and wrapped it up making him look at her weirded out.
"What are you doing?" he asked.
"Warming your tail up so you don't get cold." she teased. "I know how you can get if you get sick."
"Yeah, but it's warm in here and even warmer outside." he remarked trying move his tail from her tail, but it seems her tail was stronger too. 'Did that potion make her tail stronger as well?' "Um… Kit, can you untangle your tail from mine?" Kat asked.
"Why? Don't you like the way it rubs against yours?" she asked him.
Kat just looked at her. "It's not that, I just think its weird."
Kit just giggled. "Oh come on, it feels good doesn't it?" she purred.
"Hey, Kat, Kit." they both turned to see the others walking towards them.
"Morning guys."
"How'd you all sleep?" Kit asked while her tail was still tightly wrapped around Kat's who was still trying to get hers off his.
"Not good, especially when you share a room with the king of loud snoring." Tygra said.
Lion-O glared at him. "Oh, shut up!"
Cheetara frowned. "It's too early for bickering you two."
The two older male thundercats just growled before turning away from each other.
"So what are we doing to day?" Kat asked still trying to get his sister to let go.
"Well, since we're going to be laying low for awhile we need income." Cheetara said.
"So what are we going to do for money?" Kit asked.
"Well on the map, there is a task center here in town, so let's go there and see if we can get some jobs." Tygra suggested.
"Ok, but after we eat." Kat remarked.
"I agree." Kit added squeezing Kat's tail even more making him wince which Cheetara noticed.
"Hey, Kat you ok?" she asked.
Kat said nothing, but looked at his sister who just gave him an innocent smile as if nothing was happening.
"I think he's just eager for breakfast."
"You're right about that." he said hiding his embarrassment.
After eating, the group was on their way to the Task center with Kat and Kit taking up the rear.
"Kit, why did you do that?" he whispered.
She just smiled. "Don't pretend that you didn't like it." as she tried to wrapped her tail around his again.
"Woah there." he moved his tail away, making her pout. "Really Kit, what's wrong? You've been acting...off."
She raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?"
"You held me in bed, you didn't lock the door when you were getting dressed, and now you're wrapping your tail around mine, what's gotten into you sis?" he listed off. "And not to mention I found bite and kiss marks on my neck after taking a shower."
"Oh, Kat I'm fine." Kit purred rubbing against him as they walked before he moved away.
"Whoa there sis, I think you should see a doctor or something, you usually don't act like this." he blushed with his hands up as she frowned.
"It's called acting like a nice sister. What? Would you rather we be fighting all the time?"
"No, but I know you and this is new. Come on we're being left behind." he said speeding up.
Kit just frowned. 'What's wrong with him? I'm just being a nice sister.' she followed with the group reaching the center.
The gang had gotten their tasks. The adults got B and A class tasks, but the kittens were stuck with C class.
"Aww man, why do we have to do this, clean the bathhouse that will take forever." Kat complained.
"Look on the bright Kat, we might take a dip in it." Kit commented secretly hoping they get to.
"But we have no swim clothes." he reminded her.
"Well that's never stopped others before." she idly remarked walking ahead of him as he looked at her confused. "Come on, let's get going."
After 5 minute they made it to the bathhouse and they were surprised to see how big it was.
"Wow! This is big." Kit stated.
"Yeah, but it's gonna take a long time to clean." Kat complained.
"Oh shut up, and go." she remarked and pushed him inside.
They were given their task, they had to clean the new private pool and they would not only get paid, but were allowed to be the first to use it. After what seemed like hours they were done and felt sore, the owner let them stay in the pool and they would get the money on the way out.
"Ahhhh, this is good." Kat said wearing swim trunks that the bathhouse had. "I wonder where Kit is?" he asked himself when the door opened. "Hey, Kit finally done changing?"
"Yeah, what do you think? I found it in the back and thought it would fit since it seemed like it was my size."
"Good to know." he replied and closed his eyes, enjoying the hot water.
"Come on Kat, you didn't even look."
"Alright." He sighed and looked at his sister and blushed slightly. Kit was wearing a two-piece black bikini which tightly clung to her body.
"So… what do think?" Kit asked giving him a cute pose
"I-It's...showing a bit." he admitted with a gulp.
"Well I mean does it seem loose or does it fit just right?"
"Um… I think looks just right." he replied.
Kit smiled. "Thank you, how's the water?"
"It's just right, you should get in." He remarked while turning away. 'Come on, why did she have to find something that showed that much skin?'
Kit shrugged her shoulders and stepped into the water. "This feels good, are you glad we took this job now?"
"Yeah, it feels nice." he replied.
"So Kat, how am I acting weird?" she asked turning towards him.
"Well… I'm not trying to be rude sis, but I wake up and you are hugging me, clawing into my skin, you wrapped your tail around mine, and I find kiss and bite marks on the back of my neck." he listed off his fingers while WilyKit looked at him. "You've never EVER done anything like that."
"I'm not sure." she replied. "It just felt natural."
"Really? Natural… the hugging I understand, but the clawing, bite and kiss marks, that's not natural." he replied. "You should see a doctor sis."
Kit just pouted. "I don't need one Kat, I'm fine, just because of a few bite and kiss marks and my tail gripping yours doesn't mean it's weird."
"Kit, that's what lovers do, we're brother and sister, that's the line." he remarked keeping his distance.
WilyKit felt herself bristle hearing that and clenched her hands under the water before giving an innocent smile. "It was probably an odd dream."
WilyKat raised an eyebrow and looked at her. "An odd dream? What do you mean?"
"What I mean is that I must have dreamt about something and I ended up kissing and biting you." She explained.
"Ok… but how does that explain the tail thing?"
"I was probably a little scared and needed something to calm me down."
Kat just smiled. "Oh yeah, I forgot you always did get scared easily."
"Yup, and being with my brother makes me safer." Kit replied. "So let's just enjoy the nice bath and go find the others later."
"Ok sis." Kat replied as he began to lay back and floated. 'Maybe she's right. I mean lots of people do weird stuff when dreaming. Like that one time I was chased by scary flying trees.'
Kit smiled and she just sank into the water. 'I don't get what he's so worried about. Stuff like that isn't too hard to understand. Besides, he's warm in bed.'
After 30 minutes the kittens got dressed and collected the money and headed back to the hotel.
"I hope the others don't take too long." Kat complained.
"B and A rank tasks can take awhile to complete." Kit remarked.
Kat looked at the money they just earned and smiled. "Hey, how about we do some shopping?"
Kit frowned. "Why waste the money we just earned on shopping?"
"Come on Kit, remember we are gathering money and supplies so we are just getting more for the road and maybe we can get you some new clothes."
Kit opened her mouth to reply, but the part about clothes stuck in her head and started giving her ideas. "Ok let's go shopping." she said grabbed Kat's hand and dragged him along.
(10 minutes later)
WilyKat was regretting the clothes part, it felt like his sister was in the dressing room for hours until he heard the curtains open and blushed at what is sister was wearing. She wore loose red pantie the were practitly sliding of her waist and a matching bra that was sliding off her shoulders.
