Artie and Lincoln, along with his sisters and parents were bidding little Artie goodbye, for he was heading back to the hotel where his parents are staying it. His flight back to Boston will be in about three days, and his parents didn't want to accidentally separate from their own boy, and that would have been a disaster. Meanwhile, Lincoln could hardly believe that he and his new big brother, along with his family, were all going to Africa in the next coming months, and he hoped that it would be fun in the safari parks, and Mt. Kilimanjaro.
"Well, it was nice meeting you, Artie. I hope you had fun today." said Lincoln
Artie smiled. "I did, Lincoln. I had a lot of fun with you, and your sisters. Too bad I have go go back to my mommy and daddy. I want to spend more time with again."
"Well, I will talk to your mom and dad, Artie. "I can get them to organize another visit here to Royal Woods. But I might not make any promises about having a visit immediately. It might... take a little while. Probably a few months."
"Oh. Okay. Maybe I can video chat with him?"
"Of course." said Lincoln. "I'll give you my username for Scupe so we can talk on camera."
Young Artie smiled and made a small gasp of excitement. "My mommy and daddy have a Scupe account, I can give them your Name and we can talk to each other all the time.'
Lincoln smiled. "Cool. That would be awesome."
"Well, have a safe trip, Artie." Lori said with a small wave.
"Hope you will wear the sweater I made for you when you get chilly." Leni said. 'That sweater will be happy to have you wear it."
"Thank you, Leni. I'll wear it. I promise."
"Bye Artie." said the kids before Luke rode off with the child on his motorcycle. Artie looked to his side and he gave the whole Loud family a small, adorable wave before the Rogue Lion went off to the road.
"I'm gonna miss the little guy." Luna admitted. "But he had to be with his 'rents. Boston is where he lives, and it's more than a feeling in Boston."
"Well, dinner's almost ready guys. Having some Swedish meatballs with noodles and roux." all the kids rushed to the table and waited for the food to come to their plates so they can chow down on it.
While waiting, Lincoln was daydreaming about the potential of seeing Tanzania for the first time, and seeing all those animals like the lion, cheetah, eland Nile crocodile, and other majestic species. Maybe even see some dangerous animals close up with his new brother and what the rest of the family would think. Maybe Lynn would consider it a little boring, and she would try and make anything a sport, for that was one of the many things she was good at, along with any other sport in the world.
Of course, he looked at the cuisine online for what the food was usually like in Tanzania, and it had rice, and chicken involved. For now, Lincoln had to wait naturally for the trip to happen if he really wants it to come to him.
Time does wait for no one after all, and patience is always a virtue. Thinking of what he would do in Tanzania surely had Lincokn very spaced out, in a good way that is. Traveling from one country to another is fun and it gives a human being a different outlook on life in the heard to come.
"Alright fam, dinner's here!" the father sang before handing out the plates of noodles and meatballs to everyone at the table. The dishes looked so yummy and almost all of the kids dug in the pasta, while Lincoln was daydreaming some more.
"Uhh, Lincoln?" said Rita.
"You okay, dude?" Luna added.
The young boy didn't hear them, and Lynn had to shake her little brother. "Hey, beautiful dreamer!" Lynn said. "Snap out of it."
"Oh, sorry, sorry. I was just thinking?"
"About what?" asked Luan.
"Well, I was thinking if we all go to Tanzania in the next few months, I was thinking what we would do first once we settled at the hotel. Go on a safari, look at the beaches at Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar, look for gorillas or baboons. Or if you guys will like it when we go over there."
"Ah, of course we'll love it." said Luna. "We talked about this before, dude.'
"Yeah, and I'm curious what the fashion for women are there to make them look beautiful." Lola added. "I mean, granted, it is not as divine as Paris, London, or Berlin, but I bet the ladies have beautiful clothing for a girl like me."
"Like leopard-skin panties?" Lana said.
"Gah! No! That is the cheesiest thing I would ever want to wear." Lola growled. "And the last thing I would wear at all."
"Whatever. I can look for gorillas or Baboons and try and pick love or ticks off their backs." Lana said. "I wonder what ticks tasted like anyway."
"Oh, don't talk like that, Lana." Lisa complained with an uncomfortable feeling in her stomach. "If you keep conversion in those kind of conversations, I might vomit for a while night. Not to mention, you are forcing my appetite to cease and disappear."
"Sorry."
"I would like to look for an African buffalo." said Lucy. "They are very aggressive and they kill more than two-hundred people a year in Africa. She made a small smile before adding: "and they are called 'Africa's Black Death', and that name sounds really cool."
"We'll figure something out" said Lori.
"Yeah, and there are a few more years before we go there." Leni added naively. Everyone facepalmed at her usual naive personality again and continued eating their dinners.
"Lori's right," said Luna. "We'll figure something out for fun we can do first. And besides, I would leave that to Luke when it comes to lookin' for a sweet place to stroll around."
