Mirii fired both weapons in midair, as the projectiles hit the enemy girl right in her face: the enemy yelped, helplessly letting her weapon fall down on the floor.
As Mirii touched the ground again, Sher's knees bended, landing on the floor, while her hands covered her face.
"... Sher..." Mirii's eyebrows went up.
The girl stepped towards the kneeing one... when suddenly, she jumped towards her, pinning her down on the floor with her hands on Mirii's shoulders.
"Don't do that!" Mirii frowned over her foe.
"If I can't defeat you normally, I will defeat you with this!" Her long fringe lifted, showing her eyes completely coloured in purple. "I have another ink colour inside me... you will come with me, stupid witch!"
The girl exploded in a loud laugh, as she rose her head and her skin began changing into a purple variety.
"Sher, please!" Mirii bit her lips, as her eyebrows went up. "I-I'm Mirii! Your guide!"
The girl kept laughing, as her skin was mostly purple...
"Sheeerr!" Mirii's eyes squeezed, while her teeth gritted.
As soon as the holding girl's skin was fully purple, lights came through her body...
BOOOM!

...
"... hmm...?" Mirii's eyes reopened in a half.
Her sight was pointing at some of the crates nearby. She was still laying on the floor, although a purple ink stain was resting on most of her body parts.
Soon, a bright light was gradually scrolling through all the purple stains in presence, eliminating them instantly.
"... my clothes feel so light, I can't sense them..." Her left hand landed on her stomach.

Her eyes went wide: she lifted her posture and lowered her head, watching her stomach along with her black shorts and shoes.
"M-my clothings!" She blushed a lot, as she rose up on her feet and hugged her stomach, while bending herself forward. "Th-that explosion destroyed my clothings!"
Her chest was covered by a black top.
"Miriiiii!"
From behind her back, Kelly hugged Mirii while smiling. The taller girl's irises shrunk, while her mouth flattened.
"You did it!" Her head tilted, looking at her taller friend's smaller tentacles. "You saved us!" She freed her friend, as she took two steps backwards.
"D-did I...?!" She twisted behind, while keeping her blush.
"Yes yes!" Kelly's irises went down, then up. "... huh?" Her mouth opened a bit. "Your clothes...?"
"TH-THAT SQUID BLEW UP AND DESTROYED MOST OF THEM!" Her face was full of sweat, while her hands grabbed her tentacles.
"... ih ih ih ih ih!" Kelly's hand covered her smiling mouth. "You look so funny with just those small pieces of clothing!"
"G-gaaaaaahhh!" Mirii blushed even more.
"Mirii...?"

Mirii's face went fully red, as she turned behind and noticed Hun looking back at her.
"... wh-what are you..." Hun blushed a lot.
"W, W, W, W...!" Mirii's irises shrunk smaller and smaller.
"Whoooaaa, what's this crazy setup?!"
"... Gr-Greta?!" Mirii now turned over her left side.
She tracked down not only Greta, but also Carlson who was standing near her right side. Greta was wearing a pair of sunglasses and a light jacket, coupled with a purple shirt who had a star on its middle.
Carlson on the other hand, was wearing a beanie hat, a heavy leather jacket and large jeans.
"Why are you wearing this strange bikini combo?!" Greta took off the sunglasses, exposing her expanded eyes. "Don't you feel cold or something?!"
"... like, she does look so fit without her clothing." Carlson's eyelids lowered to the middle, as he grinned a little.
Mirii jumped, as smoke came out of her nostrils.
"Well, that's a stupid comment." Greta puffed her cheeks, as she brought her wrists on her sides and slightly bended herself towards him. "I would achieve the same results, if I do just that!"
"Huh?" Carlson stared over the talking girl, as he kept his mouth open.
"But Mirii is in better shape than any other girl..." Hun frowned, as his arms folded.
Ink went out of Mirii's nose, as her hands covered it.
"Like, I bet that Greta isn't that behind at all." Carlson chuckled.
Greta blushed too.
"Yo-you mean... I-I'm better than her?!"
"Yeah?" Carlson rose his mouth. "With tall Squids like us, it's tougher to keep a nice shape!" He nodded. "Unless they go into frenzy eatings, they are usually pretty thin."
"It's because stuff is much smaller around us than normal!" Greta smiled, while lowering her eyebrows and looking over Mirii. "I'm pretty thin myself in other words."
"Wh-why are you mumbling about body shapes?!" Mirii's blush decreased, while her face was sporting a scowl. "And why are you wearing those clothes?!"
"We wanted to get in the tower and try to stop the invasion without letting anyone recognize us." Greta lifted her sunglasses with her right fingers. "You know that we are icons in the eyes of the youth."
"... and you found those clothes...?" Mirii tilted her head up and down a bit, carefully staring at the two Inklings.
"We rented them!" Greta grinned a bit. "We have to return them pretty soon, though..."
"... you were shadows who were surrounding me..." Mirii's eyes squeezed a little.
"We were?" Carlson's right hand went behind his neck.
"That Demon Squid lured me inside that terrible liquid...!" Kelly's mouth shaped as a . "But I was able to help you out, Mirii...!"
"How?" The called girl twisted towards Kelly.
"When me and the others were absorbed, we also... melted?" Kelly looked over the ceiling. "Hhmmmm... ... let's use that." She stared back at Mirii. "As the Demon Squid was getting the equipment, I sneaked inside that transparent thingy you had before...!"
Mirii's hands went behind her back.
"... that explosion destroyed my Ink Tank too?!"
"It was sooooo hard sliding as a melty Kelly..." She giggled, as her clasped hands went down. "But it was so much fun!"
"What about everyone else?!" Mirii's head turned left and right.
Quickly, she noticed several Inklings laying down on the floor with their eyes closed.
"The Demon Squid cursed us... but since you defeated her, you broke the curse and we were all free!" Kelly shaped her mouth as a small 3.
"Why you sneaked inside the Ink Tank...?" Mirii's right hand petted her right tentacle.
"I saw sweeter waters' Squid who use the tank for storing her ink... I thought that, since I was pretty melty, I could help you in some way if I was affecting your ink...!"
"You succeeded in your task." Mirii smiled. "I was able to drawn the girl into self-exploding..."
"Tee hee hee!" Kelly grinned widely.
"... wait." Mirii's mouth turned into a dot. "But I don't recall seeing any melted substance inside the tank..."
"I think I attached so well on the internal walls, I got scattered around it...!" Kelly grimaced a bit. "It was a disgusting experience..."
Mirii's face went a bit green.
"I-I couldn't control myself as a melted Squid..." Sweat jumped off Hun's head. "I tried my best to stop that Demon... but she already captured everyone and I was all alone."
"We won, Hunley." Mirii smiled at him. "Everyone returned to normal."
Her mind was seeing Sher smiling at her.
"... but at what cost..."
Mirii's eyebrows lowered.
"... how could her father do this...?"
