Fred woke up feeling the rumble. He sat up, peeked from over the railing of the corridor. It was a cloudy day. He turned around and saw Angelina in deep sleep. Last night was a night to remember. He had finally asked her to be his girlfriend and she had said yes. They had kissed on the corridor of the eighth floor where not many came and one thing led to another.

He smiled when she moaned in her sleep as she shifted a little, curling up more comfortably inside the conjured blanket as Fred turned around to look at the school grounds or rather towards the land beyond the wards of Hogwarts. Something about this storm didn't feel right to him. It was then that he heard thumping as if an army was charging down towards them. He narrowed his eyes to see thing clearly through the fog that had accompanied the rain as it poured down hard when he noticed a shimmer. He looked closely and realized the shimmer was rather near him. It took him a minute to realize that the shimmering was coming from the ward or the shield of Hogwarts. It was then that he also heard commotion on the lower levels as Angelina woke up, too.

"Umm, what is going on?" she asked in a sleepy voice as she covered her naked body with the blanket that she shared with Fred last night. She then saw him standing buck-naked staring towards the school grounds. It was pouring hard and the wind had turned cold. She cast a warming spell as she got dressed. "Hey?" she said as she threw Fred his pants.

"Something's happening," Fred said.

It wasn't normal for her to see Fred this serious but it did mean things were serious enough for him to be like this. Wearing her clothes she stood up and looked towards the grounds as well and she, too, noticed it.

"What is that?" she asked as she narrowed her eyes.

"Something bad," Fred muttered as he turned around to look at her. "We need to go downstairs, figure out what's going on."

"Do you think it has got to do something with the danger that the faculties were talking about?" she asked.

"We won't know unless we go," he said wearing his clothes and a minute later they were heading downstairs.

Downstairs was a mess as in students and Hogsmead villagers were looking outside through the corridors towards the land beyond the forbidden forest. Everyone had noticed the huge patch of black and grey coming towards them. They didn't fail to also notice the black cloud heading their way. Some could already feel their effects on them when Fred saw George.

"George!" he called his brother who came running towards him. "What's going on?" he asked.

"I don't know but it isn't anything good," George replied. "Where are Ginny and Ron?"

"I don't know. I just came here," Fred replied when he noticed a patch of red hair amongst the crowd. "Maybe that's her." George turned around and walked towards her and it was Ginny. He asked her about Ron but she didn't know. He then noticed McGonagall, Flitwick and Pomona coming their way. People gave them way. Fred and George didn't and were subject to McGonagall's glare. It didn't had its effect on them at the moment.

"Mr and Mr Weaselys, move aside," she said in a stern voice.

"Not unless you tell us what is going on," Fred said.

McGonagall looked at them and her gaze softened. "Do you have your wands?"

"That's at least five times bigger than before," Hermione said looking beyond the forbidden forest.

"You thought she would sit idly all this week?" Daphne said. "Where's Neville?"

"Helping Luna inside the wards room," Hermione said. "The founders are instructing them to strengthen the wards at the weak points just in case those areas are targeted because we are dealing with her. She knows every square inch of this castle."

"That's a bummer," Daphne said. "How confident are you right now?"

"Honestly, not much," Hermione replied. "What about you?"

"Same here," Daphne replied. "I thought they would've returned by now but it seems I was wrong."

"I believe in them," Hermione said. Daphne turned to look at her. "They will come. Harry and Gohan will come."

"Your optimism is something I've always been a fan of, you know that?" Daphne said with a faint smile.

"I didn't," Hermione replied with a smile of her own.

"So what do we do until Harry and Gohan's return?" Daphne asked.

"We delay," she replied as she looked down and saw the villagers and some senior students coming out of the castle. In front of them a couple hundred meters were the stone statues forming a barricade. A row of magical vines formed an impenetrable hedge just outside the limits of Hogwarts' wards that was shimmering from time to time.

Hermione and Daphne felt it as they turned around and saw him standing behind them. She smiled. "You came," she said. "When will Gohan and Harry arrive?"

"Their training and preparation should've been over," Piccolo said. "They are not here?"

"I thought you knew about that," Daphne said. Piccolo growled looking at her. He didn't like her that much. She appeared too haughty to him. He hated that kind of human nature.

"They were training on the Lookout, the place of earth's guardian or what you call god," Piccolo said looking at Daphne. She raised an eyebrow towards him so he shifted his attention to Hermione. "Their training was supposed to have been over today. I can't form a telepathic link with Dende to ask him about what's going on with the boys because she has it all blocked away," he said looking at the grounds.

"She's affecting your telepathic links?" Hermione asked. Piccolo nodded.

"But don't worry," Piccolo said as he smiled. "From what I've heard from a person I know she has arrogantly allowed some of my and Gohan's friends to join in this fight."

"They are coming here?" Hermione asked her eyes lit up. Piccolo nodded.

"I thought no mundane could enter the magical world," Daphne said.

"She can make it happen," Piccolo said. "How's the situation here?"

"We only have a handful of people and although I know it was selfish of us to ask for them to join this fight knowing we were pushing them to their demise we couldn't do anything else," Hermione said.

"You know things like that can be undone," Piccolo said, "but only if we won."

"I know that," Hermione said knowing that Piccolo was talking about the dragon balls. If they won this fight it wouldn't matter how many Tenille killed from their side. All of them could just be wished back to life but if she destroyed the Lookout and Dende then there were no dragon balls. She would definitely not let anyone live so they couldn't use the dragon balls from Namek as well. it only meant one thing – Tenille needed to lose.

"Are those the friends you mentioned?" Daphne said looking at the horizon. Hermione turned and looked as well. Piccolo looked, too.

A moment later five people landed on the roof where Hermione, Piccolo and Daphne were standing. Hermione recognized all of them as she hugged Krillin and others. "Daphne, I want you to meet Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, Vegeta and Eighteen."

"Eighteen?" Daphne asked, looking confused towards the blond woman.

"I am a bio-mechanical android," 18 replied. Daphne looked even more confused. She sighed. "I am a robot."

"A robot?" Daphne said, still not convinced.

"It's a long story," Krillin said as he hugged 18's waist because he was only that much tall.

"Thank you for coming," Hermione said looking at Vegeta. She knew what kind of a man he was. She also recognized the look of defeat and anger in his eyes. His pride had been hurt. She knew it would be good for everyone if she didn't ask him about the reason behind it so she just smiled gratefully at him. Vegeta just grunted as he looked the other way.

"It really means a lot that you guys came to fight this battle," Hermione said.

"Hey, we know if she wins then she will take on this entire planet," Krillin said with a smile. "So there was no choice but to fight. Besides, it feels like yesterday when we were defending the earth from a very dangerous threat."

Hermione smiled as she hugged him again.

"So, the brat still hasn't showed up yet?" Vegeta asked.

"You've got a problem with that?" Daphne said walking up to Vegeta and looking him in the eyes. He looked surprised for a bit before looking away. Unknown to him and her others were trying their best to contain their laugh except for Piccolo. Hermione knew Daphne was equally full of pride just as Vegeta. It would be fun to see these two going at it with each other, verbally, not physically because then it would be game over for Daphne.

"You two can save your fight for later," Piccolo said. "I've explained too you the kind of threat we are about to face. You will be going against magic so make sure not to be surprised if you see something shocking and magical. Keep in mind that we are to delay her as much as possible unless Gohan and Harry arrive. We have to keep our faith in them that they will be able to defeat her because we've all felt her powers."

Tien, Yamcha and Krillin looked down in anger and nervousness. They'd felt her power when she had showed it to Vegeta. The saiyan prince was barely containing his anger at the moment as he was reminded again of his humiliating defeat. It was just like when he had taunted Cell to turn into his perfect form. He grunted as his palms curled into tight fists. If it was true that those two boys were the only ones capable of stopping her then it meant he had yet again been surpassed. First it was Kakarot then it was his son and now Kakarot's son was about to surpass him again but from what it looked like there was also this weakling boy named Harry who could possibly surpass him. He couldn't have that. No.

Once this was over he will train harder than before and then he will show everyone what it meant to be the prince of the most proud race in existence. What it meant to be a saiyan.
