Chapter 1339
Skilled In Everything
Vanna entered the Honeymoon Suite and saw Hanna right away. She called her over to where she was at.
"What's up?" Hanna asked.
There was no easy way to ask what she wanted to ask, so she just asked it.
"Was Claire with John?" Vanna asked.
That question caught Hanna a little off guard.
"Not that I saw." Hanna said. "I don't think so."
Vanna wondered about Jesse too.
"What about Jesse?" Vanna asked. "Was she with John?"
Hanna was unaware of anyone other than Metal being in John's bed and all of it was controlled by Cameron.
"I didn't see Claire or Jesse with John." Hanna said.
Vanna was sure either one of them would have if they were given a chance.
"Could Cameron have taken them there and you didn't see it?" Vanna asked.
Hanna did not think so.
"It's possible. I know it can happen very fast." Hanna said. "I saw nothing to indicate that. I never noticed anything different down there either. I would have detected John's essence. He delivered several samples into my chassis under Cameron's control. They were not all in the same place either. Some of it is still there."
That may have been a little more information than Vanna wanted to hear. It gave her an idea of what to expect. Her body had been used many times in every area possible and in every way possible. Thinking of that only made her want to have a choice for once in who touched her, when they touched her and where they touched her.
"Thanks." Vanna said. "Are you going to dinner with us?"
Hanna did not think Cameron wanted too many sets of 'twins' out and about together.
"No. I don't think it is a good idea." Hanna said "I will hang out with Ally. Sheila will hang out with Cam-Gail. I think we will all be in separate locations. It is a big ship. Jim will keep us separated."
Vanna knew they needed to get to dinner. It was at the rear of the ship.
"I need to go." Vanna said.
Hanna wondered why Vanna asked her about Claire and Jesse. Maybe Allison or Vanna wanted to give it a go. She was aware that they had been unsuccessful in the past. She wondered if this was spontaneous or if Cameron was back to pushing Future John's agenda. Maybe something happened with the anti-Metal group that she was unaware of. She would need to look into it.
"Have a good dinner." Hanna said.
Vanna exited the Honeymoon Suite.
Cameron was ready to head down to the main dining room. She exited the Owner's Suite with Gail-Cam. She spotted Vanna come out of the Honeymoon Suite. She'd left John with Allison in the hope that the two of them would think about getting a little closer. Holly stayed behind with them.
John came out of the suite followed by Allison and a little later Holly did too.
Vanna noticed that and it made her wonder. It looked like Allison was really pushing it. She was defiantly going to up her game. It was going to be a little harder since tonight Allison looked like Cameron. She was pretty sure she could turn a few heads herself. Gail-Cam came to her and joined her. Holly was with Allison now.
Cameron looked at Vanna.
"Is Sheila coming?" Cameron asked.
That produced some laughter from Vanna and Allison. Sheila like Jesse was known for doing that as often as possible.
"I mean with us to dinner." Cameron said.
Vanna looked at the group assembled.
"I think it is just us." Vanna said.
Jim came out to open the door from the private area to the hallway for them.
John thought that was unnecessary.
"We could have done that." John said.
Jim smiled and opened the door.
"I need to get the supplies to make the rooms up." Jim said.
Vanna looked at Cameron.
"Jim can come with us." Vanna said.
Jim did not eat.
"That's fine." Jim said. "I need to man my station too."
Cameron knew they needed to get moving.
"We need to go." Cameron said.
John took Cameron's arm.
"Lead the way." John said.
Cameron and John started out and the rest of them followed.
Jim closed the door to the private area and went to get the clean sheets and towels from the supply area.
Cam-Gail was in a joyful mood. She was ready to go with either Sheila or Hanna.
"What are we going to do?" Gail-Cam asked. "It is too early for the show in the main theater."
Ally wondered what it was this evening.
"What is the show tonight?" Ally asked. "CamNet switched the order of the performances."
Hanna looked at the little ship information newspaper earlier.
"I think it is a 'Country Western' theme." Hanna said. "There is singing by a male and female singer."
That did not sound like much to Ally. She liked the style of the rockabilly music.
"Will the Rockabilly Trio be there?" Ally asked.
"Unknown." Hanna said. "I think they are still performing in their own venue."
Sheila did not see it as a problem.
"If they become ill we can take over for them." Sheila said. "Maybe they will get seasick."
Hanna could picture Sheila doing that to get attention and then try to show off her jewelry. She hoped that did not become Sheila's goal.
"Just don't make them that way." Hanna said.
Sheila wanted to go somewhere else first.
"I want to hit the casino." Sheila said.
Ally, Hanna and Cam-Gail looked at each other.
"I don't know if that is a good idea for you." Ally said.
Sheila liked the challenge of not getting caught.
"I like to beat the house." Sheila said.
Cam-Gail knew Sheila was asking for trouble.
"In this case the 'house' is CamNet." Cam-Gail said. "If you get her on your hind end it will not go smoothly for you."
Sheila knew that was true. She liked playing with the girls from the ship. She wanted to further modify them. That gave her pleasure and excitement.
"Maybe we can find those airhead girls and have some fun." Sheila said. "They should all be ready for another set of rings."
Ally thought that was pretty well covered.
"What's next, one through the front of their nose?" Ally asked.
Hanna did not think Ally should give Sheila any ideas.
"Don't encourage her." Hanna said.
Sheila was done waiting.
"I'm all dressed up and ready to go." Sheila said. "Anyone who wants to can come with me."
Sheila headed for the door.
Ally looked at Hanna and Cam-Gail.
"I'll go." Ally said.
Ally hurried over to follow Sheila out. They left.
Hanna and Cam-Gail looked at each other.
"That leaves us." Hanna said.
"I'm happy with that selection." Cam-Gail said.
Hanna thought she knew why Cam-Gail was happy.
"Do you want me to be like Vanna or Savannah?" Hanna asked.
Cam-Gail touched her cheek.
"I just want you to be who you are." Cam-Gail said. "I want you to be Hanna."
That made Hanna smile.
"I can do that." Hanna said.
They were ready to go out. They noticed Jim pushing the cart to make up the rooms.
"Maybe we should help Jim real fast." Cam-Gail said. "Sheila has neglected her duties."
Hanna was willing to help.
"We can do that. It won't take us long." Hanna said. "We will be the best dressed room attendants on the ship."
Cam-Gail wondered if they could do something else too.
"We could always put on the maid's outfits." Cam-Gail said. "One of them will fit me better in this chassis."
Cam-Gail reached up and touched her breasts.
That idea made Hanna think of something related.
"Did the schoolgirl outfits get made yet?" Hanna asked.
Cam-Gail hadn't seen Sheila wear one yet. It was doubtful.
"I don't think so." Cam-Gail said. "Let's help Jim."
Hanna and Cam-Gail followed Jim into the Owner's Suite.
Cameron and John led the group. The rear elevator opened for them as they approached.
"It's the magic elevator." Allison said. "I wish all elevators were like this."
Cameron smiled.
"They are on this ship. CamNet or Jim keeps track of us to make sure everything is secure." Cameron said.
The group entered the elevator. Allison moved to the other side of John. She was opposite from where Cameron was.
Vanna noticed Allison's move.
"You look like book ends." Vanna said.
Cameron smiled.
"Thank you." Cameron said.
Vanna decided to up her game when they reached the dining room table.
Allison noticed Vanna looked a little defensive for some reason. She was not sure why. They were just in an elevator and the ride ended quickly.
The dining room doors were already open and the waiters were seating the guests.
The Maitre d' spotted Allison and stepped forward.
Cameron moved around John and stood next to Allison.
The Maitre d' did a double take. Not only were these girls beautiful, he could see the 'blue ice' they wore was a matching set. His specialty was food but he knew priceless diamonds when he saw them. He'd seen a lot of well off couples in his line of work to know.
Normally he would address John but It was clear these identical females were in charge. They were the owner's daughters is the story he heard. The more he thought about it the more he thought the beauty of those two girls was just as priceless as those blue diamonds. It was true that beauty was transitory but those girls had a lot of good years left to give.
Their waiter was ready for them. He took the group to the table.
"Will the rest of your part be joining you tonight?" The waiter asked.
"Not tonight." Cameron said. "They are trying one of the specialty venues. We may do that tomorrow as well. We all want to try them."
The waiter and assistant waiter held the chairs for the ladies. Allison went to sit next to John but Vanna slid in the seat before she could. The waiter and assistant waiter saw what happened but kept working. Everyone at the table saw what happened.
Cameron liked the 'competition' between the girls but she did not want any hard feelings because of it. She was sure they were both ready to 'act' and would now try and be first before the other one. This was the competition she hoped Jesse and Claire would have developed. It did not.
John saw what happened and he knew why. It was because of his earlier mistake when he thought Allison was Cameron and fondled her breasts. Vanna came in while he nuzzled Allison's neck. He'd seen the girls become competitive before when Cameron pushed them on him. Now it looked like he inadvertently restarted the 'cold war'. Maybe if anything happened now it would be because of him.
"Will we be able to see the sunset from here?" Allison asked.
"I can guarantee it." Cameron said. "It will be visible on the windows on the port side."
Allison looked at both sides.
John could see she was not up on nautical terms.
"That's the left side." John said.
The solution to that seemed easy enough for Allison.
"Why don't they just call it the left side then?" Allison asked. "Everyone knows what side that is. Think about it."
The waiter returned and handed out the menus. He went over his recommendations. They ordered their appetizers and entrees.
John noticed on their menus that anything with a fancy name also now contained a very complete description of what everything was including the side dishes. He was sure these were special menus.
Cameron wanted to address the competition between Vanna and Allison. She wanted them to have a good time together and celebrate their love. She'd meddled in their love before and regretted it. It caused both of them a lot of heartache. She looked directly at Vanna and Allison.
"Will you ladies join me at the window?" Cameron asked.
Vanna and Allison looked at each other and then at Holly and Gail-Cam. They did not look like they were going to get up.
Vanna and Allison followed Cameron to the window in the corner.
Hanna and Cam-Gail headed for one of the smaller lounges after they helped Jim make up the rooms. He thanked them for their assistance.
They would remain in contact with Jim as would Sheila and Ally so they did not end up together or where Cameron and Allison were.
Sheila and Ally were in the casino. They saw Bob arrive a few seconds after they did.
"There is Mr. Killjoy." Sheila said.
Ally knew Bob had a job to do too. Sheila was being unfair.
"He has an assignment." Ally said.
Sheila knew she did too and she'd neglected it.
"I should have helped Jim before we left." Sheila said. "He's going to think I'm a wanker."
"I should have helped you help him too." Ally said.
Sheila was informed by Jim that everything was under control. He mentioned that Hanna and Cam-Gail stayed and helped him.
"Remind me to give Hanna and Gail and extra finish the next time we are together." Sheila said. "They did me a solid."
Ally figured that would be soon enough. They were a captive group right now.
"That will probably be later on tonight." Ally said. "I might not be there."
Sheila smiled.
"Tonight is your special night." Sheila said.
Ally thought that applied a little more to John and Cameron instead of her. She was the receptacle with something special to offer, one time.
"For Cameron and John it will be." Ally said.
Sheila touched Ally's cheek.
"It will be for you as well." Sheila said. "I promise you it will be."
Ally heard the same thing from all the other Metal girls.
"That is the only reason I have agreed to this." Ally said. "Now I want to find out."
Sheila wanted to make sure Ally received everything she was entitled to.
"Don't forget to remind Cameron you want your 'one time' with John on your own later on." Sheila said. "That is the least we should get out of the deal for Cameron getting to go first."
Ally frowned.
"I will but I don't think any of us believes that will ever happen." Ally said.
Sheila planned to make good on what was promised to her. She wanted her first experience.
"I don't know." Sheila said. "Cameron is not always around all of the time. John heard Cameron promise each of us our one time. I plan to collect."
Ally saw Allison and Vanna made some overtures earlier.
"I think Allison and Vanna are both going to try and make a move on John." Ally said.
Sheila was not above some 'hanky pank'.
"Maybe we should slip Allison in on John instead of you tonight." Sheila said. "Cameron can pretend like she hooked up the tether."
Ally could picture that.
"So Cameron is just going to lay there while John makes love next to her with Allison?" Ally asked.
Sheila liked the idea. It seemed like a total turn on. The thought of being exclusive to one person was not in her comprehension orbit. Love and sex was something to be shared. Things of beauty should be shared for all to experience.
"That would be so Hot." Sheila said. "I would do that. I would watch."
Ally thought maybe Sheila needed to play some games for awhile and settle down some. She seemed overly aroused right now.
"Why don't you join that poker game that they are about to set up." Ally said.
Sheila needed some action. The game would do for now.
"Maybe I will." Sheila said. "I feel lucky."
"Oh, brother." Ally said. "Don't tell me, 'lucky' is your middle name."
Sheila smiled.
"You said it, not me." Sheila said.
Summer and Jan finished the dishes and put all of them away.
Jan thought the kitchen looked really neat.
Summer opened the refrigerator and checked everything inside of it too.
"What's in there?" Jan asked.
Summer wanted to make sure there were no health concerns.
"I just want to make sure everything is stored properly." Summer said. "It looks like my mom already did."
"She made a really good dinner." Jan said.
Summer thought her mother did a lot of things well.
"She is skilled in many things." Summer said. "Everyone is skilled in different things."
Jan thought Summer was skilled in everything.
"Are we going to see John Henry now?" Jan asked.
Summer did a final check of the commissary.
"That's where we're headed." Summer said.
John Henry monitored where everyone was at now in the base. It looked as if all the couples were busy with each other. Jan and Summer finished up in the commissary and now appeared to be headed in his direction. He quickly checked every screen to make sure everything was Resistance related. He knew Summer caught him looking at other things before. They did not seem to faze her at all. She took it all in stride.
"Hello." Summer and Jan said as they entered the Command Center.
John Henry greeted them back.
"What's new?" Summer asked.
John Henry wondered how much she already knew. She always seemed to have another card to play.
"Not much." John Henry said. "Steve and his teams have pulled back for now and the drones are doing the surveillance along with the equipment they left in place before they pulled back."
Summer began to look at all the monitors.
John Henry watched her while his server studied everything in detail, plus other images that were not being shown.
Jan watched Summer. This looked boring to her. It was a bunch of nothing. She wondered what Summer could see in any of it.
"Maybe you can help me practice on the keyboard." Jan said.
Summer still studied the monitors.
"I'll be along soon." Summer said.
John Henry decided to try something. He put the encryption from River on one screen. It was the encryption that none of them could break. River told them they could break it when they actually needed to. She never told them how that would be possible.
Jan was bored.
"I'm going to get everything ready." Jan said.
Jan went to leave.
"I'll be right there." Summer said.
Jan left.
John Henry watched Jan go. There was a high pitched whine in his server. He excused himself and got up to check what it was. He found nothing out of order and was unsure what the noise was. He sat back down. He looked at Summer, he'd only been away for a short time. He indicated one of the screens he'd put up in front of her right before the noise started.
"Can you make sense of that?" John Henry asked.
Summer looked at him.
"I fixed it for you." Summer said.
John Henry looked and checked through his server. The encryption was gone.
"That's impossible." John Henry said.
Summer was able to break the encryption.
"I can put it back." Summer said. "I will make it harder for the next time. That way it can be more of a challenge for someone."
John Henry needed to stop her. That was the last thing they needed.
"NO! Don't do that." John Henry said. "No one could break that before. I have been working on it for years in the background of my server."
Summer did not see what the big deal was.
"Maybe you tried too hard." Summer said.
John Henry tried to check what she'd done. She did it in a very short time. He needed to know how.
"I want you to show me what you did." John Henry said.
All of a sudden all his screens went blank.
He understood the warning. CamNet just 'told' him to back off.
Summer watched what happened.
"I don't think I am supposed to." Summer said. "CamNet does not want me to show you or anyone. I don't want you to get hurt."
John Henry knew the interaction between Summer and CamNet was very clandestine. It all happened behind everyone's back.
"I understand." John Henry said.
Summer smiled at him.
"If anyone asks you can tell them you did it. It did happen through your server. You just don't need to mention how it happened. It'll be our secret." Summer said as she winked at him. "I don't want any questions or any trouble for anyone."
Summer left.
John Henry was still locked out of his system.
"I know the rules." John Henry said.
All of his equipment turned back on.
The security log never showed that Jan or Summer stopped at the Command Center. It only showed them pass by and continue on. There was no break in the time stamp either.
John Henry knew River was a weapon. He wondered what CamNet's end game was. CamNet was a weapon since she was in every system world wide. Did CamNet plan to turn Summer into a weapon? He did not think that this was Cameron's doing. It started with Young Allison getting Summer involved and trained to 'replace' her if anything happened to her. It seemed to be much more than that. He would need to let Cameron know at some point. He would need to tread carefully. He would also need to think of Cameron's safety if she challenged CamNet. Maybe he needed to secretly speak with Savannah and Young Allison instead. He did not believe CamNet would ever hurt those three girls, even if she became Skynet.
He was glad he never 'fixed' the dead zones in the security system. Cameron told him that they may need them sometime too. John Henry thought of his blank screens earlier. He did not want that all of the time if he 'overstepped'. It was very empty and lonely with everything turned off. It made him think of when Skynet tried to kill him before.
Robyn took the hillside horse trail that went to the west.
They moved along at a moderate pace. They'd gone up a hill and back down into a deeper depression. The freeway was to the north of them and Topanga Canyon Boulevard was to the west of them. The railroad tracks were to the south of them as was 'Stony Point'. It was a very unique rock formation.
Robyn checked the time.
"We need to start back in ten minutes." Robyn said.
Savannah did not want to get into a pinch for time.
"Maybe we can start back now and play it safe." Savannah said. "We need to think about these horses too. I don't want to rush them later on."
Robyn liked the thoughtfulness of the older redhead.
Cammy and Anna did not want them to cause the horses any distress either. Just the fact Savannah mentioned it made them worry about it. They both knew they could carry their horse if it was tired.
"Can I lead?" Young Allison asked.
Anna moved up alongside of her.
Savannah did not want Young Allison to abuse the horses and push the pace.
"You need to use moderation." Savannah said.
Robyn could see that the older teenage redhead seemed to be in control. She was also amazed at how the two younger girls looked identical to their older sisters. It was really incredible. They looked so much alike. The only difference was in the physical development. That would change in a year or two.
Young Allison touched the neck of her horse.
"I won't make 'Thunder' live up to his name." Young Allison said.
That sounded good to Robyn. The girls followed all the rules and seemed concerned for the safety and well being of their mounts. She really appreciated that.
"That's fine." Robyn said. "When we get back to the street we are going to cross over it and take the horse trail south along Canoga Avenue. Stop at the street first and wait until we are all together before we cross."
"I got it." Young Allison said.
Young Allison led the group back with Anna riding at her side.
It seemed that Cammy and Anna were the most thrilled by the experience of riding the horses. It was clear that Young Allison and Savannah liked it as well. It was a peaceful break from the normal routine. Being around the different animals was soothing for all of them too. It was better than dodging bullets.
Young Allison was glad that Savannah was not out in the field fighting to stay alive or needing to take down an operation of some kind. That always seemed to creep in somehow.
It depressed her some to know it would most likely be sooner than later.
