Chapter 1342
Make It Your Best
Cameron was irritated with Sheila for being with Ally right now. That was going to be 'her' chassis in a few hours. She didn't like it being used right now before she was in control of it. Sheila could have Ally as much as she wanted once John was done making love to her in Ally's chassis. She moved rapidly past Holly, Gail-Cam and John. Vanna and Allison were still behind her. Everyone caught up to their partner.
John was a little worried about Cameron.
"Is everything alright?" John asked.
Cameron moved ahead.
"Everything is fine." Cameron said.
Vanna and Allison were not sure why Cameron seemed a little upset. That was what Sheila and Ally did all the time anyway when they weren't on an operation. It was nothing new. Sheila was known for wild behavior. They were isolated and not really in a public place. There was never any mess to clean up with the Metal girls.
Cameron led the group into the lower entrance of the theater and down an incline. They moved past seven rows of seats to the front row.
Bob was there with a section roped off.
"I've been waiting for you." Bob said.
Cameron turned her head back and looked at the private box. She could see Sheila and Ally in there together. They appeared naked now. The one way glass went all the way up as she watched. Sheila left it down long enough for Cameron to see them in the darkness. She hoped that Sheila did not make any 'modifications' to Ally's sheath before she could use it.
Everyone nodded at Bob and took their seats. Bob removed the decorative ropes that blocked off the area. There were six seats that were saved for them.
John asked Vanna and Allison to sit dead center for the finest view. He wanted the best for them.
Cameron quietly suggested he sit between them but he declined.
He'd seen the earlier interaction and did not want to get between the girls on the trip. He wanted it to be about them and their love. He hoped Cameron respected that.
He wondered if Cameron would put one of them in his bed like she'd done before. She hadn't done that since Savannah delivered her first baby. He knew that was where Cameron wanted him to focus. Everyone knew that was where Cameron wanted him to focus. Jesse, Vanna and Allison all backed off at that point. The new generation was functional and ready to take their place. At least the place Cameron wanted them to be. Wait. She was only following his – Future John's directives.
One thing was for sure. He was not turning down anyone again in his bed if Cameron was the one who put them there. He was actually surprised Jesse or Claire hadn't been there before they disembarked. Maybe Cameron was 'slipping'. He'd been ready in his mind to 'plow' either one or both of them. He would like to try them one at a time for the first time. It would allow him to better know them on an intimate level. As sexually hungry as the girls seemed he did not think he could handle more than one at a time. At least not be able to do a good job with two at once. The thought of Allison and Claire together always intrigued him. So would Vanna and Savannah or Jesse and Young Jesse. For the latter two sets it was literally the same person. One was just older and more experienced. He would like to see that difference first hand in bed. What was the real difference between innocence and experience?
John offered to let Cameron sit next to Holly and he would sit on the end of the group.
Cameron did not like John exposed like that. She asked him to sit next to Holly and she sat on his other side, the outside. She quickly explained it was for security reasons. He nodded.
No sooner than they sat down that the lights dimmed and the stage curtain opened. The cruise director came out and gave a speech about upcoming events on the ship. He mentioned again they would have the 'British Invasion' performance for a third time on the last night of the cruise. He mentioned this was the first cruise with three performances of this major production show.
Cameron smiled. She knew CamNet was behind it so all the Resistance team could view it during the different times they were on the ship.
He finished his speech and introduced a male singer.
Savannah and Young Allison were done with their food at the Munch Box.
Savannah wiped her mouth with a napkin and collected the trash. She put everything in the small flimsy cardboard box that the food was served in.
"That was good." Savannah said.
Young Allison added her napkin to the box.
"I liked it." Young Allison said.
Young Allison offered Anna the last sip of her root beer float. Anna declined. Young Allison finished it.
Cammy took the box of trash and threw it away while Anna took the two empty mugs back to the window and returned them.
"I think we are ready to go." Savannah said.
Young Allison looked at Savannah.
"Where are we going next?" Young Allison asked.
Savannah was not sure what was going to happen. The operation with Steve and the teams backing him up bothered her. She did not want Young Allison anywhere near combat.
"Maybe we need to think about getting you back home." Savannah said.
That wasn't what Young Allison wanted to hear.
"It's only an hour drive from here." Young Allison said. "It's not that late yet. It just got dark now."
Anna and Cammy checked their phones for any updates. They received nothing over their coms most of the day. That was CamNet restricting information from them so the girls could have a good time. The earlier excitement at the mall was enough action for the day.
"Do you want to go to a movie?" Cammy asked.
Savannah was not so sure about doing that. She remembered what happened the last time. Things got a little out of hand but that was not their fault.
"I don't know about that." Savannah said.
Young Allison could see Savannah's apprehension.
"We can just watch the movie and don't need to do anything else." Young Allison said.
Savannah wanted to check on the operations herself.
She called John Henry.
Derek sat in John's spot in the Command Center.
John Henry was about to bring a drone in for a lower scan of the two buildings when he received Savannah's phone call.
He told her the operation was about to move forward.
Derek listened to the call as a one sided conversation with John Henry's responses. He was able to glean enough information.
"Is Savannah going to be involved in this?" Derek asked.
John Henry hoped not.
"I don't know." John Henry said. "She just finished dinner with Young Allison."
Derek did not think Savannah would involve Young Allison in any combat. He still wanted to get into the game. They were short on Metal.
"What's the story on any more Metal to help out?" Derek asked.
John Henry was not going to involve Derek in potential combat.
"You know John and Cameron don't what non Metal in combat." John Henry said.
Derek felt a lot of frustration over that and what some of the Resistance members faced. It was not fair without the burden being shared.
"We all know Savannah has seen more combat in this timeline than anyone else non-Metal has. That does not even include her time in two different futures either." Derek said. "We are all willing to share the burden and the risk. I am."
John Henry did not want to have this discussion. It was a no win situation for him. Cameron's rules could not be violated without some negative repercussion.
"There is only so much I can do." John Henry said. "I'm not the one in charge."
Derek did not look happy. He wanted the burden to be shared. In the future combat was a way of life. It was a daily occurrence. That was all part of a Skynet future.
Sheila was all over Ally in the private box.
"Relax." Ally said. "Take it easy."
Sheila paused for a moment.
"I want to have you one last time as a virgin." Sheila said. "The next time I am with you, you won't be."
Ally wanted to put a qualifier on that.
"You have all told me it's worthwhile." Ally said.
Sheila was kneading both of Ally's breasts.
"It is." Sheila said. "I can't wait to do it again."
Ally wanted to make sure Sheila was clear.
"You mean you can't wait for Cameron to do it again in your chassis." Ally said.
Sheila smiled.
"That only makes it better." Sheila said.
Ally was ready for a trip to heaven. She urged Sheila's head lower. Sheila started in.
"Make it your best." Ally said.
Sheila lifted her head and looked up.
"I always do." Sheila said.
Sheila 'dug in' with a renewed vigor.
Hanna and Cam-Gail went to the private box for the Honeymoon Suite. They could hear Sheila and Ally in the Owner's Suite box. It was clear what was happening there.
Hanna looked at Cam-Gail with anticipation. She touched her knee.
Cam-Gail could see where this was headed. That would be fine later on.
"Can we watch the singers first?" Cam-Gail asked. "I like to learn new songs and new styles."
Hanna didn't see why not. They didn't sleep and had the rest of the night to do other things.
"Sure, we can do that." Hanna said. "It is Sheila that has no self control."
Cam-Gail thought Sheila should.
"Her base program is my program." Cam-Gail said. "I don't know what to tell you. It is embarrassing at times and I don't get embarrassed."
Cam-Gail did not see the same 'out of control' wildness in Jesse. Maybe it was all from the 'Old Jesse' that suffered all the abuse and then dished it out herself. She remembered what Jesse's warned them of during the 'Neural Interface'. She said there was a lot of baggage and darkness in her. Sheila inherited most of it. It was something she thrived on.
Hanna saw the male singer come out with a guitar. There was a stool and a microphone waiting for him.
"I think it is about to start." Hanna said.
There was a loud thump on the wall between their private box and the one Sheila and Ally were in.
"I hope that is about to finish." Cam-Gail said.
Hanna tilted her head slightly.
"I think it was a finish." Hanna said.
Savannah hung up her phone and put it away. She looked at Young Allison.
"I think Cammy and I need to check out the impending operation." Savannah said. "The Detail will need to take Anna and you back."
Young Allison was ready for that. Her com was fed all the information directly from CamNet by her earlier 'request'.
"We can back you and the team up." Young Allison said. "That provides four more Terminators into the mix. That is on top of the eight that are already in the area plus Cammy and you."
Savannah wondered if she heard her conversation with John Henry.
"I see you got the numbers right." Savannah said. "Did you get my call too?"
Young Allison moved her hair off of her ear.
"No." Young Allison said. "I got it direct."
Anna and Cammy looked at each other. They did not get the same information.
It was evident to all of them that Young Allison may be away from her bunker but she was not away from what was happening. She was still primed to make calls to aid the Resistance.
"That does not surprise me." Savannah said.
Young Allison felt a little defensive.
"I told John I would watch over things." Young Allison said. "That is what I am doing. I can do multiple things at the same time. I have trained like this for years. I am very capable."
Savannah knew that was true. Young Allison always did that in everything she did. It was never just one thing. When she studied or tested she did more than one thing. It was actually quite impressive. She did not know Summer could do even more. Young Allison kept that hidden as much as possible with CamNet's assistance and Anna's help. They both followed Young Allison's 'directives'.
"I know you are, Allison. I know it." Savannah said. "I'm responsible for you. I worry about you."
Young Allison felt that was a two way street. She wanted to be responsible for Savannah herself.
"I worry about you too." Young Allison said. "I always worry about you."
Anna saw the anguish Young Allison felt when Savannah was in a jam. She kept her cool and played every card she could to help Savannah. She did it even if she stepped on John's toes or John Henry's toes. CamNet backed her every play.
"We need to keep it cool for now or move the conversation to the SUV." Anna said.
Cammy made sure no one listened to them. If someone seemed too interested she would have a discussion with them about manners and young teenage females. She knew CamNet would listen in on everyone's phone around them and make sure no photos were taken either.
Savannah did not want this to turn into an issue.
"I am asking you for your corporation, Allison." Savannah said.
Young Allison did not want to argue with Savannah, especially in front of others. It bothered her when Allison and Vanna did that sometimes. It did not usually happen with Holly. Her mother and Hanna did not argue much either. The Metal relationships seemed more sedate and less volatile. She did know if there was an 'issue' the Metal girls would change the tactic to avoid a problem and attack the issue from another way or angle. The goal never changed, just the path to get there.
The girls returned to their SUV.
"I'm driving and Anna is in the front with me." Cammy said.
Savannah knew that was so Young Allison and her could continue their conversation and it would not be a distraction to her driving.
Savannah and Young Allison sat in the back seat. So they could resume where they left off.
Cammy watched as the Detail all returned to the other SUV. They were ready to roll in a moments notice. She was in no hurry to put Savannah in a danger zone either.
All the girls checked their phones as the drone made its scans of the two buildings.
Young Allison typed some commands into her phone. She wanted a better look inside the building. There may be more at play than they could detect. There always seemed to be more at play than they knew anyway.
John watched as the singer introduced himself and said he was going to sing some classic country western songs. He stated there was a lot of interpretation as to what was 'country' and what became 'rock' or 'rockabilly'. He pointed out the style of how it was played was a factor too. The ship's band which was behind the stage would supplement his music.
He said his first two songs were by Hank Williams.
'Hey, Good Lookin'' by 'Hank Williams', was the first song.
Cameron was not sure she liked the style of the music. There was a little bit too much 'twang' in with the lyrics.
Allison and Vanna were thrilled to hear live music played in a venue like this. They always wanted to go to a concert but they never did. Now they sat in front row seats.
John looked over at Vanna and Allison. They seemed thrilled just to be here. That is what he wanted to see on their faces. He wanted them to have a good time.
Cam-Gail watched from her private box with Hanna. This was a different style than the rockabilly music that her and Holly sang to the other day when they were in the rear lounge. She could hear the 'roots' of 'rockabilly' in the song and see how both were the basis of 'rock'.
Ally's head hung backwards off of the chair she was slouched in as Sheila concentrated on her. She could hear the song's lyrics. She thought Sheila was good looking and she liked what Sheila was cooking up for her. She did plan to come along with her.
John Henry and Derek watched as the drone made a low pass over the two buildings.
Derek could spot what looked like people moving around in one of the buildings. There appeared to be one person lying down in the second building.
"It looks like more than four people." Derek said. "Are any of them Metal?"
The drone used several spectrums as it made its pass.
John Henry watched for a change in the actions or behavior of any of the people spotted in the two buildings. He wanted to see if anyone reacted to the drone. It was just out of human hearing range but not out of Metal's audio range. There was no apparent change in anything inside when the drone made its pass.
"There are four individuals that Steve and Tom spotted in the north building. There are two people in the south building." John Henry said.
Derek looked. He only spotted one image in the south building. It showed up a little 'brighter' than the four in the other building.
"I only see one image in the south building." Derek said. "Where is the other person?"
John Henry glanced at Derek.
"One is on top of the other." John Henry said.
It took Derek a second for that to sink in.
"They're having sex…." Derek said.
John Henry nodded.
"That was my observation as well." John Henry said. "I do not see any active Metal."
There was another worry for Derek.
"Do you see any inactive Metal?" Derek asked.
"I believe that is what the other four are clustered around in the north building." John Henry said. "That is consistent with what Steve and Tom witnessed."
John Henry started to receive new images. He did not have the drone make a second pass.
"Hey, there is a second drone making a pass from a different angle." Derek said.
John Henry could only come up with one explanation.
"That must be CamNet that is doing that." John Henry said. "I'm not."
Derek looked at John Henry.
"Don't you coordinate your actions with CamNet?" Derek asked.
There was no easy answer.
"No." John Henry said. "CamNet will often act on her own or at the request of Young Allison."
Derek did not like how that sounded.
"It sounds like there could be a conflict of interests." Derek said.
John Henry looked at him.
"It is not." John Henry said. "It is a further use of our resources sometimes in ways that John and I do not think of or use."
Derek wondered about that.
"Do you mean that CamNet thinks 'outside the box'?" Derek asked.
John Henry showed a faint smile.
"No. CamNet does not think outside the box." John Henry said. "Young Allison does."
Derek nodded. He was aware that Young Allison made some calls that prevented damage or termination to Terminators on operations before. They also saved Savannah from injury or death too.
"So what we've heard is true." Derek said. "Young Allison is a sound tactician."
John Henry was not sure how to label it.
"She see's things differently than we do at times." John Henry said. "She does not play by the rules or follow them."
That statement made Derek wonder.
"What does she play by?" Derek asked.
John Henry showed the faint smiled again.
"She plays to win." John Henry said.
Derek knew you could not always win.
"Sometimes when you play, you lose." Derek said. "That is how it is."
John Henry knew that is where the 'rules' were changed.
"The game is never over until she wins." John Henry said.
Derek thought that sounded like what Cameron did.
"That reminds me of Cameron." Derek said.
The answer to that was easy.
"Remember, they are the 'same person'. One is human and one is Metal." John Henry said.
That notion really made Derek think.
"Which one of them 'made' the other one?" Derek asked.
That was another easy answer.
"They made each other." John Henry said.
The new images from a different angle reviled some additional information.
Derek looked at the new images.
"I don't think that is a good thing." Derek said.
John Henry nodded.
"No it is not." John Henry said. "We would have missed that with the first drone scan alone."
"What about the movement in the corner?" Summer asked.
Derek jumped a little. He did not see anyone else in the Command Center when he arrived.
"Where did you come from?" Derek asked.
Summer smiled at him.
"I came in after you did." Summer said.
Derek never saw or heard her. His combat senses must be slipping. Maybe he was getting old. Riley did make some comment about that before he obtained the 'little blue pills' in Mexico.
"You did?" Derek asked.
Summer smiled again.
"I did." Summer said. "I'm like a leaf in the wind."
Claire took over the instruction with Jan. She concentrated all her efforts on her. She did not notice Summer leave.
Jan needed a lot of work but she was willing to learn. It was going to take some practice and drills to help her. She was not a 'natural' like Her Allison and Summer.
Claire looked around but did not see Summer. She figured she went off to study in her room. She was glad she was not involved in the Resistance operations like Her Allison always was. Dealing with the Resistance was a good way to be hurt or killed.
Jesse made sure Samantha saw plenty as she nursed Precious. She did tone it down when Riley joined them.
"I really appreciate this, Jesse." Riley said. "I don't have enough for more than a minute or two and it is next to nothing."
Jesse wondered if Derek helped her out on the ship. She was with Vanna, Allison and Claire often and the Metal girls.
"Maybe you need someone who can suck harder, longer and more often." Jesse said.
Jesse looked at Samantha.
Samantha quickly looked at Riley and faintly licked her lips.
Riley looked a little frustrated.
"I don't have anyone like that." Riley said. "It is my body that is worthless. You heard the doctor. Skynet did this to me."
Jesse did not care much for the doctor, any doctor. They never really seemed to do anything anyway. She could prescribe herself to 'rest and take it easy for a few days'. What did that do? How did it 'fix' anything.
"It was just a thought." Jesse said.
Jesse looked down at Precious and touched her cheek. Skynet ruined her body too. She could not even have a child. Even when one was conceived, it did not 'stick' long before it terminated.
It saddened her a lot to know that Skynet could still terminate humans who were not in the same timeline as it. Who knew what toxins were coursing through her body. How many years did that take off the backside of her life? How was she even still alive? She should have died years ago.
Precious moved some. That brought her back to now. Skynet hadn't 'killed' all of her. She could still nurture a life. It made her smile.
The girls in the SUV all looked at the drone images on their phones.
"It looks like five people." Savannah said.
Young Allison looked at her phone.
"It's six people." Young Allison said.
Anna looked again.
"I think it is six people." Anna said. "Two of them are in the same spot on the south building."
Young Allison was not happy with the single drone pass. She'd directed CamNet to make a second pass from a different angle.
Savannah glanced at Young Allison.
"Do you mean they are making love?" Savannah asked.
"One is on top of the other." Cammy said. "We don't know if it is love or an assault or something in between."
It definitely looked like something 'in between' at this point to Savannah.
Young Allison waited for the new images.
"There is a lot we don't know." Young Allison said.
There was a lot she wanted to find out too. Savannah was going to be there soon and when that happened she would be in the front of it all. She would lead with Cammy.
