Rockabye Baby

Elsa came home from work late that night. She was so tired. Working at the cafe this late wasn't what she wanted for her. Or her daughter.

She sat in her chair ready for a long sleep.

"Elsa. How are you?" Moana came from behind her. "Hey. Is she asleep?"

"Yeah. I wish you'd go to Anna for help."

"She's the one who wanted to merry Hans. And she took all the money. She hates me for refusing her choice. I'm not going to her for help." Elsa snapped.

"Elsa. She's your sister. I'm sure she'd understand. Talk to Jack about it."

"No way!" Elsa raised her voice a little.

"Elsa. For Star's sake. Please. At least consider it." Moana told her before leaving.

"Thank you for helping." Elsa said.

"What are friends for. Me and Merida are here for you." Moana nodded and left.

Elsa went upstairs and peeked in on her baby girl.

Star was sleeping soundly in her bed like an angel.

She was the best thing that Elsa could have asked for. She only wished Jack was around to see her.

Elsa closed the door and headed to the shower to get clean then enjoy a good night's rest.

Waking up often because of nerves and hope has become Elsa's lifestyle.

Anna living with Hans was the worst thing that could happen. Anna changed after that, leaving Hans in charge and Anna and Elsa never saw each other anymore.

Then Elsa met Jack who took her away and they lived far away from Anna and Hans.

Or she thought. Hans may be in her home, but Anna get's to travel anywhere she pleases, and that meant following Elsa to where she lived. She's had to move away ever three months. But this time she left a message to Anna saying to her that if she cares for her niece life, then she'd stay away till Hans was gone forever from their lives.

And Anna hasn't found Elsa and her daughter yet.

"Mom. Are you asleep?" Spoke a small voice.

"I'm awake miss shiny." She speaks.

A little body jumps on the bed and crawls to her and snuggles her. "I've got you. Hans will never get his hands on you. Bet my life on it." Elsa whispered. But Star was asleep and didn't hear her mother.

By morning, Elsa fixed breakfast and got Star ready for the day.

"When is daddy coming home?" She asks.

Elsa smiled. "He's going to come home when he's finished with his job. His job, being a guardian, means he travels around the world giving all other children a winter fun day. He spreads fun and joy all around the world." She told her.

Star smiled. "I like Daddy's job. Maybe next time I'll go with him. I want to be a guardian like him." She said.

Her child-like dream is what keeps Elsa smiling and knowing in her heart that Jack will come home to them.

A knock at the door set off alarms for Elsa. Because anyone who knows about her, Moana and Merida, ring the bell. "Star. Go hide. Now." Elsa said quickly.

Star ran up to her room and hid in her favorite spot.

Elsa slowly opened the door, only wishing she'd look threw the hole instead.

"Hello Elsa." It was Hans. He'd found her.

Elsa couldn't speak as he hit her throat and men restrained her from moving and using her powers.

"It took many years to find you. But then Anna tells me you won't show your face to ME. And she's telling me all these things." He laughs. "I can't help it. Anna's just so naive and innocent. I just have to laugh. Your parents did such a terrible job educating her, because they were protecting you."

Elsa was in pain. Trying to stay away while he talked. She only hoped he never find Star.

"Hey Hans. Lookie what I found." Spoke a voice.

Hans ran up and found Star's room.

Star watched from inside her place, Hans walking around. "Bring her up here." He shouted.

Elsa was brought up and forced on her knees.

"You have a little one? A baby of your own. Ha! No wonder Anna wasn't completely telling me the truth. I knew I has to come here on my own instead of sending her every time."

"You...You won't get away with this." Elsa said at least.

"I won't? Well, then. Find the girl." Hans said.

The men all around searched the house leaving Hans and Elsa in Star's room.

"Look Elsa. Why don't you tell me where she is, and I won't hurt her." Hans said. He punched Elsa hard.

She was on the floor helpless.

"What's wrong No powers today?"

"Leave my mother alone!" Star yelled busting out of her closet.

"Well, well." Hans saw the golden hair, green eyes girl standing right in front of him. "Your nothing like your mother." Hans said.

Star held up one hand to Hans. "Leave and never come back. Bad man." She said.

Hans chuckled. "Your kidding me right? I'm your uncle." Hans said. "I married your aunt Anna." He said. "I'm family."

"No. Your not MY family." She said.

Then a gust of wind blew in through the door and right up the stairs.

"Hello Hans."

"Jack?!" Elsa couldn't believe he was here.

"Daddy." Star ran past Hans and into Jack's arms. "Get out of my house." He then said to Hans.

Hans scoffed. "Really? You think-"

"HANS!" Elsa knew that voice. Anna.

Hans ran outside where all his men were out cold and under a huge dragon.

"Leave my sister alone." Anna was there with Merida and Hiccup.

Hans did just that. He left.

"Hello little one. I'm aunt Anna." Anna said to Star.

"Hi."

Jack kissed Star on her cheek then kissed his wife. Elsa was happy Jack was home.

"Is this for good or-"

"It is. Till little Star here, is ready to be an adult." Jack smiled.

"I want to be a guardian!" Star shouted. And with a giggled from both her parents, it was going to b any easy life for the next few years.
