Chapter 285: Not the Time
The sun was dipping below the rooftops of their neighborhood when there was a light tap at the window. Opening it, Kuroo saw Kenma standing outside with a bag from a nearby convenience store. As he was clearing off his desk so nothing would be in Kenma's way, he said, "Okay, climb up."
"I hoped you were joking about that."
"Nope," Kuroo grinned. When Kenma remained still, Kuroo gave him a "hurry up" look that made his best friend sigh and pass Kuroo the snacks.
Trying and failing to heft himself up, Kenma glared at Kuroo's responding laugh. "Shut up."
