So, after a few other stories, I'm back in order to finish this puppy up. But first, I want to address something I forgot to at the end of chapter 2. I talked about Thai being gifted, this is based off of me. I am gifted, but I believe everything I said. Telling people you're gifted often offends the other person so I believe that everyone is equal no matter academic ability. I do have a warning for this chapter. There are some depictions of medical procedures, but nothing too graphic. Let's get on with this!
VERY IMPORTANT AN AT THE END. PLEASE READ!
No one's POV
Donnie applied a slight amount of pressure to the small scalpel in his hand. It cut through the thin skin easily and a small rivulet of blood skirted down her chest from the incision. Thai merely whimpered in response and tried to scoot away, but Raph gripped her a little tighter, as much as it pained him to. Gently, Donnie dabbed at the cut with a piece of gauze. He then pulled a pen out of his bag and removed the outer casing. It was a rather long pen, which was good. He dipped it in some antiseptic, doing his best to sterilize it.
"Here goes nothing," Donnie murmured distractedly. Everyone held their breath as he lowered the tube towards the cut that he had made in her chest. He maneuvered the tube into the incision. The cry was horrible. Thai didn't really scream, but she cried out in pure agony. Donnie pushed the pen casing in as far as he could. Another cry ripped from Thai's throat.
Raph felt helpless. He held his girl to his chest as tears of pain poured down her gaunt cheeks. Her watery, gray eyes looked up at him, silently pleading him to make the pain stop. When they were kids, he had thought that he was her hero, but there was nothing that her hero could do to help now. He knew Thai's eyes like the back of his hand. He knew that gray was the color of pain.
"R-Raph," she spoke, her voice barely above a whisper. "I'm right here sweetie, you're going to be okay. Donnie's going to get you all patched up when we get back. I know it hurts, but just hang on."
After a moment, s small trickle of blood gurgled up the tube. Thai's lungs began to breathe a little better and each breath sounded less wet than the one before it. Everyone cheered and Raph stroked Thai's hair. Raph scooped her up and they all happily ran off to the Shell Razor.

That night, Thai was lying in bed. Her side all stitched up and a clean whit bandage wrapped around her midsection. Donnie had inserted a real chest tube (anesthesia this time) in order to drain any remaining blood out of her lungs. It didn't matter what happened with the blue-eyed boy, how she got or powers, or anything else. The only thing that mattered was that her family loved her and cared enough to come after her in her times of need.
I am so, so, SO sorry that I ended it like this. It was a really crappy ending, but like I said, I lost motivation. I refuse to abandon a story, so I had to sum it up somehow. Anyway, this is how I imagined it. The blue-eyed boy is really James, Thai's twin who was taken by Shredder before Splinter showed up in the alley. He was raised to hate Thai because he thought she murdered his sister. Their dad was a Foot who got one of Shredder's servants pregnant (Thai and James' mom). Shredder had Stockman give James similar powers as Thai. In the end, they combine their powers to destroy Shredder. The incident between Raph and Thai was Raph was in a bad mood when Thai was four and she just happened to be around. In his anger, he slashed Thai with one of sai's, giving her the scar. Okay, now I will write some one-shots and then I will be writing a MacGyver/Criminal Minds crossover. Bye!
