A rattled breath echoed in the desolate lands of the End. A lone figure wanders aimlessly, a broken halo hovering over his head.
The halo seemed to be a bit confused on their task, but followed nonetheless. Observing the figure from a distance stood a ninja looking person in appearance, and on his head rest a pair of goggles.
"Hm... You don't think he's going to fail, do you Gemini?" The elder Observer glanced over. "Linehead, your training is the best of the best. He's just gathering his senses, do a scan. His mental compass is arranging itself."
A nervous hum from Line. "I know, I know, I just care about the kid, you know?" Gemini rubbed her former apprentices head as she smiled fondly. "Yes, I know Line. He's like a son to you."
A nervous smile arose as the figure finally collected himself and started jogging towards the center of the End, where a altar sat.
Gemini watched, eyes sharp as the young Observer located the alter and lit a flame at the top with a wave of his hand. After a few seconds, the ground shifted with a rumble and the altar began to stir. To lift.
The figure was startled, jolting backwards before jumping onto the edge of the platform and pulling himself up.
His short form watched in amazement as pillars rose and locked in place. Purple tendrils of power shot through the obsidian towers. The platform seemingly pulsed with the same purple tendrils, heartbeat like.
Finally, it stopped. Gemini counted the pillars. "Eight... Nine... Ten? Wait..." She silently recounted, and looked over at Linehead whos amazement reflected in her own eyes.
"He's a level ten Linehead. A level. Ten."
A sword whished through the air as it flew into the chest of the robot. A faint purple enchantment vibrantly glowed on it as the player yanked it out.
"Have you located him?" The Vex continued taking his anger out on the robot. "If I had, would I be in here?"
The purple robed figure in the doorway sighed. "No, you wouldn't be in here V..."
V flipped the sword wordlessly in his hand as he dodged a fatal blow from the robot and went for a upcut, slicing off its head. "Why are you here then?"
"We have prisoners to execute, put that sword to good use."
The sword landed in the sheath and Watcher V placed his mask back on his face. "Really? More players to execute? Aether, their just coming out of the walls."
Ignoring the sarcasm, Watcher N led V down the hall. It was grim, mossy cobblestone telling the story of many generations.
Abandoned ruins tend to do that.
They walked out of the main door, and poof! Ten prisoners ready to be killed.
Five minutes later, and a whole lot of obnoxious screaming later, the ground was painted in blood.
Some say V is cruel. V says he's a immoral jerk and that is how he likes it.
Peeling the latex gloves ontop of his normal gloves off, he disposed of them into the rubbish bin/trash can.
N simply watched V do so with a sharp eye. "You ready to try the locating spell?"
V's head snapped up, eyes narrowing as he pushed the bin back into the compartment in the wall. "What locating spell?"
Simply turning and beginning to walk to the gallery, N ignored V harassing him for information.
The duo stepped into the massive library, that had Listeners and Watchers alike climbing the sliding ladders and reading books.
"β£α·βΈ Μ£ πΉ βΈ Μ£ !"
Within seconds of that screech from N, the entirety of the library scattered, not wanting to get in the way of the mildly angry Watcher.
N waved his hand, the door slammed shut behind them, and a book flew into his hand.
"Huh. Didn't know you could do that."
With a dramatic flourish of his hand, the book flew threw the pages and halted on one that had a grisly sketch of a live Watcher being bled out to draw runes and do a spell.
"...Who's the unlucky lad today?"
N softly murmered, gazing at a blank spot on the carpet. "Gal, V.β βα·β·α·Κ|| α α²α²πΉγͺ β£α·α²βγͺβ, γͺα·βΈ Μ£ βα·β·βαγͺ β΄αβΈ Μ£ α΅βα·β·, β·αγͺκ βΈ Μ£ β΄πΉ." 2.
BAMF
With a rather loud thud, a Watcher in chains appeared. Her mask was absent, and a pair of goggles dangled on her neck. Vibrant yellow eyes glared at them, screaming of pure hatred. Right behind that hatred was pure agony.
It became obvious why if you looked at her legs. One leg had random splinters of ivory sticking through the unnaturally twisted lower leg, blood seeping down and trickling steadily off her ankle. The other had both bones jutting out of the skin, blood everywhere and it was astonishing she was conscious.
"Ohhhhhhhhh. Hi Gemini! Didn't get to far, didya?"
"F-f-frick y-y-y-yo-you." She spat a wad of blood his way.
V raised his hand and halted it mid-air. With a flick of his wrist, the blood splattered against the rebels cheek. He didn't say a word as N wordlessly raised his hand and all the lights went out, only the candles stayed alight with their purple vibrance.
"Y-y-y-you w-w-wont ge-ge-ge-get yo-yo-your d-d-d-dir-dirty h-hands on H-h-h-h! I sw-swear th-that!"
V drew his sword, walking up to the quivering but spiteful rebel. "Ah, but that's the thing chère. Your death with lead us directly to him."
The sword plunged into her waist before she could say a word. A splitting scream echoed through the soundproofed library as V wiped his sword off on the withering Gemini's bloodied robes.
"Huh. She's a bit louder then I thought she would be."
N ignored the Vexes words as he began chanting. Slowly, but the pace quickened after V joined in.

A purple mist swept across the room, and a looming humanoid figure lurched about before locating the now invisible Gemini who had gone silent. It picked her up, and they both vanished. Seconds after, the smoke began to disperse.
Where the pool of blood and guts was sat a compass sitting on a map that seemed unaffected by said blood and guts.
Darting forward, N swiped the two from the floor and placed them on the table, looking at it.
The compass was going nuts, showing that H was nowhere in the server. Nothing new there.
The map showed a foreign land, expanding over thousands of blocks, some buildings visible.
On very top barrier of the map sat a few, unexpected words.
