Chapter 10: The Haunting Past.

Ashoka: I left the order because of you Master, your evil.

Anakin: No, thats not true

Mace: Yeah thats why Vaderrr. You killed all of us. We all hate you. You are a monster. Burn in Chaos.

Anakin: "STOP NOW."

Rex: General Skywalker. "You are a disappointment to me and my clones."

Anakin was crying and screaming so hard he was about to snap the metal restraints. Padme and Obi-Wan were holding his hand as tight as they could and telling him everything is alright and not true. It wasnt working though. Their words were going on deaf ears.

Anakin's mind:

Ashoka: Your a failure

Plo Koon: You killed everyone you monster."

Kit Fisto: You think we would really forgive you.

Aayla Secura: Padme doesnt derserve you.

Anakin screams: HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT. Anakin was angry, sad, and tense. He was like a bubble ready to pop.

Ki-Adi-Mundi: Your stupid ways caused innocents to die Vader.

R2D2: Me and C3PO are angry that we were ever involved with you and your evil ways.

Anakin: Please Stop I Cant Take It."

Yoda: A disgrace you are. A jedi you are not."

Anakin finally coming to his senses. "I AM A JEDI. IM THE CHOSEN ONE. SAID TO BRING BALANCE TO THE FORCE! he screams this so loudly.

The 2nd test was finally over. Anakin was exhausted. His emotions are draining him to the point he wants to faint. He now realizes the emotional and physical pain Padme felt when she was on the operating table during the birth of Luke and Leia.

Padme kissed and hugged Anakin, "You did amazing Ani. I love you."

Anakin with tears in his eyes looked at Padme and said, "I know how you felt now on that fateful day, Im sorry Padme."

Padme confused said, "What are you talking about Ani."

Anakin choking on his words said, "I know how you felt when you were delivering Luke and Leia. The physical and emotional pain you went through. I wasnt there to comfort you. Im so so sorry."

Padme started crying and hugged Anakin saying "Ani i forgave you the day I died. I dont want you to feel pain. We need to be happy once again.

Obi-Wan grabbed Anakin and said, "Anakin. You conquered the first 2 tests. The first with our help and the second by yourself. This last one is going to be the most painful, we will try our best. Dont rule us out. Know that your mind is playing tricks on you."

Anakin said really scared now, "I understand Master."

Qui-Gon said, "Anakin im afraid. I dont think you should go on with the final test. This one will be so painful. Its your deepest fears and people really close to you. Thankfully your mother vision was dealt with. But these others will hurt a lot more."

Anakin said, "Qui-Gon, I need to get this last stage done and end my suffering. If I keep leaving it, the harder it will get to break."

Qui-Gon said, "I understand Anakin buu."

Anakin stopped Qui-Gon mid-sentence and said, "start the test now."

Anakin is forming a barrier in his mind. He knows his mind is going to try to mess with him. He thinks he is prepared for this vision. But this one will hit close to home.

Qui-Gon said, "Starting Stage 3 now."

Inside Anakin's Mind:

He looks around and sees his surrounding looks the same when the tests arent running. Its like the test hasnt even started yet. He turns to his right and sees Padme he says, "I love you." But she doesnt respond. He then turns to his right and says, "OBI-WAN." but Obi-Wan doesnt respond either.

Anakin is confused at this point till he is teleported back to Mustafar on that fateful day. Anakin's heart is racing he doesnt now what to expect. He sees Obi-Wan carry Padme to her ship unconscious. He screams to Obi-Wan but Obi-Wan turns and says "Get out of here Vader. You hurt her. You monster. Dont follow. Anakin screams back, "Im coming. You cant stop me."

He then is teleported to the hospital and is watching Padme in pain.

Anakin yells, "Padme, Im here for you."

Padme is screaming in pain and agony and cant take it anymore. She says "Where is Anakin."

Anakin says, "Im right here honey."

Padme turns and says, "Your that monster Vader. You Killed my Ani you killer. Leave Now. Leave Now." she screams.

Anakin screams, "No Padme, Its me. Its Me Please."

Padme and Obi-Wan are holding Anakin's hands and watching him closely. Anakin just keeps screaming, "Padme, Obi-Wan, No, Padme." Qui-Gon is frightened. He knows Anakins worst fears and guilt are the 2 people holding his hand.

Qui-Gon tells Padme and Obi-Wan, "COMFORT HIM NOW, ITS GOING TO GET WORSE."

Obi-Wan is telling Anakin, "Everything is alright. I love you brother."

Padme is hugging Anakin and says, "I love you Ani, with all my heart. I love you."

Back in Anakin's Mind:

Yoda, Obi-Wan and Bail Organa. Look at Anakin and say "Vader be gone."

Anakin screams, "Im not leaving."

He stays and see Luke and Leia's. But they arent babies they are how Anakin last saw him when he was Vader. He was disgusted to see a 5'10 boy and 5'4 girl come out of Padme like a baby would.

Luke, Leia, Padme, Yoda, Obi-Wan, Bail all turn to Anakin and say, "LEAVE NOW MONSTER, YOU KILLED OUR BELOVED ANAKIN SKYWALKER."

Anakin screams, "NO I DIDNT. VADER IS DEAD. IM ANAKIN SKYWALKER."

Luke says the infamous line which hurt Anakin so much when he was Vader. Luke said, "Why are you wearing Vader's suit then. My father would never wear that. You arent my father. My father is truly dead then." Anakin looks down at himself and he sees he is wearing Vader's infamous suit.

Anakin was crying so hard.

Leia- "LEAVE US NOW MONSTER."

Anakin couldnt bear to witness all his closest loved ones turn on him. He then sees something from the corner of his eye that scares and anger hims.

SUDDENLY PALPATINE comes out of nowhere and slaughters everyone in front of Anakin like dogs.

Anakin screams, "NOOOOOOOOOOOO"

Padme and Obi-Wan are trying their hardest to calm him down, but they cant get a hold of him. Qui-Gon's realization finally comes true he says, "We cant do anything now. Anakin must conquer this on his own. We are of no use."

Padme said, "Im not leaving him. Oh Ani please come back" she said frantically, "Please come back."

Obi-Wan also defiantly said, "Im not leaving my brother also. I will not make the same mistake as I did on Mustafar."

Obi-Wan and Padme both hugged Anakin and tried to comfort him anyway they could.

Back in Anakin's Mind:

Palpatine- "Come with me my apprentice."

Anakin is in a state of rage and sadness he couldnt believe Palpatine returned, he said "I killed you."

Palpatine- "You wish to think that Young Skywalker. Now you will die."

Anakin said, "NO, YOU WILL DIE."

Palpatine lunges at Anakin with his crimson lightsaber and proceeds to try to hit him but is blocked by Anakins own lightsaber.

Anakin lunges at Palpatine and the 2 get in a long hard fought duel. Anakin was in his Vader suit ruining his mobility and effectiveness. Palpatine sends a stream of force lightning at Anakin causing him to fall to the ground in agony. Palpatine knows Vader's suit is extra sensitive to force lightning and proceeds to end Anakin then and now.

Palpatine: You fool. You are a weak baby. Your wife is a stupid senator whore who fell for a Jedi. Your friends and entire family are dead. You have nothing anymore. I will finish you. The sith will rule the galaxy and the Skywalker lineage will be no more.

Anakin is lying on the ground thinking its over. He curls up in a ball like he did on Mustafar in the lava. He is ready to accept his fate until he hears Padme cryingly say "Anakin save me. I love you so much." He then also hear Obi-Wan, "Anakin your my brother. Im so proud of you."

Anakin enraged beyond the point Vader could have ever reached. He stood up and broke Vaders suit in half, making it shatter in pieces. He looks at Palpatine with One eye Yellow and the other Blue.

Palpatine: What are you going to do. Cry to your dead Mother. Palpatine said laughing hysterically.

Palpatine: Or did you realize Im your daddy hahaha.

Anakin says, "Im the Chosen One, said to bring Balance to the Force, and I will fulfill my DESTINY. I WILL AVENGE THE GALAXY" Anakin screamed this. He rushed Palpatine and decapitated the sith lord's head. Palpatine disappears out of sight. Anakin is knocked to the ground unconscious.

The third test was finally over. Padme, Qui-Gon, and Obi-Wan noticed Anakin is at ease now. Padme and Obi-Wan rejoiced, "He did it. He did it. He truly did it."

Padme kissed him passionently and said, "I love you so much Ani. We can finally live the life we always deserved."

Qui-Gon came down and said, "He did it. The chosen One is here before us." Qui-Gon shed a tear, "My hero."

Obi-Wan very happy, but a little worried said, "Anakin hasnt moved in a minute is he dead."

Padme was shocked, "No he cant be."

Qui-Gon said, "He is very much alive. I know it. He is just drained of all energy right now. He endured the most pain anyone could of imagined to endure. We must bring him to his bed and let him rest."

Padme and Obi-Wan agreed to Qui-Gon's plan and they all picked up Anakin and carried him to his private room in the Temple.

Padme quickly made his bed. They set Anakin down in the bed and Padme covered him up like a baby. She kissed him and said, "See ya soon my angel." They then left Anakin to rest. Padme and Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon were shocked to see it is 11pm already. They were in the medical room all day tending Anakin and his thoughts. All of them are tired emotionally from all the trauma they witnessed and even endured.

Obi-Wan said, "Lets all get rest. Today was a long emotional day. We need it. So does Anakin."

Qui-Gon said, "Then good night guys."

Padme and Obi-Wan said, "Good night."

Then Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon went to their private rooms. While Padme went to Anakin's room. She wanted to be with Anakin. She curled up next to him and placed her head on his chest and closed her eyes. She felt his warm presence and felt relaxed and at ease. Everything felt right again.
