Mirii had her head up: she saw Hun walking down the stair steps, followed by adult Silin. Mirii's eyes squeezed a little.
"... why is Hunley making that face...?"
Hunley had his mouth stretched on the sides... but even his shoulders were rigid, as his legs were trembling. He was sweating too, as his face was sporting a bright-red tone.
"He... doesn't look fine at all." She folded her arms. "Should I ask him about it...?"
"S-sorry!" Hun crossed the last stair step, as he waved his hands in front of Mirii. "I took too long!"
"Don't worry, Hunley..." Mirii smiled. "Was he really worried because of this...?"
"I will come with you two." Silin nodded, smiling as well, bringing her hands on the middle.
"I'm sorry, but you can't." Mirii's eyebrows went up, as her mouth downturned. "The special visit is scheduled for the Turf War players who participated in the Global Testfire."
"I can use my powers to help you!" Silin grinned a little. "I have tons of them!"

"... wait a second..." Mirii's irises shrunk. "If Silin possesses the right powers, then she can truly support my attempt to sabotage this laboratory and retrieve even more Project Neo details..."
Her eyes blinked twice.
"Perhaps the remaining pieces of evidence who would help our case and..." Mirii freed her arms, as she clenched her fists. "Silin, I think your presence could be very useful for us..."
"You think so?!" Silin clasped her hands, carrying them near her left cheek. "Yay!"
"... what can you do in order to follow us without letting anyone notice you?" Mirii's hands opened, as they decided to grab her hips. "Invisibility would be a nice power for her..."
"Hmm..." Silin shut her eyes, as her hands went behind her back. "It should be fine if I tell Mirii I can use my invisibility powers"
"That power can cause a tremendous amount of energy to use... in which, it would make us unable to keep this form."
"Oh no..." Silin downturned her mouth, lowering her shoulders. "Wh-what can we do...?!"
"... there is this one magic we can use..."
"Great!" Sili smiled, as she re-clenched her fists again. "Tell me everything about it!"
"You should let Mirii know that you are trying to use this one magic..."
"Right, she must know." Silin nodded once more, before she folded her arms back. "I have to do some quick tests in order to learn if I'm capable of holding this power who"
"There is no time to hold any tests." Mirii snorted, shaking her head too. "We must protect and attack with the powers we do know they work properly."
"... she has a point..." Silin frowned a bit. "What can I do...?"
"You should try using the power you think you have... more times than not, you already have it... ... I hope you do have it already..."
"What's this power, anyway?" Silin tilted her head over her right side.
"... it's the power of..."
Silin performed some smalls nods on her own, as she closed her eyes. Mirii was observing, as her eyes compressed a little.
"I wonder what kind of secretive power is Silin thinking..." Her mouth stretched a little to her right side.
Mirii grabbed her own smartphone, bringing its screen in front of her face: the screen lit, showing the time on its top side.
"... Silin?" Her head tilted upwards.
"I just finished thinking about the power!" The woman smiled at her.
"Uhm?" Mirii brought her smartphone away, watching Silin looking back at her.
"I hope I can summon the power..." The woman stepped towards the girl.
"Y-you want to do it now?!" Mirii's eyes shrunk, as her right hand got captured by the woman's hands.
"Keep your hand steady like this..." Silin smiled, as her hands covered Mirii's right hand. "... let me do the magic..."
She took a deep breath, before closing her eyes... as soon as Mirii's mouth open, the girl found herself holding a miniature version of the woman herself!
"EH?!" Mirii's eyes went wide!
"It worked!" The woman jumped twice, clasping her hands and grinning. "I'm doll-sized!"
"I-isn't she too small, now?!" Hun bended his knees, watching the petite woman dancing on Mirii's hand.
"I can shrink myself even more if I want to..." Silin chuckled.
"Th-that will not help us!" A sweat drop appeared on Mirii's right side of her head. "There is no way the laboratory will allow us to carry puppets with us... and besides"
"Am I still too big for the laboratory? Then the solution is simple!" Silin grimaced, as she closed her eyes again.
"No no no, don't do it!" Mirii shook her head violently.
Silin disappeared from both Inklings' sights. Mirii's hand stood completely still...
"... is she still on my hand...?!" Sweat formed on her forehead.
"Can you hear me?"
Mirii's irises went left and right.
"Wh-where are you, Silin...?"
"I'm on you, Mirii!" Silin chuckled.
"O-on me where...?" The girl shook herself...
"On your head."
"M-my head...?!" Her irises pointed upwards.
"Yep! Now there shouldn't be any problem..."
"I-I could crush you by completely accident!" Mirii swallowed silently.
"Nah... I'm too small to be crushed like that."
"A-are you sure?!" Mirii shivered. "Yo-you are just"
"I'm completely sure...! Even though I'm small, I could still help you in many other ways...!"
"... what else can you do...?" Mirii's right hand relaxed, as her right arm moved towards her right side and her right hand grabbed her hip.
"Since I'm following you around, I could alter your appearance..."
...
"... c-can she... improve my height?!" Mirii stood perfectly still, imagine herself being a foot taller than before.
"But you aren't going in an undercover mission, are you? Thus, you should focus on something else..."
"Wh-who said that w-we aren't going undercover?!" Mirii brought her fists in front of her chest.
"But... how would we go undercover, if we are supposed to visit a place...?" Hun's head tilted over his right side.
"... sigh..." Mirii screamed mentally.
"But I could give you higher senses! How does it sound?"
"... I would be able to... hear better? See even farther?!"
"I will improve all your senses... ... bam! Just like that!"
"... e-everything appears so detailed, now!" She observed her surroundings. "As if I'm holding a magnifying glass all the time...!"
"I can see farther!" Hun smiled widely.
"Me too, Hunley!" Mirii nodded, smiling as well.
"I have even more powers, ready to be used!" Silin whispered. "You can still hear my voice, right?"
"Yes, I can." Mirii caressed her right tentacle. "Incredible...! I feel being perfect overall...!"
"I'm sure we will have to travel over our destination, yes? In that case, I will talk more about it during our travel."
"Yes, we must depart from our villa as soon as possible." Mirii turned behind.
"Have you eaten breakfast, Mirii?" Hun tilted himself towards the girl.
"Yes..." Mirii nodded. "Mrs. Bubblepop prepared it for me, while saying that Silin already ate hers." She began walking.
"Nice." Hun smiled, chasing his friend. "I also ate breakfast... ah!" His irises got smaller. "I should had inform you that I was eating breakfast!"
"That's ok, Hunley... don't worry." Mirii lowered her head for a moment.
The two Inklings were walking near each other.
"... I can feel their bond growing more and more..."
"Any particular plan for how we are going to unite those two even more...?"
"The plan is simple. If they do teamwork together, then they should improve their bond as we want."
"It's going to be tough... I don't know what to expect in that lab..."
"We did our tests in order to understand what we can and can't do... it's a pretty scientific method, isn't it? You should be able to see it clearly."
"Yeah, I can see it... we have science with us, in a sense."
"Exactly. Now, let's see if we can help them out more, before we enter inside the car."
