Chapter 1: Prologue

Planet Xaltron 2

On Planet Xaltron 2, we follow Quinton Supernova who looks like Lance, who was an agent for Stardust Enterprises, he was investigating everything because his wife Everlyn took a mission to explore Earth and to gather some plants for research. Three weeks go by and she went missing, and Quinton has hopes that she still be alive on Earth.

After he was done researching everything, he has decided to tell everyone at Stardust Enterprises and his family that he's gonna leave Xaltron 2 for a few weeks to find his wife.

At home, he told his family that he was leaving, but they felt worried for him. Quinton has no other choice, he has to find his wife to make sure she isn't hurt. His triplets objected altogether "We're coming too."

Then Quinton said to them "I'm sorry Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, but you have to stay here with Grandma and Grandpa until I get back."

Then the triplets looked down saying "Okay."

Then his mother called him "Quinton!"

"Yes, mom!" Quinton called back.

"Could you come in here for a minute? I have something to tell you!" Quinton's mother called from her room.

"Okay!" Quinton replied.

Then Quinton left his triplets in the room, go to her mother's room, she was sitting on the chair. Quinton came up to her and asks "What's up?"

She replies "I understand that you wanted to find your wife, and I know it has been weeks since she's left, but I have hope that you'll find her."

Then her son said, "Thank you, I just hope she's alright."

Then she told her son of a prophecy, she says "But I want you to know something. You will meet an Earthling who looked exactly like you, has powers like you, but he doesn't know how to use it. To find this Earthling, you must look in the back of his head, a birthmark that is. Six hundred and sixty-six, the number of the beast. You must teach this Earthling everything about using his powers for good. And whenever he's ready, he will join and help you to save Everlyn."

Quinton is shocked, and he doesn't know how to take this, but if it is true, then a promise is a promise, he says "Okay mom, I will teach this Earthling everything I know." Then the beeper goes off on Quinton's tablet, and he says "I gotta go. I love you, mom."

Quinton's mother smiled "I love you too, but be careful."

Quinton looked at her as he was about to leave and said: "Don't worry I will."

He got into his ship and he took off into a soaring sky to Stardust Enterprises.

As he was flying, he thought to himself "I don't know if I should believe her. I mean if what she said was true, then maybe there is a counterpart who has the exact powers as I do. I just sure hope I'll teach him everything."

Earth

We see Lance on the passenger seat with earbuds on, listening to "Nights in White Satin" by the Moody Blues on his old iPod, while his wife Meg was driving, he is about to go to apply to Buster Moon's singing competition that he promised Emily. The kids were off to school, Meg dropped Lance off at the Moon Theater to apply while Meg's off to work and gave her a kiss goodbye waving.

"This is it," Lance said to himself as he was entering the theater.

Lance is really glad to be nice to everyone at the theater, including Ash. As he is done setting up the application for the competition, Buster Moon gave him a warm greeting saying "Welcome to the show." shaking his hand. Everyone greeted him with kindness as he did his. Mr. Moon showed him up to his room. Lance smiled a little bit.

Lance put his acoustic guitar on a stand, sat on a chair, put on his earbuds, listening to "Season of the Witch" by Donovan on his iPod. Then we listened to an eerie heartbeat as the music kept playing to his ears. Lance has felt something he had never felt before.

Then he heard a knock on the door as he took off his earbuds. He opens the door and it was his friend Ash.

"You're up next Lance. Should I give you a minute?" his friend asked.

"Yeah, I'll be right out," Lance said.

Ash then shut the door, Lance reached into his pocket, carried out his song lists, then he heard a metal clanked on the floor. Lance looked down, and what he saw was not just any other than a necklace, but it was a locket. He picked it up and put it back in his pocket. He finally grabbed his guitar and got up to the stage and he was performing Johnny Cash's "I Walk the Line".

After he is done playing, the theater gang had never been so amazed, Lance got back to his room, and he has never been so thrilled that he heard that Mr. Moon admired his performance. He put his guitar back to the stand, poured him a cup of water, then he caught an eye on the mirror of a mysterious figure, as he turned around, it disappeared and he quietly whispered "Mom?"
