Luffy is flown to Amazon lilly after his crew was defeated by Bartholomew Kuma and separated his crew.
Now...
Amazon lilly - is an island of women. An island located in the calm belt adjacent to Paradise. The island is inhabited by the kuja tribe.
Now luffy is on the ground and he woke up and he sees a wild animal. He runs and starts thinking about what he last said towards his crew on the archipelago .

Then luffy gets the card and they started talking and learning about the situation. He learns about boa Hancock and how she is the pirate empress and has a crew.
