A/N: I LIIIIIIIIIIIVVVVVVVEEEEE! A new story from me and this is based on a game not many may know of. It's a really interesting game! A special thank you needs to be given to my friend KyzerAndTheVoices. Without him, I wouldn't have been inspired to write this.

So let's get this out of the way: I do not own the characters or franchise of Dementium: The Ward or Undertale/Underswap. This was just a silly idea I came up with. All rights go to their respectful owners of Renegade Kid and Nintendo and Toby Fox. Another thing is this will be on both my wattpad and fanfiction.

Also there will be cursing and disturbing imagery in this story. You have been warned. Buckle your seatbelts folks! It's going to be a spooky ride!

Two skeletons and a human were standing in a record room together looking at a tangled mess of wires and plugs. The shortest of the group, a skeleton dressed in blue and gray who's name is Underswap Sans (or Blueberry/Blue for short), was looking at the Nintendo 3DS and then at the game cartridge. The game cartridge was a remastered version of the game "Dementium: The Ward" and had a picture of an orange flame in front of a black background with the words "Dementium Remastered" written above the flame. He frowned softly as he then picked up the box that held the game cartridge and looked at the artwork on it. The box depicted a person screaming in agony. He shuddered as fear crawled down his spine as he set the box down. He looked up and watched as the human named Kyzer Aqueron struggled to untangle everything for the recording session. The Puerto Rican human was in his usual attire of a t-shirt and shorts, since it was the most comfortable. Kyzer is the guy that created the two skeletons' voices and brought them to life.

"Damn thing! Ugh come on!" Kyzer said as he recalibrated the software, until finally he got the software to work. "Yes! Alright guys, you are ready to record. Let's hope that this game doesn't suck you into it like Outlast 2 did."

"Did you have to bring that up?" Stretch, the tallest of the bunch, asked as he blew out a puff of cigarette smoke. "That shit was fucked up and we would rather leave it in the past." He was the second skeleton in the room and is Blueberry's twin brother. Stretch was clad in an orange hoodie and green cargo pants with orange converse hi-tops.

"Yeah! Outlast 2 gave me nightmares for weeks!" Blueberry exclaimed.

Kyzer gave the boys a soft smile and slung his arms around the boys' necks, chuckling softly. "Trust me, I was more terrified for you two. I thought I was going to lose you two to those disgusting psychos." Kyzer shuddered, remembering the fear he felt that day.

"Yeah you were really grateful when we came back. I thought you were going to break our ribs when you hugged us," Stretch chuckled, "but I did feel safer when you hugged us."

"I felt better when I hugged you two. I was so scared I would lose you two." Kyzer said, rubbing his hands over their smooth skulls. "But let's not dwell on that. You two need to record. I'll be in the living room playing DOOM Eternal. Yell if you two need me." Kyzer said as he stepped out of the room.

"Alright." Blueberry nodded as he watched him leave. He then walked over and sat at the computer desk. He and Stretch put their Bluetooth headphones on, after which Stretch pressed the "record" button on the equipment.

"So this is new isn't it? A game on the Nintendo 3DS. This is new territory for us. I mean, I have played games on the 3DS before, but I have never recorded anything off of it." Blueberry said as he tapped on the screen.

"It is a bit weird. I mean we don't usually play the 3DS but we sometimes Ninten-do!" Stretch chortled.

"Seriously? A Nintendo joke?" Blueberry asked in a deadpanned voice.

"What?! It was a good joke!" protested Stretch.

"Whatever. Any-hoosen, hello ladies and gentlemen! And welcome to Blueberry Jams to Dementium: The Ward! I am your host, The Magnificent Sans!" Blue exclaimed as he clicked on "New Game."

"And I am his apathetic, pun-loving co-host, Stretch."

"Now we don't know much about this game except that a friend of Kyzer's suggested it. All we know is that it's supposed to be freaky and atmospheric." Blueberry explained.

"Which friend of Kyzer's suggested this game?" Stretch asked.

Blueberry shrugged. "Not sure. Maybe the one that warned him about the really nasty stuff in the Whistleblower DLC?"

"Perhaps."

"I have heard that this game is highly rated! Lots of positive reviews about it! It's some sort of first person shooter survival horror game." Blueberry said.

"Guess we'll have to grow a backbone, eh brother?" Stretch snickered.

"Are you freaking kidding me?! Why with the jo-" Blueberry started but was cut off. In another flash of light, the two skeletons were gone! They swirled and twirled within a vortex, until they landed on a gurney, with the both of them now clothed in asylum-like clothing.

"Ouch… where are we?" Blueberry asked, rubbing his skull softly. He noticed his regular clothing was now gone and replaced with a pale beige jumpsuit.

"Oh for fuck's sake! We were sucked into this game too!" Stretch yelled. Stretch noticed that he too was wearing the jumpsuit.

"Stretch easy. Remember we beat Outlast 2, we can beat this game!"

The boys looked around. They were alone in the dark and everything around them seemed to be frozen in time.

"Hey Stretch?"

Stretch looked at Blueberry, straining his eyes as best as he could to see the smaller skeleton's eyes glowing a faint blue, indicating that he was scared. "Yes Blue?"

"We're not in Kansas anymore are we…?"
