"You have her correct?" All for One asked over the video chat.
"Yeah we got her, but I don't see why you had to bring her into this. We can easily-"
"You will be quite Tomura Shigaraki!" All For One snapped.
The blue-haired young man grimaced and went back to sipping his jack and coke, muttering to himself.
"Bring her in."
Kurogiri opened the door of the bar, revealing a young woman with skin as white as the moon in her early twenties with pink and lavender hair and purple/red eyes and carrying a large Venus flytrap. She wore a dark gray lab coat with blue sleeves, a dark red turtle neck, black pants with red marks on them. On her lab coat, just above her pocket was a DNA helix and two Xs. But what stood out the most was that her left arm was replaced by a black and green DNA helix with two black claw-like hands and the ends.
"Atena Tensai, good to see you again," the old villain said. "You're looking well."
"Wish I could say the same for you All for One," the woman, now known as Atena Tensai said. "You taking me up on the offer to fix your doctor's nose?"
"No, I have something else planned for you and your unique quirk." The villain said.
Kurogiri handed Atena a manila envelope as she set her plant on the bar. Inside was various pictures and news clippings of one Izuku Midoriya.
"Everything we know about Izuku Midoriya is in the envelope," Kurogiri said.
Atena snarled. "You know how I feel about assassination jobs! All life is sacred!" She yelled and sneered at Tomura. "And get him out of here, or else I'm leaving."
Kurogiri escorted Shigaraki out as Atena continued to glare daggers at the young villain.
All for One laughed once the two were gone. "This is not an assignation job, my dear. Rather than end Izuku Midoriya's life, I want you to give him new life, as my son and as my new successor," he explained. "Your quirk allows you to change the genetic structure of any living thing correct?"
"Correct, but the most I've ever done is remove a gene that could cause a deadly illness like cancer, I've only completely rewritten someone's genetic code a handful of times. And it usually takes a week to see any changes. There's also how an environment affects someone's genes, so I can't guarantee he'll be anything like you." The young woman said.
"Leave his mind to us," All for One said. "Are you in or not."
Atena sighed and looked over at her plant with sadness in her eyes before looking at her deformed arm. Clenching her claws into fists, she looked at the TV with fire in her eyes.
"I'll need some time to study him and prepare. I'll also need some of your DNA, such as hair or maybe some blood, as well as some new lab equipment; a DNA sequencer, test tubes, and a centrifuge," Tensai said. "The serum should take a few days to make, but in return, I want you to do something for me."
"And that would be?"
Atena Tensai held up her helix arm with her claws balled up into fists.
"I want you to remove my quirk, permanently."
"Deal, Mad Genus."
One Week Later
"Hey,Midoriya you still up for the mall later?" Tsuyu asked.
Class 1A was cleaning up the classroom before heading home for the day.
"Of course," Izuku said. "I need to get some new shoes."
"And a haircut dude," Kirishima said. "You're hair is getting pretty long."
"Huh? It is?"
"You look like a chick dude." Mineta snickered, only for Tsu to throw him out the door.
Izuku took out his phone and used his camera to look at himself. His friends were right, his hair was just bordering on shoulder-length, losing some of it curl as gravity pulled the curls down.
"I guess I could use a trim." He said.
Momo pulled a coupon out of her backpack and handed it to her classmate. The coupon was for 50% off a haircut at a shop in the mall.
"My aunt owns a salon at the mall, you should visit her," The creation hero said.
"O-Oh thanks Momo!" Midoriya said.
Later…
Midoriya walked into Momo's aunt's salon. The salon's walls were painted a deep burgundy with photos of different heroes on the walls with various hairstyles throughout the years. There was even a photo of what looked to be a younger Aizawa with a choppy haircut and one of Midnight with a perm.
"You must be Midoriya." A woman at the counter said.
The woman looked similar to Momo with black hair and eyes, but her hair was wavy and pulled into a loose bun and her skin was a shade darker.
"Mom told me you'd be coming by. Go ahead and take a seat and I'll be with you quite shortly." She said.
"O-Oh! Okay, thank you, Mrs…?" Izuku said as he sat down in one of the chairs.
"You can just call me Rini." She giggled. "I don't care for all the formalities of the Japanese culture. So what are we thinking? Buzzcut? Reverse perm? Stack it? Or there's the ever-popular Endeavor cut!"
Izuku paled at the thought of having Endeavor's haircut. "Uh, well I was thinking about a trim, but maybe a new look would be nice."
Rini smiled and pulled a pair of scissors out of her arm, similar to how Momo created objects with her quirk. "I have just the look for you."
"What's taking Deku so long?" Ochaco asked as she texted Izuku for the millionth time.
"Oh dear, I hope my Aunt didn't go overboard again…" Momo said as she bit her finger in worry.
"What do you mean by 'overboard'?" Tsu asked.
"Well…"
"Hey, guys!" Midoriya's voice yelled from nearby.
"Oh hey, Midorya-Ah! Oh wow!" Kaminari exclaimed.
Izuku's hair was cut much shorter with the sides and back faded and leaving the top long and curly.
"So how does it look?" he asked as he rubbed the back of his neck.
"Cute!" Tsu gushed.
"It's so mainly dude!" Karishima said.
"Oh, Deku it looks amazing!" Ochaco exclaimed.
"I think you could use some more off the top!"
Suddenly an arrow came flying towards the group, piercing the wall behind them. The group looked up and saw a male villain with a bow and arrow standing on the railing above them. The man was in his late forties, with choppy black hair and dark gray eyes. He wore an outfit similar to that of Hawkeye, only in dark blue with a red bow.
"Name's Bull's Eye kiddies!" The man said in a taunting tone. "Now let's make this easier on all of us, which one of you is Izuku Midoriya? Or Deku? Whichever name you prefer, I really don't give a damn."
HAYIA YA also known as BULL'S-EYE: His quirk, Double Team!
The group of teenagers all tensed up, no one moving or breathing.
Bull's Eye sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. "Why couldn't you just make this easier on yourselves." He grumbled as he slipped on a pair of yellow sunglasses.
The glasses acted as a computer screen, showing a picture of Izuku in the corner along with a DNA Helix. His eyes landed on Midoriya as the glasses flashed the word match. Bull's Eye smirked and took out an arrow
. What he didn't know was Hagakure had snuck up behind him with a tray from the food court. Before anyone could breathe the invisible girl wacked the villain in the head with the tray, ruining his concentration.
"Shit! What the hell?!"
"Run Midoriya!" She yelled.
He didn't need to be told twice as he bolted from the archer villain.
"Damn it!" Bull's eye swore. He pulled out a small green orb and threw it on the ground, creating a smokescreen for him to escape.
"He's going to catch Midoriya!" Tsu coughed.
"I'm on it!" Ida yelled and took off after Midoriya and Bull's Eye.
Izuku looked behind him as he ran, only to see Bull's Eye hot on his trail. The archer shot another arrow at him that narrowly missed his arm and ripped his sleeve and impale itself in a sunglass's kiosk.
"You can't avoid me forever kid!" he yelled.
"I'm not trying to avoid you!" Izuku yelled. "I'm trying to get you away from innocent civilians!" He thought as he jumped over a bench.
Bull's Eye sneered as he shot a new arrow at the kid. Once it was close enough the arrow expanded into a net and ensnared Midoriya in its clutches, causing the young hero to fall flat on his face. While Midoriya tried to untangle himself Bull's Eye cocked another of the special serum arrows, only for it to be snatched right out of the bow!
"I will not allow you to hurt my friend!" Iida yelled as he smashed the arrow on the ground, spilling the blood-like liquid on the ground. "What the?"
Midoriya looked up and smiled at his friend "Thanks Iid-AH!" He screamed as an arrow pierced his shoulder.
From above them a second Bull's Eye appeared, disappeared and then reappeared behind Iida, pushing the speed hero down and wrapping him up with a net arrow, accidentally cutting Iida's face on the remains of the arrow.
"Well it was a pleasure doing business with you kids, but I should get going." The villain said as he threw another smoke bomb, allowing him and his clone to vanish.
The police and EMTs were eventually called and the two boys were taken to the hospital and had their statements taken by the police.
"That went well." Shigaraki taunted Atena as the two watched the two teens get loaded into the ambulance.
Atena sighed as she put her binoculars down. "Never leave an assassin to do a scientist's job. At least he managed to hit the kid with the serum arrows."
"So how long do you think it'll take for your serum takes effect?"
"Given that One for All is an exertion of All for One it could hasten the effects. So I'd say the changes will start overnight."
