A/N: Remus Lupin and Sirius Black live, and this takes place after one of my own storys named We are one. Enjoy.

It was around midnight with a bright full moon shining through the open window of the Potter house. Edward "Teddy" Remus Lupin was reading a big book on his windowsill looking outside from time to time. It has been a year since Teddy was kidnapped by the crazy werewolf known as Greyback. Teddy was alone in the house because his God family were out for the weekend. Not that the seventeen-year-old cared. Teddy sighed when he tried to close his eyes, but he did not fall asleep. You see Teddy can not sleep nor eat on the full moon because he is a half-wolf, unlike his father who is a full werewolf. 'So here I am mum. Alone on the full moon. Is this how you felt after you found out that dad was a werewolf. Waiting and nervous that something will happen to him? I know dad will be ok but…' Teddy thought in his mind putting down the book and staring at the moon lost in thought. His turquoise hair and bight amber eyes shined in the moonlight. 'Mum. I…..I wish….' Teddy let out a sob as he closed the window and walked over to his door to his room.

Teddy went back to reading and thinking about his mother that died when he was only a few mounts old. Teddy likes being alone but some times he wonders why he was always alone. "I wonder if dad feels this way?" Teddy said to no one looking down at his Firewhiskey that sat on the end table in the living room. "Maybe he doesn't because he has Sirius with him and I…. well, at this moment I have no one. I should write to Vic, but its midnight and I don't think she would care to write back because she can sleep on the full moon unlike me who is a half-wolf freak," Teddy said out loud with tears in his now green eyes. Teddy then ran a hand over the scar that was over his right eye. "People were right though. I'm a freak. Right? Right mum?" Teddy asked no one again looking around him. The Hufflepuff knew that this will be a long night and he will never sleep not while the full moon shines on him. However, when Teddy put the book down his eyes dropped for the fifth time only this time, he fell into a dreamless sleep, well, other than the burning fire that he always dreams about on the full moon's. Only this time, Teddy was alone. When Teddy woke again he heard his God family eating and laughing, and he knew that no matter how alone he felt on the full moon someone will always be there, even if they are not there.
