Chapter 1.

"Weasley, Bill." Professor McGonagall said. My twin walked in a half-nervous half-confident manner to the Sorting Hat. Bill frowned, likely at something the Hat said. It took a few or more seconds, but the Hat shouted for all the Great Hall to hear "HUFFLEPUFF!" Silence, She knew what they were likely thinking: Had a Weasley ever been sorted into any house other than Gryffindor? Bill confidently walked over to the Hufflepuff table. A few names later and Professor McGonagall said "Weasley, Lillium" She walked up to the Hat in a similar manner to Bill.

"Hmm... Slightly difficult choice. You're loyal, brave, but not stupidly so, you're also kind and intelligent. Oh, I now know the house for you, Lillium Molly Weasley."

"HUFFLEPUFF!"

She enthusiastically went to hug her brother at the Hufflepuff table. She knew her parents were going to be disappointed that she and Bill weren't in Gryffindor, but she didn't care. Soon, the sorting ceremony was finished and food was served.

"Lily, How do you think Mum and Dad'll react when they find out we aren't in Gryffindor?" Bill asked.

"I don't know, but right now, I don't care." She replied. After eating what had previously been on her plate, pudding came. She chose some treacle tart and ice-cream. Soon, however, two Hufflepuff Prefects were calling for all the first-year Hufflepuffs.

-The next day, at the Burrow-

Molly and Arthur Weasley were patiently waiting for an expected letter when the heard the familiar, tap, tap, noise of an owl. Arthur got up to open the window and let the owl in. The owl dropped the letter on the kitchen table and left. The letter read:

"Dear Mr and Mrs. Weasley.

We are pleased to inform you that your son and daughter have both been sorted into:

HUFFLEPUFF!

Yours sincerely,

Albus Dumbledore.
