Samantha Valentine had become unpopular among her fellow schoolmates, and many had guessed that might be in relation to her being the apprentice of Professor Snape in potion class.
Bravery
When Harry Potter and his Gryffindor friends labelled her with bravery, Samantha felt humiliated, at least she should.
Complicated
Samantha's feelings towards Potter and his friends were actually quite complicated- mostly she'd wish they didn't bother to care about her.
Dangerous
The youngest son of the Weasleys, Mr. Ron Weasley had had such comment, "Samantha Valentine is no ordinary witch. She's especially a dangerous one!"
Etiquette
In response to his statement, Samantha's reply was, "A good performance of etiquette."
Forgettable
As many others knew very well, many things, or supposedly everything and everyone unrelated to potions, were forgettable to Samantha.
Grin
So, when they saw her having a grin for the first time, it was honestly quite terrifying.
Head of House
Even her head of house seemingly had an unintentional enquiry about if she had had anything in need of help.
Interests
Samantha had to explain that she was fine, yet meanwhile, her interests in her professor had increased – she used to think Professor Snape was as cold as he acted.
Jarring
As an adolescent, Samantha, too, had her little problematic secret, an irrational crush on someone, absolutely a jarring match.
Knotted
Potions class used to be Samantha's favorite class, the best time of a dull week, but now she felt embarrassed every time she had to face 'him' as if the fire under her cauldron would lick off her knotted brain.
Lion Heart
Samantha had never thought she'd ever wish to have a 'stupid' lion heart, if only she could be braver….
Misadventure
Samantha planned to have her last Christmas vocation in Hogwarts, that was, if the misadventure hadn't befallen to the Valentines.
New Member
It wasn't a surprise, at least not for Harry Potter and his friends, to see the last Valentine became a new member of the Oder, but it was surprising that they couldn't tell any sorrow from her face.
Odds
When Professor Snape knew Samantha joined the Order, he warned her, "The odds of you surviving are much less than of Dumbledore failing his Transfiguration!"
Prank
Samantha knew Professor – alright, no long hers since now that she graduated from Hogwarts - Snape hated pranks and anything about mischiefs, but she had the feeling it was her only chance to make what she ever wanted happen.
Quench
She decided to tell him, in a joking way, that she had had a never quenched desire of knowing him, appreciating him and having him.
Ridiculous
"Valentine, do you understand how ridiculous your words sound!? I should never expect graduating from Hogwarts would make any difference to your intelligence." Snape replied coldly and sarcastically, as expected.
Samantha Valentine
Tensions were growing among the wizarding world especially after the death of Albus Dumbledore, when Samantha Valentine emerged as the new leader of the Order and established her reputation by defeating quite some widely known Death Eaters, including Severus Snape.
Trustworthy
'Is this man ever trustworthy at all?' Samantha asked herself this question more than a hundred times, and it'd become harder to answer ever since he casted the killing curse to Dumbledore right there in her presence.
Unaccountable
Say if he still belonged to the Order's party, whatever his reasons behind all these seemed unaccountable to Samantha, just as well as she knew how unreasonably she still loved him after all.
Valentine's Death
If there should be one day that Samantha hated the most, it must be the Valentine's Day, but lying on the ground of Hogwarts, she suddenly realized that she might not be able to complain anything again on this year's Valentine's Day.
Whereabouts
When people wanted to celebrate the hard-won victory and credit the heroes, they surprisingly found the whereabouts of the body of the reportedly dead, turned-out-to-be hero, former Headmaster of Hogwarts and Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts, unknown, same as the dead leader of the Order of the Phoenix, Samantha Valentine, whom was reported killed by Voldemort in person.
Xmas
Another Christmas came, a tall man wrapped in a long dark robe passed by a group of the villagers and greeted them in responding to them saying, "Merry Xmas!" in a coastal village.
Year End
The man came back to his house, in contrast to the happy and merry year end atmosphere in the village, a plain, old cabin fixed in silence, and right after he went in there, he went checking a woman in bed, pale and in slumber.
Zephyr Shall Come
The man had repeated these actions many times, too many that he'd already lost his sense of time, but today, right now, he sensed a slight difference, something unusual happening to the sleeping beauty when he was out, at the second he felt his heart beating in a way it hadn't done for so long, that he held his breath, waiting for a miracle befalling – she finally opened her eyes, and gently she had her sight on him, greeting him as she did the very first time they met, "Good day, Professor. Seems like the zephyr shall come."
