Dan-oh was lying on the sofa as scrolled down her gallery. She grinned widely at all the pictures and laughed at a picture from remembering how she took it.
"What are you looking at?" He asked.
"Haru."
She looked from the phone to him as he stood there with two cups of cocoa. She got up as Haru sat down next to her and gave her cup.
"Thank you." She smiled.
She took a sip and hummed. She glanced at Haru and found him looking at her. She quickly looked away and kept drinking.
"Dan-oh?"
"Hmm?"
"Stay with me-"
Dan oh coughed a little before looking at him with wide eyes.
"Tonight." He finished.
"W-What?"
Surprised Dan-Oh gripped her cup a little harder than usual. Haru set his cup down and moved closer to her. He leaned towards her as she continued to stare at him with widened eyes. She shut her eyes tightly as she felt his nose gently touching hers. He felt his hands gently touching her hands and took her cup.
"Just for a little while, please?" Haru whispered softly.
She slowly opened her eyes and still saw him just a few centimetres away. His eyes were filled with desperation and pain.
"Haru." She called and brought up her hands, gently caressed his cheeks. She leaned forward and gave a gentle kiss. She lingered a little bit before pulling back and smiles.
"Okay, just for a little while."
Haru nodded, moved slightly and placed his head on her lap. His longs legs looked kind of squashed making her silently giggle and gently ran her fingers in his hair. At that moment, it felt so surreal to her, she'd never want it to change. Sometime went by and she heard soft snores from him. She smiled warmly, gently lifted his head and placed a pillow underneath. She kissed his forehead and sighed.
"Good night Haru. I love you."She wore her coat and her cross bag and left his apartment.
As she exited the block, she pondered. Now that they were extras in a new manhwa, they no longer had any scenes and it was strange. Dan-Oh looked up the dark sky and as it was expected, there wasn't any stars. She sighed disappointed and wrapped her arms around again.
Maybe she should've stayed a bit longer.
Her phone started to ring, startled by who it was.
"Dan-Oh! Where did you go?! I told you to stay here!" Haru sounded upset.
"Sorry! You were sleeping so I thought I should go home."
"Where are you?"
Dan-Oh was surprised. "Huh?"
"Where are you right now?"
"Um..." She looked at slides and swings. "I'm at a park. Haru don't worry-"
"Wait there." He hanged up.
Dan-Oh frowned at his behaviour. It wasn't like him to behave like that. Few minutes of swinging her legs back and forth on the swings, Haru came in sight. He sat on the second swing and didn't speak for a while.
"Haru?" He sighed.
"I had a nightmare yesterday. And I fear the same thing will happen again like what happened in Secret."
Dan-Oh was stunned for a moment after a while, she nodded. "I worry about the same thing. The fact we don't have any scenes now, makes me nervous."
And that he will disappear again.
There was long silence which felt empty and sad.
"Haru." He turned around to face her and turned back around again as she stood in front of him. She held his hands and looked into his eyes.
"Do you want to stay together from now on?"
Haru nodded. "Yes."
She grinned at him. "Then let's move in together."
He smiled back her and got up from the swings. "Do you want to move into my apartment or yours?"
Dan-Oh was surprised. "You don't mind moving into mine?"
He shook his head. "As long as I get to be with you, I don't care about where I am."
Dan-Oh blushed and hit his arm. "You're making me blush!"
He groaned a little but he smiled through it.
"How about finding a new place for the both of us?"
Haru wondered for a bit. "But it will take time to find one."
"Well obviously, which is why we should start now!"
He lifted their held hands and kissed the back of her hand.
"Alright. First thing in the morning."
She grinned and pulled his arm down then gently kissed him. "Now let's go to your apartment."
Haru was stunned for a bit before he started to laugh.
"Huh? Why are you laughing?"
His laughter slowly decreased as he leaned down to her ears. "I knew you were forward but this was on another level."
Dan-Oh looked confused before her eyes widened.
"No! I mean yes! Wait, no! No, no, wait! I, I said yes! Y-Yes!"
She started to laugh loudly and turned around from him, covering her mouth, shutting her eyes. After a moment calming her heart, Haru stood next to her and slipped his hand into hers.
"Let's go."
As Haru took the lead, she couldn't help but think how they would share the same bed, which made her cheeks go red again and it obviously made Haru a bit more cheeky.
"I won't do anything you're not comfortable with." Haru said as they entered his apartment once again.
"W-What do you mean?"
She started to laugh and just took a seat on the sofa and gulped. She them grabbed a random magazine and flicked it through and all sorts of things ran in her head. Watching this made Haru chuckle and proceeded his say.
"Should we watch a movie?"
Dan-Oh's eyes sparkled. "I actually wanted to watch Love 911 again. It's my favourite!"
Haru chuckled. "Alright, let's watch it."
Just half way through the movie during the freezer scene, she glanced at Haru while he was immersed to the scene. She suddenly felt a chill and wrapped the blanket around her tighter.
"Are you feeling cold?" Haru noticed it and Dan-Oh nodded.
"Kind-a." She turned her face back to screen when she heard.
"Tell me if you feel uncomfortable." He whispered.
He opened up the blanket as he moved closer and wrapped his arm around her waist. Dan-Oh was stunned for a second then she snuggled a bit closer to him and rest her head on his chest. She was embarrassed but it felt very warm. After the movie finished, a yawn slipped out of Dan-Oh mouth. She was half asleep and felt herself being lifted. Did he thought she was sleeping? He gently placed me on his bed and placed the blanket in her.
"Good night Dan-Oh." he whispered and kissed my head.
Just when he was leaving, she grabbed his arm.
"You're not going to sleep?"
"I'll sleep on the sofa today."
"Doesn't that defeat the purpose?" Dan-Oh heart was beating fast and she slowly calmed herself down.
"What?"
She sighed and tugged him closer. "We're officially living together right? Then wouldn't it make sense for us to sleep on the same bed?"
She quickly turned around and faced the wall. She could hear Haru taking a deep breath and shuffling. Was he changing? Dan-Oh shut her eyes tightly and felt Haru slipping underneath the blanket next to her. Sometime went by and honestly, she felt that she'd explode. Just when she was going to make a quick escape, almost like reading her mind, Haru put his arm around her waist.
"H-Haru?"
"I want to hold you like this. Is it okay if I can?"
Dan-Oh was so embarrassed at his straightforwardness. But she also wanted Haru to hold her. She placed a hand on Haru arm.
"Yes it's okay." With a small yawn, she smiled. Haru made her feel safe and loved and she hoped she could do the same thing for him because he deserved it.
