Summary After Naruto and Sasuke fought at the valley of the end with Sasuke winning Sasuke leaves but then before Kakashi arrives Kabuto does, seeing Naruto beaten he takes Naruto to Orochimaru, who becomes his new weapon.

A/N: Hey everyone another new story here as you can tell by the summary things will go differently, there are many surprises and changes to the story. There will also be flashbacks after the short part after Naruto and Sasuke's fight at the battle of the end.

Sasuke looks down at Naruto, it was a hell of a battle he knows that Naruto held back he looks down at his once teammate once again before quickly running off.

A few minutes later Kabuto walks from the trees he looks at the destruction and whistles 'Them two did a real number on this place.' He then looks into the river and sees Naruto.

He walks up to Naruto, he stops beside him and pulls out a Kunai, 'Orochimaru-sama, will want him out of the way, can't have him getting in the way.'

He lunges down but just before he stabs him through the heart he stops then grins 'Although, he is a Jinchūriki, Orochimaru-sama may have a need of him You may be of some use Naruto-kun.'

He picks Naruto up and makes off as quick as possible and not a moment too soon, a few minutes after Kabuto left with Naruto, Kakashi arrived and like Kabuto, he looks at the destruction but unlike Kabuto, he sees nobody, after taking longer to look around all he sees is blood (Naruto's blood) he looks for a body but finds nothing so all he can do is return to Konoha.

Time skip 2 Half Years Later

Several ninjas of Konohagakure arrive at Orochimaru's base, ever since Sasuke joined Orochimaru, and Naruto vanished Team 7 has been on rotation after there last mission

saving Gaara from the Akatsuki.

For this mission Team 7 of Sakura Haruno, Sai and Captain Yamato who replaced Team 7's Sensei Kakashi Hatake, who was suffering from chakra exhaustion because of the last mission are being assisted by Ino Yamanaka.

Halfway through there mission Sai ran away, they found him later on when they entered Orochimaru's base. They ended up looking for Sasuke Uchiha, they met him but nothing went according to plan.

He tried to blow up the base with them in but they got out Sakura, Sai, Ino and Yamato stare up at Sasuke, Orochimaru, and Kabuto, who stare right back, nobody willing to make the first move

Sasuke was shocked that Naruto wasn't with them after how Naruto was adamant about bringing him back to Konoha to not see him there was confusing, although he was even relieved although it was confusing especially after there last confrontation years earlier.

They're all surprised by a loud roar, of course, Kabuto and Orochimaru know who that is, their little weapon X program, this angers Orochimaru though as his little pet project was heavily sedated it seems Sasuke's little explosion woke him up.

Said individual is only wearing shorts but he has wires sticking from his body he's injected with multiple poisons coursing through his body he staggers towards the sounds of talking.

Everyone minus Orochimaru and Kabuto is wondering what's going on there all on guard. They don't have to wait long as they see a bloodied hand reach the exit and Sasuke, Sakura and Ino are in complete shock as they see an older Naruto.

Sai and Yamato don't know who he is, Ino strangely is checking out Naruto's six-pack, Sakura does it also, but that's before both Sakura and Ino realise just who it is then there both in shock and there both angry for different reasons.

Sasuke looks at Naruto in shock 'What's going on, what's he doing here in this base, he looks like he's been experimented on.' He looks Orochimaru 'Did they know.'

Sakura looks at Naruto 'What happened to him, what did they do to him, all these years we heard nothing and that bastard Orochimaru had him, look at those needles, what have they done.'

Ino also looks at Naruto 'Oh my god, it's Naruto, did Orochimaru do this to him, his eyes are catatonic, they've drugged him or something.' She looks at Sasuke 'He's as shocked as we are.'

Naruto just stares at everyone he looks at Sasuke and a sort of Kyūbiish Naruto lower voice tells Sasuke that he will make him pay for shoving that Chidori in his chest twice he will smash his bones to dust and rip out his eyes and eat his heart.

Sasuke is shocked and slightly afraid not that he'd admit that to anyone, he then looks at Orochimaru and Kabuto and figures this is there doing.

The others are also shocked by the voice and the ones that know him are, Sakura and Ino are saddened by this, just what has Orochimaru done to Naruto.

Orochimaru then gets Naruto's attention and awakens Naruto's cursed seal and says "My Weapon of death deal with those idiots while we leave."

Everyone looks at Naruto as they see the same markings Sasuke got when he used the cursed seal during the Chūnin exams, Sasuke looks shocked he remembers his fight with Naruto at the Valley Of The End.

Now he also has the cursed Seal it doesn't fill him with confidence he barely beat Naruto last time, he knew Naruto was holding back something about a promise but this Naruto's different.

At first Naruto's still glaring at Sasuke before they leave he then turns to Team Kakashi for the moment Team Yamato and before they know it Sai and Yamato are both unconscious.

Sakura and Ino are in shock, Captain Yamato's an ANBU and Sai is way better than they know but Naruto took them both out with one punch, just what did Orochimaru do to him he's stronger than he was before.

Naruto then lunges at them he grabs them both round there throats and lifts them off the ground and slams them into the wall.

Both Sakura and Ino, see the look in Naruto's eyes, they see an odd look his eyes are similar to a Hyūga they know that it's not the Byakugan they both glance at each other but know they have to snap him out of it, Sakura has the best chance.

Sakura looks back at Naruto the look in his eyes is vacant, but his facial features shows he's angry but after smashing them both against the wall he's done nothing.

Sakura then tries to break from his grip but can't so she tries to reason with him "Naruto, stop it's me Sakura-chan." She then says "Your Sakura-chan."

Naruto shakes his head but then tightens Ino's neck she knows he could snap her neck easily again Sakura steps in "Naruto, stop, don't kill Ino, please."

Naruto shakes his head again like he's trying to fight whatever's happened to him he then drops Ino but keeps hold of Sakura he looks into her eyes and although she's choking he has lessened the grip, she then places her hand on his cheek "Naruto please, stop, I don't want to die."

Naruto looks into her eyes something he remembers those Jade Green eyes her Pink Hair, he keeps opening his mouth then closing it after she places her hand on his cheek he speaks although it's rough like he hasn't spoken often, she can feel that his skin is ice cold.

She's about to try again when he speaks "S-Sakura-chan.

She smiles "Naruto."

Naruto then drops Sakura before jumping up to where Sasuke and the others were and starts looking for them but they're long gone.

Sakura and Ino then stand up holding there throats they look up and see Naruto just standing there he's not moving but as soon as Sakura calls his name he just vanishes Sakura jumps up to where he was but sees nothing by then Ino has woken up Sai and Yamato and they join Sakura.

Yamato turns to Sakura "Care to tell me who the hell that guy was who took us both out with one hit but left you and Ino conscious."

Sakura who has started crying she's both sad and extremely angry doesn't answer so Ino does "That was Naruto Uzumaki, it seems we know what happened to him Orochimaru had him but I noticed Sasuke had no idea of this."

Yamato is shocked "You mean your former teammate so Orochimaru had them both but why would Naruto attack you was it something to do with those markings on his neck."

Again Ino answers "It was like he was under some sort of trance his eyes were like a Hyūga's but Sakura snapped him out of it. Yes, it was the cursed seal also."

Yamato turns to Sakura "How."

Sakura lowers her head "He was my teammate he called me Sakura-chan, I hated it at first, but he also liked me I was able to get through to him but he's been held prisoner his skin was Ice cold meaning he was frozen, either Orochimaru gave up on Naruto or he didn't expect Sasuke to blow up the base and come back at a later date."

Yamato sighs "Well we need to return to Konoha and report this to Lady Tsunade."

Sai rubs his neck "What about Naruto."

Yamato rubs the bruise on cheek "Nothing at the moment but we will not give up on him he's a ninja of Konoha who was kidnapped."

They all nod and follow Captain Yamato. It takes a day to get back to Konoha none of them says anything Sai's kind of embarrassed that he was taken out so easily, Yamato is thinking the same he's an ANBU.

Ino is in shock but not as bad as Sakura, she hasn't said anything but she's constantly seen her clench her fists.

Once they arrive in Konoha they rush to the Hokage's office, as soon as Tsunade hears there back she ushers them in Yamato told her about the mission Tsunade listens she sees there were all ruffed up then she hears something that almost turns her ice-cold

"What did you just say."

Yamato sighs "Naruto Uzumaki is alive and it seems was kidnapped by Orochimaru and may have been experimented on he was strong, Sakura can tell you more."

Tsunade turns to Sakura, and she tells her all that she witnessed and Ino tells her she agrees with Sakura's assessment.

Tsunade rubs her head "That bastard not only has Sasuke with him but kidnapped Naruto and placed that damn cursed seal on him also, but you also said that Sasuke had no idea about Naruto correct."

Ino nods "I saw his eyes he was in as much shock as we were."

Tsunade sighs "OK, we need to get a team ready for now get some rest."

Yamato nods "I should inform Kakashi-senpai."

Everyone leaves the office Tsunade bangs her fist on her desk "Dammit, damn you Orochimaru, you'll pay for this."

Meanwhile, Yamato has just told Kakashi, it's been at least five minutes since Yamato told Kakashi and he hasn't said a word.

Kakashi just sits there 'Orochimaru, had Naruto and has Sasuke-kun, dammit what's he done to him he'll pay for this, but first I need to find Naruto and get him back to Konoha.'

"I'm going after Naruto and I'm not taking no for an answer."

While this is happening Sakura and Ino have both rushed home and had a shower and are now together talking there in Yakiniku Q when there joined by Shikamaru, Chōji, Hinata, Kiba, Shino, Lee, Neji, Hinata, Asuma, and Kurenai all join them they all sit beside them Shikamaru asks how the mission went and Sakura and Ino tells them when they mention Naruto being alive the whole table is silent.

Asuma sighs "So we know what happened to him did he hurt you, girls, I can see bruising on your necks."

Sakura nods "He did but he was being controlled somehow his eyes were kind of like the Byakugan but I broke him out of it."

Ino grins "You told him you were his Sakura-chan."

Sakura blushes "It worked he would have killed us if I didn't get through to him."

Everyone nods but Hinata's kind of jealous. Nothing happens after that well they all eat before heading home hoping that Naruto will be OK.

After leaving Orochimaru's base Naruto didn't know where he was going until he arrived at the Valley Of The End the moment he looked around he freezes this place seems familiar somehow, as he's looking around he catches a flash in the water so he walks over to it.

When he reaches down he pulls up a necklace it's somehow familiar so he puts it around his neck then leaves.

Meanwhile, Sakura, Shikamaru and Shino are in Tsunade's office there discussing Naruto when Jiraiya pops into the room, they all look at him and he's surprised Tsunade tells him what's happened and he's in shock.

Jiraiya's happy he's alive and now knows what happened to him years ago, but he's also angry that Orochimaru did this to him, for Jiraiya, Naruto is his godson.

After five minutes snaps out oh his shock "I'm going for Naruto."

Sakura then speaks "I'm going also."

Jiraiya's never really paid much attention to her "May I ask why and who are you." When Tsunade calls her by her name, Jiraiya smirks and says "Oh so this is Sakura, huh, the kid always talked about her saying she was pretty and liked her a lot well you did snap him out of it so whatever let's go."

Shikamaru's the next to say he's going and after thinking about it and getting his name for Tsunade he nods Shino says the same and Sakura says he's an Aburame, Jiraiya agrees to take them both Shino, for his bugs and being a tracker, Sakura for her medical abilities and Shikamaru for his Shadow techniques.

Jiraiya then tells them to meet at the front gate within 30 minutes if there not there he'll go without them.

After 30 minutes there all there they set off, using Shino's bugs there led to the Valley Of The End, Jiraiya informs everyone that this is where Naruto fought against Sasuke Uchiha.

Meanwhile, back with Naruto and after leaving The Valley Of The End he starts walking again, and once again he doesn't know what's leading him in the direction he's going which seems to be The Land Of Waves.

Naruto's also thinking about those two girls he met the Blond wasn't that important it was the Pink-haired one, she called him Naruto, that name the pink-haired girl called him was confusing like how she knew him and why he reacted to the name and how he knew her name well, Sakura-chan.

How he remembered that name he doesn't know this is confusing for him it's like something's is familiar and some are blocked, he then stumbles along until he ends up at the graves of Haku and Zabuza he sees Zabuza's sword Kubikiribōchō and thinks it might be useful so he takes it.

Back with Jiraiya's group, they all look around until Jiraiya informs Shino to use his bugs after he does Shino informs them that Naruto's scent was here nearly a day ago. After leaving they trace back towards Konoha until Shino's bugs tell him he headed toward the Land Of Waves. Sakura wonders why he's going there but follows anyway.

While this is going on Kakashi has heard about Jiraiya leaving to find Naruto so discharged himself and followed Team Jiraiya using his dogs to track them he's about to head to The Valley Of The End until Pakkun tells him there's a more recent scent plus he can scent Jiraiya and Sakura.

When Kakashi asks why he can sense Sakura, Pakkun tells him they use the same Shampoo, Kakashi sniggers then just follows the trail of Jiraiya and Sakura.

Jiraiya and his team arrive at the bridge and are about to cross when Sakura sees the name and gasps when they all wonder why she points to the Plague stating the name of the bridge and they all smile, Shino's bugs then lead them away from the village and Sakura knows where there going Zabuza and Haku's grave.

They arrive at the graves and Jiraiya asks whose graves they were so Sakura tells them but she says Zabuza's swords missing, as they're talking Kakashi arrives, Sakura knows Kakashi was in the hospital so isn't best happy he discharged himself, Kakashi just says Naruto's more important right now, Sakura just nods.

Pakkun then sniffs and nods into the trees Shino says his bugs agree with the talking dog that surprises him, of course, Sakura, and the others already know about the talking dog.

As they're walking through the forest they hear a roar in the trees and sees Naruto holding Zabuza's sword as he cuts down a Black Bear after it attacked him after he killed a Boar. Everyone's in shock seeing him.

Naruto looks at them all but focusing on Sakura the girl he met a few days ago that called him Naruto, something about her is familiar, like she's important to him, after a short while he turns away dragging the Boar before he starts to feel dizzy and almost collapses before Kakashi catches him and lowers him to the ground.

Once Kakashi's laid him on the ground he's swarmed by the others Jiraiya sees that once again Orochimaru's placed the Fūja Hōin (Evil Sealing Technique) on Naruto but notices some changes, he quickly removes the seal and then Sakura starts Healing Naruto as much as she can.

Sakura then notices the collar around Naruto's neck and see the wires are all attached to it, she's about to rip it off before Shino who's bugs have noticed something stops her.

"Sakura-san, doing that could seriously hurt Naruto-san."

Sakura looks at him "What did they do now."

Shino tells them "My bugs have studied the collar and noticed that although we can't see them there are small needles spread throughout the collar and there punctured into Naruto's neck, ripping it off will to a lot of damage to him."

Jiraiya nods "I see, a safety mechanism, among other things, the cursed seal has gone, for now, first things first how do we get this collar off him."

Sakura looks worried and as angry as ever although she's still wondering why she's like this is it just because he was kidnapped or something else "Just get it off him I'll heal him."

Kakashi looks at his only female student "Calm down Sakura, we can't be hasty, don't you think we all want this collar off him, we have to be patient and not act recklessly."

Shikamaru who's watching this and the state of his friend is in deep thought 'That bastard Orochimaru, this is troublesome, I need to think this through before Sakura does something stupid.'

Jiraiya then sighs "Sakura get ready with the Shōsen No Jutsu (Mystical Palm Technique) there is no way to get this off him without hurting him, he's unconscious so that helps us, but we have to be quick here Sakura as soon as I cut this collar off your get to work, I just hope Orochimaru hasn't got any more nasty surprises for us."

Sakura nods "Hai, Jiraiya-sama."

Jiraiya smiles then looks at the others "Give us some room people only me and Sakura around Naruto."

The others back away then Jiraiya looks at Sakura "Don't freeze up on me." Sakura just nods.

Jiraiya sighs he then cuts the collar and Sakura goes to work as Jiraiya pulls the collar off his godson he hears the sound of the needles leaving Naruto's neck luckily Sakura's gone straight to work and the wounds are already healing it also seems that some of the scars on Naruto's body are healing must be the Kyūbi's handiwork.

After a few minutes, Sakura's done she wipes her forehead and looks up "All done, the wounds have healed Kyūbi right."

Jiraiya nods "Yes with the Fūja Hōin removed the Kyūbi can get to work, now what do we do about these wires and needles can they be removed." He looks at Shino "Is there anything we should know about."

Shino shakes his head "No surprises other than the wires and needles have injected several poisons into his body but it seems that Naruto-san's body is becoming immune to them."

Sakura looks at Jiraiya "I'd take them out but I think it would be best to wait until we return to Konoha he could easily get an infection outside like this, for now, we need to get Naruto inside, Tazuna's house isn't far if I remember correctly."

Kakashi nods "That's true" Kakashi then picks Naruto up being careful not to stab himself with the needles on Naruto, it wouldn't be good to be stabbed by poisoned needles, Shikamaru seals up the Kubikiribōchō.

Jiraiya tells them to go on ahead he'll buy Naruto some clothes although he teases Sakura saying unless Sakura enjoys seeing her half-naked teammate like he is, She blushes but glares at him he then chuckles and leaves and they head to Tazuna's.
