Authors Note: I am writing Marauders Love Story fanfics, this one is Jily, give me ideas for other couples, please. This is in their 7th year
James and Lily walked up to the Head Boy and Head Girl common room. When they walked in, they almost fell over from what they saw. It was the Gryffindor Common Room, only slightly smaller. James rushed up the stairs and yelled back down to Lily, "Lily, the rooms look exactly like the ones back at our houses"
"Thanks James"
Lily and James had become friends over the summer. She actually enjoyed it, and she knew James did. An owl flew through the window and dropped a letter to her. After she read it, she dropped her stuff on the floor and started crying on the couch.
Dear Lily,
Mum and dad were both killed. Mum was found dead with no signs of how she was killed at home. Dad was killed in a car crash while driving home after dropping you off at the station. Please don't try to console me, I can't afford to have a funeral for them, so their's no need for any of that.
James heard something downstairs and found her crying. "What's wrong Lily?"
"My parents died"
"Oh, I'm so sorry Lily"
She buried her head in his chest and kept crying. "I'm sorry James, I'm ruining your outfit"
"It's okay Lily", he said, picking her head up. "So, will you go out with me?"
She smiled and replied, "Yes", and kissed him.
James returned the kiss. After a few minutes, he suggested that they get some sleep.
"I don't feel like going up to my room, I'll just stay here"
"I'll just stay with you"
And before long, they were both asleep.
