The peace of the countryside was interrupted when the Earth-Eating Terror Beast Zandora erupted from the ground and stomped to the nearest human settlement under the usual orders...Destroy mankind. But not if a certain Peacelander had anything to say about it.
As he neared a field of wind turbines, he stopped and looked up just in time to get a Meteor Kick to the chest, nearly felling him. Zone Fighter landed and got into a fighting pose. Zandora wailed and charged, drill head lowered. Zone Fighter caught the attack with ease and shoved the metal drill up before sending punches to his chest. Zandora chattered in distress before smacking the Meteor Man in the temple with a metal hand, forcing a cry of pain from him.
Deep underground, amber eyes opened. Two creatures not of this world were fighting, but one he could tell was vile. Red energy lit up his crests, then red pulses of energy blasted from his nasal horn, smashing into the earth in front of him before digging with his claws.
Back on the surface, Zone flipped back and pointed a hand at Zandora. A series of red energy arrows-the Slice Chop-fired from his hand. Zandora chattered as the arrows sliced through his skin, green blood running down his body. Zone Fighter ran forward and landed a blur of Meteor Punches to the Terror Beast's chest, then dodged a headbutt and kicked Zandora in the back, sending him to the ground. Zandora chattered as he struggled to stand. His metal head wasn't making it any easier. With a great heave, he stood up and spun around, backhanding Zone Fighter in the process.
As the Meteor Man staggered back, he lowered his head and charged, ramming Zone Fighter in the gut and flooring him. The Terror Beast lifted a foot and stomped on Zone Fighter's chest. The Peacelander yelled before catching the foot and pushing Zandora back. He chattered and tried to not fall, and succeeded. Zone Fighter backflipped away and pulled up a turbine. He placed it under his arm and rubbed rapidly before pulling it out, electricity crackling across the surface. Zandora charged forward, as did Zone Fighter. As they neared one another, Zone Fighter swung the turbine, which smacked against his drill.
Zandora's body seized up as electricity crackled across him, his metal drill conducting the electricity. He swung an arm up, catching Zone Fighter in the jaw. Zone Fighter staggered back, then roundhouse kicked Zandora in the head, sending it spinning. The Terror Beast lowered his drill and charged, planning on goring the Peacelander.
Zone Fighter dodged with ease, Zandora running forward for a bit before stopping and spinning around. He pointed his hands at Zone Fighter. Scalding steam enveloped the Peacelander, who cried out in pain before tracing a rectangle in front of him. The steam harmlessly hit the Meteor Zone Barrier. Zandora chattered at this and charged, head lowered. He crashed into the shield, which started cracking. Right before it broke, Zone Fighter took to the air.
Zandora staggered forward, then turned around and saw Zone Fighter standing behind him, pillars bursting from his back. Using the energy from the Meteor Jet, he shot at Zandora, who let out a high-pitched cry of terror right before the Meteor Man tackled him like a football player. Zone Fighter wasted no time laying punches to Zandora's chest.
Up in the atmosphere…
The Red Garoga clenched his fists at the sight of Zandora getting pummeled. "Send Jikiro," he ordered. With a blast of smoke, the Terror Beast Missile was lanched.
Back on Earth…
Zone Fighter yelled and staggered back holding his face, which had been on the receiving end of a blast of scalding steam. Zandora loped forward and spun around, nailing Zone with his tail. The Meteor Man tumbled across the ground. He got up and readied to fire his Slice Chop from both hands when an explosion sounded behind him and a bolt of yellow energy struck him in the back. Zone Fighter slammed to the ground, his body paralyzed.
With a loud thud, the Magnetic Terror Beast Jikiro landed and let out a metallic roar. Zone groaned and got to his feet, his buckle glowing yellow. Zandora charged, head lowered. Zone Fighter jumped over the Terror Beast leap-frog style and ran at Jikiro. Jikiro took aim with his Gattling Gun, only for Zone to activate his Meteor Jet and shoot towards the robot. He swatted the arm aside and slammed his fists into the bot's head, ignoring the pain from punching a robot.
Pulling his other arm, Jikiro punched Zone Fighter in the gut. The Peacelander yelled out as he flew back, digging a trench in the ground as he hit. Zone groaned as he struggled to stand. Zandora stomped forward and kicked Zone Fighter in the gut, knocking him to the ground. Pointing a hand at the Earth-Eating Terror Beast, he fired a Slice Chop and nailed Zandora in the crotch.
As the drill-headed Terror Beast rolled on the ground in pain, Zone Fighter faced Jikiro, who aimed his Gatling Gun. Zone raised his hands and a flash of light enveloped his wrists for a moment, then the Meteor Missile Gantlets appeared on his arms. He lowered his arms, and for a moment the two stared each other down. Zandora tunneling underground filled the air, and the two fired. The meteors and Light Bullets collided in the air and exploding. A few Light Bullets made it past the collision and hit Zone Fighter. The Man who weaponizes Meteors grunted but held strong.
A few meteors made it past as well and slammed into Jikiro. Both fin-like-constructs above Jikiro's head and right tusk were blown off. The ground around Zone Fighter's feet started rumbling, then Zandora erupted from the ground, throwing Zone Fighter off his feet, leaving him at the mercy of Jikiro's Light Bullets. The Peacelander was sent flying back from the barrage before crashing to the ground, writhing in pain, his buckle blinking a deep red. Zandora chattered with glee as he approached the Peacelander. Finally, he and his masters could be rid of Zone Fighter once and for all.
The ground started rumbling, threatening to throw Zandora off his feet. Then something erupted from the ground to Zone's right, letting loose a thunderous roar. As the dirt settled, the Ancient Monster Gomora growled at his foes. Zone Fighter's yellow eyes spotted Smoky flying in, and he staggered to his feet. Gomora roared and charged at the Peacelander. Before Zone Fighter could do anything, the kaiju rammed into him, just as the area where he stood erupted in a fireball from Jikiro's Magnetic Beam.
Gomora patted Zone Fighter on the shoulder and nodded, then faced Zandora and Jikiro and roared at them. Zandora chattered and charged, his head lowered. Gomora slammed his fists together and charged. The Ultra kaiju grabbed the drill and stopped the Terror Beast cold. He shoved Zandora's head up, then spun around, walloping the Earth-Eating Terror Beast with his appropriately named Mega-Ton Tail, sending Zandora tumbling.
Then turning to face Jikiro, Gomora's crests lit up before a pulsing beam of energy was fired from his nasal horn. Jikiro wailed as the Super Oscillatory Wave pushed him back. Gomora ceased firing and charged the robot. As he neared, he jumped and slid like a baseball player sliding for home plate. His three-clawed feet smashed into Jikiro's left leg, toppling the Terror Beast like a tree. Gomora climbed to his feet and spun around and charged at Zandora. The Ancient Monster slammed headfirst into the Earth-Eating Terror Beast's chest, sending him staggering. Gomora then lashed out with his claws, slicing through his foe's flesh, then followed up by leaning back on his tail and landing a double kick to Zandora's chest.
Zandora chattered at this and smacked Gomora with his shovel-like hands. The kaiju roared and swatted Zandora's hands away before punching the alien in the drill. A loud CLANG rang out and a large dent was made in Zandora's drill. Gomora pulled back his fist and rubbed his sore knuckles. Zandora patted the dent and chattered in distress. Gomora was really strong. He might have a tough time with the Ancient Monster. He was snapped out of his thoughts when Gomora kicked him in the gut, forcing his breath and quite a bit of steam out of him.
Zandora staggered back and Gomora turned to face Jikiro. The robot's tail lit up yellow, then the Magnetic Beam was cast forth, striking Gomora in the chest. The kaiju screamed in pain and fell on his back.
Smokey shot out a new Zone Marker, and Zone Fighter's energy was full once again. The Meteor Man wasted no time sprinting toward the battle. Gomora groaned as he got up, holding his burnt chest. Jikiro's tail it up again, and Gomora braced for the pain. Zone Fighter jumped in front of his ally and traced the outline of a traditional shield. The Magnetic Beam hit the Meteor Reflection Barrier and bounced back. The beam struck the base of the antenna atop Jikiro and blew it off in a shower of shrapnel. Jikiro wailed in distress as Zone Fighter nodded to Gomora, who nodded back and charged to engage Zandora while Zone Fighter ran to fight Jikiro.
The Peacelander slammed his fists into Jikiro just above his head. Large dents were produced as Zone wailed on the robot. Jikiro pulled back his magnet arm, ready to punch Zone in the gut. Zone Fighter just swatted the arm away and punched the robot in his right eye, cracking it. Jikiro wailed and fired his Gattling Gun at the Meteor Man. Zone Fighter flew into the air, and Jikiro tilted his head up, thinking he was hovering in the air.
Zone landed behind Jikiro and summoned energy into the antenna on his head. Placing two fingers on either side of it, he fired his Meteor Proton Beam, severing the Magnetic Terror Beast's tail at its base. Jikiro jumped and spun around and was greeted with his own tail swung like a bat, striking and denting the metal monster's snout. Jikiro staggered back and took aim with his Gattling Gun. Right as he fired, Zone Fighter threw his tail at him. The rounds tore through the appendage like a hot knife through butter.
The rounds continued, only to bounce off the Meteor Reflection Barrier. The redirected Light Bullets blew holes in his metal hide, exposing gears, pistons, circuit boards, and other odds-and-ends. One bullet hit his cracked eye, blowing a hole in his socket. Jikiro stopped firing and stomped forward. Zone fired his Slice Chop, this time from both hands. The red arrows of energy shot into the holes and exploded, sending metal flying. Jikiro wailed as his innards were shredded. Zone Fighter knew he had to be careful. The Meteor Proton Beam took a lot out of him. As Jikiro neared, Zone fired his Wide Slice Chop, then charged in to grapple with the robot.
Gomora screamed as boiling hot steam enveloped his body. He lifted his arms to protect his eyes, but the same couldn't be said for the rest of him. The Earth Defender's skin began to dry and crack before pealing and falling off like a banana skin. The exposed flesh and blood began to sizzle and boil from the heat. Gomora growled, he needed to stop the steam. His crests and horn lit up and he fired his Super Oscillatory Ray, which cut through the steam and slammed into Zandora. The Terror-Beast chattered in pain as pulse after pulse slammed into him. Gomora cut off the beam, and Zandora fell, passing out from the pain. Gomora nodded and looked at the turbines, an idea forming.
Zandora awoke at Jikiro's cry, shaking his head as he got up and faced Gomora. The Terror Beast pointed his hands, but to his shock, no steam was fired. The dimwitted alien just increased the pressure, not knowing about the turbines the Ancient Monster crammed into the holes in his hands where the steam was emitted. Zandora's metal hands began to warp and swell until the pressure caused them to explode in a shower of blood, flesh, and metal. Gomora roared with glee and charged. He slashed Zandora across the chest with the spine on his elbow before delivering a flurry of punches to his chest and gut.
Zandora chattered in distress and attempted to blast steam from the pipes on his head, not knowing Gomora had twisted them out of shape, preventing the steam from exiting the alien. As the metal twisted and warped from the pressure build-up. Gomora kicked Zandora back right before a large portion of his drill exploded, shrapnel flying everywhere. Gomora crossed his arms to protect his face, hissing as the sharp metal sliced into his flesh. Zandora staggered about, waving his arms. The pain was unbearable. Crests alight with energy, Gomora uncrossed his arms and fired his Super Oscillatory Ray. Zandora staggered back as pulse after pulse slammed into him, frying his flesh. At long last, Gomora cut off the beam. Zandora stood there, frozen in place for a moment. Then he fell to the ground on his side, lanching earth high into the air. A couple of seconds later, his body exploded. Gomora roared in victory and turned to Zone Fighter and Jikiro.
Gomora saw the hole where Jikiro's tail once was, and he fired his Super Oscillatory Ray at the workings of the robot. Jikiro let out a stuttering cry as his innards were scrapped. Zone Fighter nodded to the Ancient Monster before jumping back and raised his arms. Jikiro raised his Gattling Gun arm and fired his Magnetic Beam. Zone quickly put up a Meteor Reflection Barrier. The bolt of energy bounced off and hit Jikiro's right arm, blowing it off at the elbow.
Zone Fighter raised his arms again and summoned his Meteor Missile Gantlets. He pointed them at the Terror Beast and fired. Jikiro's armor held for a while, but soon the meteors punched through, and Jikiro exploded, metal raining from the sky. Zone Fighter nodded at Gomora, who nodded back and roared farewell, and tunneled away, while Zone Fighter flew off with Smokey.
