Hi again, all! This is my first Dramione story. First of all, I would like to say a few things before we get reading:

Thanks, thanks, thanks, to the people that have reviewed my stories. I know that my stories aren't very good, but your feedback and comments make my day!

I KNOW that this story isn't very long. My writing simply isn't as good as everybody else's is. Thanks for understanding.

Disclaimer: All this belongs to the great J.K Rowling.

Honey, It's Too Late to Say Sorry

One day you will want me and tell me sorry,

But it'll be too late.

Ronald Weasley scanned the overcrowded reception of the Potter Wedding with his blue eyes. He had been in America for two years playing Quidditch, but he had come back for the wedding. Though the thought of his baby sister and Harry married was repulsing, but Harry was his best mate after all, and was always there for him when he needed support. The said couple was waltzing on the dance floor, looking at each other with that look in their eyes. And that look was love. Oh, how he wished that he had that with Hermione.

Well, he did, but he had ruined that by shagging Lavender Brown. Hermione had walked in on the two going at it, and was left broken-hearted.

But he knew he was going to win Hermione back today.

He was going to get back a woman he loved and hoped still loved him.

"Excuse me", Ron grunted, pushing past a group of gossiping witches, which happened to include Lavender Brown. "Won-Won!", Lavender squealed, running over to him. "I'm not interested anymore", Ron replied flatly before she had even opened her mouth. Lavender looked hurt. Ron ignored her. There was only one witch on his mind now.

Hermione was a million of Lavender.

"I don't know what you see in buck-toothed Granger-Malfoy", Lavender muttered under her breath. Ron rolled his eyes. Granger-Malfoy? Pfft. She was probably just trying to make her jealous.

Besides, Hermione would never marry Ferret Malfoy anyway.

Leaving Lavender in her rant about Hermione, Ron went to find the girl of his dreams. Where was she, anyway?

But his question was answered at once as his breath hitched, and his heart started to beat frantically.

It was Hermione.

She looked as beautiful as ever, with her long, golden-brown curls falling just past her shoulders. She was sitting at a nearby white-silked table, chatting animately to a man sitting next to her.

Ron opened his arms, knowing that she would hop into them when she saw him. He shoved a few vulnerable looking warlocks out of the way to get a better view of Hermione.

Ron's arms fell to his sides and his mouth dropped open in shock as he got a clearer view of the man.

Hermione was talking to Malfoy.

As soon as the pair saw Ron, Malfoy's hand jumped to Hermione's. Ron felt a flash of anger as he witnessed the move.

"Oi!" Ron shouted at Malfoy. "Get your hands off my wife!"

Malfoy smirked.

"My wife now, Weasley. She hasn't been your wife for a long time."

Ron rolled his eyes at the blonde, plainly not taking in a word he had just said before turning to Hermione. Ron wiggled his eyebrows in a way he thought was seductive. "So", he started, winking at Hermione. "How about we go upstairs and forget about Ferret?"

Hermione closed her eyes and sighed. "Ron, I can't", she said quietly.

Ron looked nonplussed. "Why not?"

"Because I want to stay at the wedding"

"But you can see Harry and Ginny anytime! Go upstairs with me and who knows? You might snap out of your single state and become my girlfriend again!"

"She can't, she's taken." This time it was not Hermione that had spoken, but Malfoy.

"Oh yeah?", Ron retorted, his ears turning red. "By who?"

"Me", Malfoy replied smugly, putting an arm around Hermione's waist. "She's mine forever, till death do us apart"

Ron looked outraged. "You married Ferret?", he asked Hermione incredulously. "Think about what he's done to us in the war! One day he's gonna leave you heartbroken, and you're going to be an old maid!"

"He won't Ron", Hermione said softly, looking over at her husband fondly. "Because, unlike you, I trust him and he loves me too much in return to leave me."

By now, Ron's face was an ugly shade of puce. "Fine! Marry Mr Ferret and have his children, I warned you about what he did to us in the war!" Ron yelled furiously, stomping away to help himself to a slice of wedding cake.

Hermione and Draco looked at each other, supremely unconcerned. "You'd love me no matter what", Hermione smiled at Draco.

"Till death do us apart", the blonde repeated, snaking an arm around Hermione's shoulders. As they sat together in comfortable silence, Ginny came over to them, laughing and pulling Harry by the hand.

"Guys, you should have seen what happened!" Ginny sniggered.

"Ron tripped over a piece of lace from the tables and fell into the cake", Harry said, barely concealing his grin.

Hermione and Draco exchanged amused looks. "Shall we look?", Draco asked, nodding towards the pile of cake where Ron now lay below. Hermione took his hand. "Certainly, Mr Malfoy"

8 years later, Hermione and Draco had two children together, twins called Rose and Scorpius. They were happy with the way their lives were, and never saw Ron Weasley again.

8 years later, Harry and Ginny had three children together, two boys called Albus and James and a girl called Lily. They were happy with their lives and the way their strong love was.

8 years later, Lavender Brown finally got over Ron and married Seamus Finnigan. The pair had one child together, happy with just one little kid to shower their love onto.

8 years later, Ron Weasley found himself in Knockturn Alley. A stranger in a shrouded hood offered him a foul-smelling, green liquid which Ron drank at once. He wasn't able to bed anyone again for his entire life, as well as the side effects of purple tentacles sprouting on his face.

8 years later, everyone had moved on, everyone except for one Ronald Weasley, who was sitting in Knockturn Alley with a couple of figures in hoods and a couple of warts. 8 years later, everyone was happy except for Ronald Weasley.

Thanks for reading this story! I hope it was longer than the others, I really tried my best. Has a bit of Ron bashing, which is what I needed at the moment. This story was written for my friends, hope you like it guys! Also, please review! ~ProudToBeAGryffindor
