It was late in the night and I was restless from the current day of boredom. I had recently moved into the city and was abzorbed in the moving in part. For one person, I surely had a big wardrobe, so it took all day for me to empty my stuff.I decided that maybe I could go on the rooftops tonight. I slipped my grey hoodie over my shoulders and shoved down my pastel purple shirt to unwrinkle it from me lazily laying in bed earlier. I put on my kawaii cat mask to conceal my identity from poacher's view like i always did in public. After all... I hated being watched, especially if it wasn't necessary. I opened my window, looked around and stepped onto the roof, closing the window behind me. I walked to the edge of the roof where it dipped down the most. I had contemplated jumping from such a height but knew the danger and avoided the edge at all costs. That is until today... But then... *rustle* I heard a noise...

I instinctively darted to the chimney of the house, using it to hide behind as I scanned around me. But once I looked to the left side of the chimney, I was met with two, blood red eyes that sparkled in the night... For one moment, everything was completely still, and then rigid and rough. I flinched away instinctively, accidentily landing on my back and then scooting away I was preparing to be hit, but it never came. Instead, I looked up to see the strangers hand outstretched towards me in a kind position. I hesitated, but soon took hold.

"Thanks... And sorry fo-"

"There's no need to apologize." he said. interupting my apology. He then said, "What brings you out so late anyways, if you don't mind... And on a roof of all places..."

"Well, I kinda just moved here, so I wanted to get a good view of the city I'll be living in..."
