Big Smile Lee is having enough problems as it is. He wanted to become the new leader of the Sun On Yee, but there are two Red Poles who won't allow that: Broken Nose Jiang and the new recruit Wei Shen. If that wasn't enough, he failed to get Jackie kidnapped during the chaos at Uncle Po's funeral when Wei saved him from this situation.

Things are really getting out of hand for him.

"What am I going to do to take over the Sun On Yee?" he contemplated the matter in his office, and Mr. Tong is present.

"Perhaps I can be of some assistance," a voice called on them.

The door opened, and it revealed a senior police officer.

"Hey, aren't you that cop who arrested Sonny Wo in the funeral?" Lee said with hostility towards the man.

"Why yes, I am. My name is Thomas Pendrew, superintendent of the Hong Kong Police Department, and I know much of Uncle Po. He's... a friend of mine," Pendrew introduced himself.

"So you're a crooked cop, huh?" Lee realized. "What do you want? Use the connections you have to arrest us?"

"No, I have a better proposal, and I think you should listen," Pendrew suggested.

"Go on."

"You should know by now that I was the one who killed Uncle Po. I had to, so that I'd advance my career as a police officer."

"That was... impressive. No one in the Sun On Yee could do something, so a cop like you had to do it. Thank you," Lee congratulated Pendrew for killing the old man who ruled the Sun On Yee for a long time. That would have made his chances to take over the organization very soon.

"I eliminated Sonny and Po, and all that remains is Wei Shen," the latter suggested. "You want to know the truth about him?" he asked, and Lee and Tong nodded in agreement. "Very well, then. Wei Shen is a cop."

"So that newbie is a fucking rat. I should have known," Lee commented on the big secret revealed. "It all makes sense now."

"I tried to get him to back off from investigating the Sun On Yee further, leaving you to take over the Sun On Yee after Po's death but he didn't listen. He won't stop until you're dead."

"I see..."

"Now that you know the secret, what are you going to do now?"

"Oh, I'll think of something, Mr. Pendrew. Something to get that rat off our backs," Lee smirked, having an idea of his own.

"Good. Once you lead the Sun On Yee, I can promise you lots of protection. I'll use my connections to do that," Pendrew suggested.

"Thank you for telling us this, Mr. Pendrew. You're on our debt," Lee shook hands with him before the senior police officer takes his leave. He turns to Mr. Tong next. "Mr. Tong..."

"Sir?" his enforcer asked.

"Bring Jackie in and kill him. Deal with the rat as soon as possible," Lee ordered.

"Yes, sir. I'll do with him as I please," Mr. Tong bowed to him.

The enforcer leaves the office next and Lee looked at the window, having made his move for tonight.
