THIS CAN BE SKIPPED, ALTHOUGH YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW THAT WE BEGIN THIS STORY IN HARRY'S TENTH YEAR OF LIFE, RIGHT BEFORE HIS ELEVENTH BIRTHDAY, AND FIRST YEAR WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE LIKE THE ORIGINAL.
Background:
The Greek Gods were fading because they didn't have enough worshipers. So Zeus decided to use a ritual designed by Hecate, who was not affected due to being a Titan, to make a culmination of their powers and knowledge into a God form who would grow to adulthood as a mortal with talents. All knowledge that the Greco-Roman gods possess was put into an orb to be implanted into the being's brain on his eighteenth birthday. All the Greco-Roman gods combined their DNA into a single egg and a single sperm. The Egyptian gods were accidentally and unknowingly drained of so much power by the Greeks ritual (due to some hieroglyphs with multiple definitions that were used) that they sank into the Duat so deep as to never be seen again, that power also gifting the child with Egyptian Magery, along with many Egyptian God powers. He was then inserted into Hera's womb and Zeus' testicles, but they were weakened further soon after by a meteorite throwing them off Olympus, before the egg could be fertilized.
While recuperating in the wilds after being tossed off Olympus, they were accosted by the Black Swan as trespassers and, in their weakened state, were unable to escape, so they disguised themselves as elves using the last of their Power, having only enough left for them to exist for four hours after that, long enough for the Black Swan convinced them to let the child be part of the Moonlark Project. The Black Swan extracts the egg and sperm and watched the gods disappear as they died. They altered the DNA of the child, giving him all the powers of the elves and other intelligent species that reside in the lost cities, and some powers from rare creatures, but were unable to remove the powers gifted him by his god-blood.
The Black Swan implanted the egg and sperm in two "humans" at a normal fertility clinic, allowing them to fertilize the egg themselves instead of in a tube. They turned out to be a witch and wizard. The magic in their bodies and that exerted during orgasm changed the child's DNA again, giving him wizard's magic.
The wizard's name was James Hardwin Potter and the witch's name was Lilly Potter nee Evans. James Potter had three recognized wizarding bloodlines in him, which were Potter, Black, and Peverell. He also had two unrecognized bloodlines, which were that of Godric Gryffindor and Salazar Slytherin. Godric had been a child of Zeus, and Salazar had been a child of Hades, unbeknownst to them (the kids, and were undetected by monsters due to their magical blood hiding them). Being the Heir to Peverell allows him complete control of the Deathly Hallows, which they invented, then were blessed by Death in multiple forms, by Thanatos, Hades, Osiris, Anubis, Hela, and the Underking, who all felt the artifacts trying to pull on their realms and blessed them instead of destroying them.
Lily Potter nee Evans had been a pureblood witch born into a long line of squibs. The only muggles on her family tree are her paternal great-grandparents, and her paternal grandfather, who introduced an inactive X-gene into the bloodline, which was activated when it came into contact with James Potter's Magical Gene. Unknown to all, a squib had been born into both the lines of Rowena Ravenclaw, a child of Athena, and Helga Hufflepuff, a child of Demeter. The bloodlines crossed, being part of the ancestry of Lily Potter.
To sum it all up, all four of the bloodlines of the founders of Hogwarts run through Harry's veins, making him the first Heir of Hogwarts, a position important to Hogwarts Politics. He is the King of Olympus. Of Olympus, he has all of the powers of the gods, both Major and Minor. From Egypt, an assortment of powers, each pertaining to the god it is associated with, and an ability for Egyptian Magic. He also has raw magical power from them. The Lost Cities gave him all of the Talents and Abilities of Elves, an assortment of abilities belonging to each culture such as Dwarven Tunneling, Gnome Gardening and Singing, Ogre Gravshift, and Goblin Fitness and Reflexes. He also shares some abilities with some powerful animals, ex Boosted Telepathy and Teleportation of Alicorns.
About one year after his birth, his wizarding parents were attacked by Lord Voldemort. He killed his parents and tried to kill Harry. Harry's inactive godly powers and a sacrifice-based blood ward protected him, destroying Voldemort's physical form, but left a lightning shaped scar on his forehead. He was then forced to move in with his aunt, uncle, and cousin, who abused and neglected him for the next ten years, leaving him a small, unassuming boy. We resume this story near his eleventh birthday, also being his cousin's thirteenth birthday. Only his Telepathy and Wizard's Magic have developed so far. He is also a Metamorphagus with extreme control over those abilities due to Vernon beating him if they showed. He was born on July 1st, and Dudley on June 26th.
