Hello! I am back with another story! Please note that I do not own AFL Mascot Manor. I only own my OC's Carla, Riko, Cannon, Roza, and Cadet. Please enjoy!

Collingwood, Nighttime..

Jock and Syd were walking onto the sidewalk, during a peaceful night. Nothing going bad, just a calm peaceful night for the two Mascots..

Jock: Such a quiet night out there, Syd..

Syd: Yeah, it sure is.. It's quiet.. Too quiet..

Jock and Syd continued to walk, until the Magpie saw a shadow swooping around.

Jock: What was that?

Syd: What was what?

Jock: *in panic*It-it must've been a-a g-g-ghost or so-something!

Syd: Calm down, Jock! It's just a shadow!

Jock was in full-fledged panic, until Syd calmed him down. If the shadow was there, then the two Mascots noticed it right away.

Jock: I think I saw a shadow move..

Syd: What shadow?

Jock: It's a..random shadow..

Syd: *laughing* It can't be a shadow, silly!

But then, Syd now noticed the shadow, moving. Syd then shook as the shadow continued to swoop up and down.

Syd: I guess you're right, Jock.. It actually is a shadow!

Jock: But, it can't be our shadows! Right?

Syd: Jock, it can't be OUR shadows..

Once the shadow was now revealed to be just Riko, both Syd and Jock flinched in horror.

Jock: *angry* RIKO! You scared us!

Riko: Sorry guys.. I just wanted to play a little prank with you guys!

Riko was seen with his black cloak on, along with a black fedora. This little prank of this tiger then scared the two others after that..prank..

Syd: Don't scare us like that! EVER!

Riko: Alright! I won't do it again!

Jock: I'm gettin' a little hungry. Wanna go back to the Manor?

Riko: Yeah, I think it is a good idea. Stripes will be really worried if we're gone for too long..

All three Mascots headed back to the Mascot Manor to have supper, before the rest of the nighttime rises.

Later….

Once the trio headed back to the Manor, Stripes then quickly jumped in to hug Riko.

Stripes: Riko! Where have you been?

Riko: Oh, I've been going on a walk.. And uh.. I played a little prank with these..two..

Stripes: Oh really?

Jock: Yeah. He pretended to be a random shadow and scared us ALMOST to death..

Stripes: Just..don't do it again.. Alright?

Riko: I know, Stripes. I won't do it again..

Dinner was now on the table, as a voice was heard, turned out to be Barry.

Barry: Dinner time!

The 4 Mascots quickly jumped into the table chairs to begin eating the meal, while the rest then began to sit down.

Later that night..

Jock was sleeping onto his bed, sleeping with his stuffed Magpie named "Ozzy". Jock continued to sleep, until he heard a noise coming from the window.

Jock: Sheesh.. What's with the noise coming out here?

Jock continued to fall back asleep, until the noise continued, leaving Jock to get up, and changing to his normal outfit.

Jock: This loud noise is keeping me awake..

After Jock puts on his beloved white-starred cape, he exited outside to check out the noise from out the backyard.

Jock: What's all that racket out there!?

The noise out in the backyard turns out to be heard from a wolf. Not just any wolf when Jock tried to take a closer look at the canine creature, it was an Indigwolf.

Jock: Woah.. I've never seen a strange wolf like that before..

The Indigwolf then turned to Jock, walking slowly towards him. It was an Indigwolf, with white fur, gold indigenous patterns all over its body, and a jewel on its forehead, with a feather ear cuff on its right ear. The Indogwolf slowly walked and sniffed Jock, flinching in shock.

Jock: Please don't hurt me, Indigwolf!

The Indigwolf tilted its head, and then began to lick Jock's face.

Jock: *thoughts* Hey! It likes me!

The Indigwolf continued to lick Jock's face, until another Indigwolf howled to bring the other to go back to it's tribe. The Indigwolf barks before going back home. Jock waved at the wolf, before going back home. Jock then entered back home before changing back into his pajamas.

Meanwhile..

Jock continued to sleep, until another noise was heard.

Jock: Sheesh.. Who's makin' that noise again!?

Jock changed back to his normal outfit and exited to the backyard to see a water buffalo about to attack the Indigwolf Jock had seen earlier ago. Jock shook that he saw a water buffalo in Australia, but he never knew water buffalo were actually in Australia. Once the water buffalo began to run, Jock then was about to run to save the Indigwolf.

Jock: *mad* Oh no.. That water buffalo isn't attackin' my friend!

Jock then ran to jump in to save the Indigwolf, once the water buffalo continued to attack the wolf. Once Jock jumps in, the Indigwolf was behind him.

Jock: Get back to your tribe! I gotta deal with this beast!

The Indigwolf then obeyed Jock, before running back to his home. Once Jock then tried to jump in, the water buffalo managed to attack the Magpie. Once it was done attacking, the water buffalo managed to ram Jock, leaving him falling onto the ground, and rolling onto the grassy area. The water buffalo grunted and walked back away. Jock continued to roll over the grassy area, until he fell onto the sandy ground, too weak to get up. The Indigwolf then turned to the Mascot, and shook as he saw the weak and beaten Magpie. The Indigwolf whined to get Jock to get up, but no response. When a voice was heard, the Indigwolf quickly ran back inside the den.

Claude: Jock!? Jock!?

Skeeta: Where are you!?

Barry: I was wondering. How did that random water buffalo get in our backyard?

Skeeta: I read a book about the wildlife in Australia, and it said that Water Buffaloes are introduced in the Australian Wildlife.

Claude: We're completely worried that Jock might be lost..

Skeeta: Should we continue looking for him?

Claude then shook when he saw some huts along with a den, at the sandy shore.

Claude: You two stay while I'll go and find Jock.

Barry and Skeeta waited patiently for Claude to finish looking for Jock. Until, a scream of horror was heard, leaving the two Mascots flinched at the scream.

Claude: JOCK!

Barry and Skeeta jumped onto the grassy area to land onto the sandy ground.

Barry: What's going on?

Barry and Skeeta then both shook in horror when the three saw the beaten and weak Magpie, unable to get up.

Barry: Crikey.. What happened to him!?

Claude: We don't know yet, Barry. We don't know what happened to Jock..

Skeeta grabbed a book, and read the section about water buffalo. Skeeta then realized that the water buffalo had attacked Jock.

Skeeta: Guys? I just realized that the noises came from the water buffalo. The water buffalo ATTACKED Jock!

Barry: Oi! How did you know?

Skeeta: I read the information in this book, and it says that water buffaloes are the slightly less dangerous mammal here in Australia. But when it's threatened, it can attack any Mascot here in the Australian wildlife..

Claude: You already knew the water buffalo? They can attack anyone when it's threatened!

Jock was already covered in bruises and scars, with some drops of blood all over the ground.

Barry: We gotta take him to a hospital. He's in complete bad shape..

Claude then took Jock and the other two back to the Manor before calling the ambulance. Once the three Mascots placed Jock onto his bed in his room, Claude then grabbed the phone to call 911..

Jock: *in pain* Augh..What happened?

Skeeta: The ambulance is on it's way. They're going to send you to a hospital to heal your wounds..

Once the ambulance arrived, Claude then took Jock inside the vehicle before going back to the Manor.

Paramedic #1: Don't worry, Mr. Claude.. Jock's going to be alright when he is healed..

Claude: Thanks..I hope he's alright..

Barry and Skeeta's heads were down, worried about Jock..

Claude: Jock's going to be okay when he's all the way healed..

Barry: I know.. I hope he's going to be alright..

Claude: Jock's going to be alright, Barry..

Skeeta: That..water buffalo.. How could that beast do such a thing to him?

The Indigwolf saw the trio speak, before running back to his den.

Claude: When the buffalo is threatened, it attacks him..

Skeeta: Let's get back to the Manor.. It's the middle of the night..

The Mascot trio headed back to the Manor before the Indigwolf watched the three. The creature then manages to head back to his den before sunrise.

That Morning..

Claude got his hoodie on, before exiting out to the front yard. He was interrupted by Skeeta.

Skeeta: Where ya goin', Claude?

Claude: I'm going to the hospital to check on Jock to make sure he's okay.

Skeeta: Are you sure Jock's gonna be alright?

Claude: Jock is going to be alright, I promise..

Skeeta nodded before Claude went inside his car to drive to the hospital, to check on Jock to make sure he's alright. Once Claude heads to the hospital, Skeeta sighed sadly, and sat down on the couch. Woofer then sat next to him, before speaking.

Woofer: What's wrong, Skeeta?

Skeeta: *sad* It's Jock.. I was worried that Jock might...die..

Woofer: Claude said Jock won't die.. He's going to be alright, Skeeta..

Skeeta: I know.. I'm just..worried about him..

Woofer: Don't be sad, Skeeta.. When Jock comes back, then you will be happy again!

Skeeta: You're right, Woofer. I should be happy when Jock comes back..

Woofer: When Jock is all the way healed, he will come back soon..

Woofer finished the conversation, before going outside the backyard.

At the Hospital..

Jock was seen laying down on the hospital bed, with his wounds covered in gauze, and wearing an arm sling. There was a knock on the door, as Jock shook when he heard the sound.

?: May I come in?

Jock: Sure thing..

The Mascot opened the door, turns out to be Claude. Jock shook happily, and gently hugged Claude.

Jock: *smiles sadly* I'm happy you're here, Claude..

Claude: I'm happy to see you, Jock. How ya' feelin'?

Jock: A little sore, but I'm starting to heal a lot now.. The doctor said that I have to leave the hospital tomorrow since my wounds are healing up faster.

Claude: What about your..arm?

Jock: My arm? Oh, it's sprained. It should take a few days to heal.. I should be ready to leave tomorrow afternoon.

Claude: I'm glad to see you healing up, Jock..

Claude then brought his phone with him, before calling Skeeta.

Claude: *on the phone* Skeeta? Skeeta, it's me.. Claude. I have some good news.

Skeeta: *on the phone* What's the good news?

Claude: *on the phone* Jock said that he is alright, and he is already healing up. He said that he will leave the hospital tomorrow afternoon..

Skeeta then shook in happiness, speaking to Claude.

Skeeta: *on the phone* Thank goodness he's alright! I hope he comes back the next day..

Claude: *on the phone* He will come back the next day..

Skeeta: *on the phone* It's good to hear Jock's already been healing now.. I'll see you when you get back..

Claude then ended the call and spoke to Jock.

Claude: I'll check on you tonight, Jock. Alright?

Jock nodded before Claude headed back to the Manor. Once Claude heads back to the Manor, Jock sighs sadly, worrying about the Indigwolf.

Back at the Mascot Manor..

Claude entered back at the Manor, to sit down and chat with Skeeta. Before chatting with Skeeta, a scream was heard.

Skeeta: What was that!?

Claude: We gotta find out what's going on..

Claude and Skeeta both exited to the backyard, seeing Woofer in awe.

Claude: What's going on, Woofer?

Woofer: You will not believe what I found..

Woofer found the Indigwolf's tribe dens at the beach, which left Claude and Skeeta in shock.

Skeeta: That's where.. The random..tribe lives?

Claude: I think that's when we saw Jock before we took him to the hospital!

The Indigwolf then turned to the trio, leaving the trio in shock.

Woofer: Who is that?

Claude: It might be a wolf from a tribe!

The Indigwolf then walked slowly towards Claude, and barked.

Skeeta: What's he saying?

The Indigwolf drew a picture of Jock protecting him from the water buffalo.

Claude: Hold on.. Jock protected you from the water buffalo!?

The Indigwolf nodded, leaving Claude in shock.

Claude: So Jock protected the wolf from the beast.. So that means, Jock then met the wolf last night!

The Indigwolf then wrote out his species name onto the sand.

Claude: You must be the Indigwolf Jock protected you last night!

The Indigwolf nodded. When a voice is heard, Claude spoke to the Indigwolf.

Claude: Um, Mr. Indigwolf? We gotta get back to the Manor right now. We need to eat breakfast..

The Indigwolf nodded before running back to his den, as the trio headed back to the Manor to eat breakfast..

The Next Day..

Claude then took Jock back inside the Manor, which Jock was still in an arm sling. Skeeta shook, and gently hugged the Magpie.

Skeeta: Jock! I'm so happy you're OK!

Jock: My arm's still in a sling, but I'm glad to be back home..

When Claude opened the door to go outside in the backyard, the Indigwolf quickly ran inside to lick Jock's face.

Jock: Woah! Easy!

The Indigwolf then gently hugged Jock, as Stripes fell in shock.

Stripes: What is that!?

Jock: Oh, that's the Indigwolf. It's a type of wolf species here in the Australian Rockies.. I first met him the other night before I got myself a minor injury..

Stripes: Oh, I thought it was an angry wolf.. At least the Indigwolf's friendly..

Jock: It's a Passive species. It becomes aggressive while hunting prey...

Woofer: I'm glad you're making a new friend.

Carla, Cannon, Roza, and Cadet all headed to the living room to see a dog-like creature, licking Jock's face.

Carla: Is that a…

Claude: That's an Indigwolf. A type of species here in the Australian Rockies.

Cannon: Woah.. I've never seen this type of dog before.

Roza: Is it friendly?

Skeeta: *to Roza* Jock said it's a passive species. It becomes aggressive when hunting prey.

Cadet: I think the Indigwolf likes you, Jock.

The Indigwolf continued to lick Jock's face, until he stopped with a bark.

Riko: What did he say?

The Indigwolf grabbed a piece of paper and a pencil to write out a sentence. When he is done, Jock takes the paper, and the paper says "Friends for Life?"

Jock: Yep. Friends for Life..

Cadet: Jock says that he is best friends with the Indigwolf.

Riko: I've never seen Jock making a new friend before..

Roza: I'm glad to see you making new friends, Jock..

The Indigwolf barked to lead Jock to his tribe.

Jock: The Indigwolf wants to show me something!

Claude and Skeeta led the two to the Indigwolf's tribe, and once they got to the shore, the beach was placed with huts and dens, along with a golden crystal, and a boulder.

Claude: What does this thing do?

The Indigwolf barked, showing Claude how to place the crystal onto the boulder. When Claude placed the crystal onto the boulder, a golden beam of light shined, leaving the four, covering their eyes. Once the beam of light disappeared, Claude and the trio shook.

Claude: What happens now?

Skeeta: I think we need to see what happens.

Jock then spoke to the Indigwolf.

Jock: I'm glad you're my best friend, buddy..

?: You're my best friend, too..

Jock and the trio all shook after the Indigwolf had talked.

Jock: Y-you can..talk!?

Indigwolf: Yeah, of course I can talk! My job is to protect the tribe from dangers!

Skeeta: I didn't even know you can do that to save your tribe from..dangers!

Indigwolf: *to Jock* And you, Jock? Thanks for saving my life the other night.

Jock: You're welcome buddy. We're friends for life, right?

Indigwolf: Friends for life..

Skeeta: Let's go back to the Manor, Jock. The rest might be worried about us getting lost..

Indigwolf: Wait! Before you go, I want to give you this..

The Indigwolf gave Jock a white crystal necklace, a reward for saving his life from danger.

Jock: Thanks, Indigwolf.. I'll see you later..

Indigwolf: I'll see you later, Jock..

Jock waved at the Indigwolf, while the Indigwolf waved at him back, before heading back to his den. After Jock and the trio headed back inside the Mascot Manor, the four then continued to chat.
