Dark.

That's the perfect word that could describe this world where nothing existed. It wasn't exactly like blindness. All the senses were disposed of. All that was… All that could be perceived was…

Dark.

Then, suddenly, a splitting headache. A pain that couldn't be put into words. Like reading a colorful and pop-esque manga that you like only for its art-style to take a drastic turn to something more gritty and dirty-looking because the writer fired the original artist and hired a new one and they thought the readers wouldn't notice. It wasn't like the art was bad or anything, but it still took some time getting used to. And they could've at least informed the fans instead of insulting their intelligence. The nerve!

Honestly…

Anyway, that was something that could be used to describe this headache. Welcome yet unwelcome. Welcome because it was the only thing that could be felt in this world of nothing, but unwelcome because of obvious reasons.

If anything, it would've been better to feel something like large breasts, but losers couldn't be choosers. And no one could choose the way the world worked. Especially if they were in a comatose state.

Or even about to wake up from one…
