Prologue -
Taro Namatame took a deep breath in and let it escape his lungs as he waited to present his Idea to the UN. With everything that has been happening recently, there was no chance that they could write him off as crazy. He didn't even understand why they accepted his chance to propose his idea, he hadn't even been Prime Minister for two full years. A woman in a business uniform stepped into the waiting room.
"They're ready for you, Prime Minister." The woman explained. Namatame got up and took another deep breath as he entered the massive meeting room where representatives of nearly every country would judge him.
"I'm sure all of you have seen the Kirijo Group's research." Namatame began. "The existence of Shadows was practically their discovery. Now, their research will be invaluable not just to Japan, or the US, or any country, but to the world. In 2009 a group of highschool students destroyed 12 shadows and prevented death with the sacrifice of their leader. In 20014, a group of highschoolers prevented a malevolent goddess from destroying humanity and solved the Inaba Murder cases. In 2016, The Phantom Thieves prevented a false god from enslaving humanity."
"Get to the point, Namatame." A representative yelled.
"My point is, we need to establish a UN sanctioned task force to prevent the further spread of Shadows." Namatame explained.
"And you're sure this is necessary?" another representative questioned. "Persona Users always seem to popup during these incidents."
"What if they don't?" Namatame asked in response, a terrible plan. "I understand that you do not want to spend unnecessary funding, but this needs to be done. We need to protect our people from Shadows."
"You're right, Namatame." A representative stated aloud. "Our job is to prevent wars, and this includes wars against the human race. As the representative of the United States of America, I vote in favor of creating an Anti-Shadow task force, I will provide soldiers and two Persona Users." The vote began, the only country that voted no was Greenland, who had never seen the research performed by the Kirijo group.
"Thank you for voting on the creation of this new task force." Namatame began. "From now on, it shall be called TF435, to be referred to as the Shadow Execution Coalition."
A/N: Finally! The first part to colliding worlds is finished! This is a project made by by me and my friend based off a terrible SCP fan fiction we made. This may take longer than other projects as this was originally written as a case file, so I need to convert files that barely count as writing to a real story with you know, character development, and descriptions. Anyway, hop you enjoy this piece of trash!
QT: I already have a Persona for this character, but what do you think would make a good Persona for Erik Reed, an OC that is a former child soldier and SEC member? His Persona is Tragedy, an OC Persona of an OC arcana, but I also thought The Punisher (would be referred to as Castle) or Roland The Headless Thompson Gunner (just referred to as Roland) would do nicely, but I want to hear some other thoughts.
