"Sammy!"
He ran faster through the underbrush. Dampness from the soaked vegetation seeped into his jeans, chilling his legs. Twigs scratched at his face, branches reached out their twisted limbs blocking his path. His blood rushed in his ears in time with the pounding of his heart. The pistol weighed heavily in grip as his pushed his tired body faster.
Dean broke out of the thicket of the woods into the clearing and stopped short, "Sam!"
Sam stopped and turned around shakily. Rain ran down his face, mingling with the tears from his eyes, "Stop, Dean! Get away from me!"
Dean raised his arms out, "Sam you don't have to do this. This isn't YOU. We can fix this!"
Sam took a step backwards, closer to the ledge, "No, Dean, not this time." His voice and body shook. "Its inside me Dean. I can feel it! Its going to rip me apart and kill you too! This is the only way."
Dean slowly stepped closer to his brother, heart hammering in his chest. Don't do it, no!
"Sammy please, no."
"You don't know what it feels like, Dean," Sam took another step backwards and glanced behind him into the maw of the ravine. He looked back at Dean, I'm so sorry.
Sam spread his arms and threw himself backwards off the ledge, his brother's screams echoing in his ears as he plummeted.
