Elmer stared at him and observed that Bugs was pouring salt into a pot that he swallowed and put on some wooden logs with fire.

From there, Elmer took the plate of soup that Bugs offered him and he was about to try the soup, until Bugs threw the whole plate in his face and to Elmer's bad luck, the soup was hot. Bugs ran to that and Elmer made an annoyed face and started shooting with his shotgun and ran.

Bugs kept running and leaped to enter the burrow and Elmer pointed his shotgun into the hole in the burrow.
Elmer: "Okay, wabbit, you have no escape" –he said.
In that, Elmer looked at Bugs long ears and the hunter grabbed it tightly to lift him, only to be surprised that those ears were fake and above all it was a hat that was stuck in a rocket.

After the explosion, Elmer's body was completely dark while inside the ground it was also around dark. Hence, Elmer shook his entire body and held onto his shotgun tightly as he carried it.
Elmer: "Now you will see that bad wabbit" –he said as he began to look for it.
After a search, Elmer managed to find Bugs who was walking peacefully and the hunter began to shoot the rabbit who noticed and started to run.
Bugs Bunny: "It seems that this kind of hard to kill" –he said as he kept running.
Elmer fired from time to time and chased Bugs at every moment until he saw him stop for a few seconds and he just in time while aiming his shotgun at him.
Elmer Fudd: "Okay, wabbit, say your last words" –he said as he put his finger on the trigger.
