On the planet called Zebes, the legendary Bounty Hunter known as Samus Aran was on a mission to kill Ridley. The one who killed her mother and her arch enemy.

Her blood boiled in full rage with anger and hatred that wanted to taste his death. Soon her vengeance will be complete and her mother's soul can rest in peace.

Revenge is a fool's errand. That she didn't care, if she wants to die then she'll die, but if the legendary Bounty Hunter wants to live then she'll live.

But that's up to fate to decide or survival of the fittest.

However something terrible happened to her, Samus got caught by an ambush that Ridley was expecting her.

He knew that she'd come for him from the start but he didn't know when.

Samus opens fire on any space pirate, she sees left and right, killing them with one shot, holding her position. But Ridley caught her in surprise.

He grabbed her from behind by using his claws. Then he beat her around a few times like a rag doll right before he destroyed her power suit armor and ripped her zero suit off stripping her naked and defenseless. He gave her cuts and bruises all over her body. Before tossing her below ground with blood flowing out of her.

Humiliated and defeated by her hateful enemy, Samus was at his mercy. Ridley can see the look of her eyes and he can smell her fear. He could kill her but instead, he decided to let her live by imprisoning her away to a stone coffin of her torment.

Where she can be sealed inside and never to be fed.

Samus vows in an oath to get vengeance against her nemesis if she gets out her sealed prison alive.

But fate has something better in store for her.

[They are rage, brutal, without mercy. But you. You will be worse. Rip and tear, until it is done.]

Samus gasped deeply as she jolted awake, taking in huge gulps of air as her vision was blocked by the red light. Her heart was beating like crazy in her chest. She doesn't know how long she was out, how long she was asleep for how she was inside her imprisoned coffin.

As slowly her vision came back to normal.

Samus noticed up at the ceiling where a strange stone slab hung above him, in the corner of the slab was a strange symbol that glowed red. Shaped like a 'T' four smaller markings around it at each corner with a couple of slash markings running along the bottom.

Looking around, she realized she was in a lab of the UAC. Her form laying on a table in the very center inside another stone slab that looked to have been connected to the one above her. Various pieces of machinery sparked and sputtered around her, the room itself shaking every so at various points sending dust and sparks raining down from the ceiling.

She tried to get up, but she found her arms chain down into the slab, she woke up on. She pulled on the shackles a few times in an attempt to lose them, suddenly she heard something moving in the shadows on the right side of the lab.

She looked and saw a possessed scientist come out of the shadows slowly approaching her.

Samus doesn't know why but she doesn't want to find out. She started yanking on the shackles even harder, hoping that they will break eventually.

With one powerful yank, the restraint on her right arm broke free from that rotten shackle. She lashed her hand out and backhanded the undead then grabbed it by the head, thumb digging into its cyclops eye sockets while it snapped its jaws at her arm that was just out of reach.

Samus slammed the Undead creature's head against the slab she was laying on, shattering its skull and sending blood, bone and gray matter spraying in all directions.

Samus suddenly heard a noise coming from the other shadow corner, more undead creatures like the first one shambling out of the darkness around the lab, heading straight for her.

Flexing her other arm, Samus tore free from the other shackle and vaulted over the other side of the slab. Landed down on the floor in a crouch, looked up to see a futuristic pistol laying beside her. Samus quickly picks up the weapon and fires into one of the undead creatures.

The pistol chirped loudly, blue-colored rounds leaving the barrel and punched bloody holes into the undead. Blood and chunks of flesh spraying the walls before collapsing to the floor unmoving.

She heard another footstep behind her. She spun around and saw one of the undead creatures; she quickly punched a hole through its neck and fired a bullet into its head.

When the last undead one was left standing. Samus quickly fired four rounds into its chest and head. Before it collapsed to the ground dead.

When everything settled down, Samus looked at the weapon in her hand. Clicking a button on the side caused the side to lock back and reveal a glowing-blue cell inside, hitting the other switch caused the barrel to spread out at the sides.

'Basically, how it looks this gun definitely from the UAC. And the glowed-blue color around. It is Argent energy. I never saw this stuff in years' Samus thought, she looked down at herself and noticed she's not wearing anything. She had healed cuts of scar tissue all over her body from her arch-nemesis Ridley.

Samus turns her hand into a fist in rage. She can't believe that she got defeated by her worst enemy and humiliated. The next time she sees that evil alien dragons flying creature or whatever he is, she's not going to hesitate or let her guard down until he is dead for real this time.

Samus then looked around the bloody and debris riddled lab, she tried to figure out what happened here. But the puzzle was too hard to solve until she sees an active terminal that hasn't been damaged.

'Maybe it will tell me what happened here' she started to move towards the terminal, bare feet stepping through the puddles of blood spreading across the floor. Before she came in front of the active terminal. She pressed the 'playback' button on the holo screen, causing the air around her to distort and several holograms of scientists appeared. One of them shaped like a woman stepped into the room and towards the center where the tomb she woke up in, sealed and surrounded by lit candles where four scientists were on the floor kneeling down beside it like they're praying.

The woman walked around observing the tomb for speaking. "We have to contain this…" images fade away leaving everything the way it was before the holograms appeared.

'So much from knowing more,' Samus thought.

Beside her, the metal door slid apart allowing her to leave the lab. Entering another room where a large chunk of stone set against the back wall surrounded by machinery. Inside the stone, was a female armor suit, this suit is mostly dark green, silver, black, and bronze in color, with slightly lighter legs and helmet.

The suit was known as the Praetor Suit.

Samus has never seen armor like this before and it kind of reminds her of her power suit. Which she missed dearly after it got destroyed.

But there's no point in crying over stuff now.

Samus moved to the suit, she started to reach out by touching the chest plate of the suit. Suddenly an explosion of images filled her mind;

It looks like she's seeing some images of hell itself, with statues of demons bellowing into the void surrounding an altar with a sphere of red energy in the very center, a strange artifact shaped like a 'T' and made from bones with a skull sitting on top hidden within the inferno.

The images came to a sudden stop, Samus was now standing wearing the armor in holding the helmet on her hands. She couldn't explain what happened after she looked into those images, it looked strange to her. Like a vision that is showing her something in her own head and eyes.

Samus brought the helmet close as she wiped a bit of dust off the helmet's red 'T' mark the same one from the ceiling, turning it around and slipping it over her head, clicking it into place with the rest of the suit. The HUD came online with data scrolling across it as it calibrated, a health and armor monitor appearing in the bottom left corner is an ammo reader for her weapon coming up on the bottom right.

Rolling her arms, the suit fit perfectly despite how big and heavy it looked, she turned to the terminal screen beside her and it said 'demonic invasion in progress' flashing on the screen.

'No shit' she swiped across it in bringing up the status report screen;

Scan complete report error

A map of the factory appeared on the screen and pinpointed the location of the satellite array.

"Cannot determine the cause of the Demonic invasion until the rec ops satellite is brought back online." A female computerized voice said from the speakers.

'Then that's where I go' Samus thought. Suddenly an 'incoming voice comm'. Appeared on the terminal screen.

"Welcome. I'm Dr. Samuel Hayden, I'm the head of this facility. I think we can work together and resolve this problem in the way that benefits us both."

Instead of working together. Samus smashed through the terminal screen with her left fist before shoving the terminal aside.

'Sorry doctor by work for myself' Samus thought, she doesn't trust some but herself. She'd rather work alone.

With that ended she walked out of the room.
