Malachi and Shadow woke up. Brian opened the door to wake them up. "Time to get up, guys. You're starting school." He said and went downstairs.
"I don't wanna go!" Shadow pouted. Malachi said nothing. On the bus Malachi saw his friends Lulu and Darla. Malachi also had other friends, but they didn't ride the bus with him.
"Hi Malachi." Lulu waved. Lulu was Angela Anaconda's younger sister.
"Hey!" Darla waved.
"Hi." Malachi said quietly and sat down. In class Lulu, Darla, Bubbles, and Tanya were in the class together. Malachi sat a table with a boy he'd never seen before, Bubbles, and a girl named Robyn.
"Hi Bubbles. Hi Malachi." Robyn waved. She was a shy girl with brown bangs, and bright blue eyes.
"Hi!" Bubbles waved.
"Will you shut up?!" The other voice yelled. He had black eyes, spiky brown hair, a green shirt, a jacket, and jeans. Bubbles and Robyn gulped, Malachi started to speak up.
"What's your name?" He asked.
"T-that's Montana Max..." Robyn whispered.
"Oh." Malachi said. "Well...can we be friends?" He asked, Monty sat there for a moment and got an idea.
"Yes you can..." He said. Bubbles and Robyn weren't so sure about this, but Malachi believed it.
"Yay!" He smiled.
Later he saw Darla building a puzzle with Tanya. The puzzle was almost finished until Monty kicked it, and all the pieces scattered around the room.
"Why you..!" Tanya was about to hit brattyl boy. Darla also looked up and saw Monty.
"Who are you?" She asked. Monty also saw her and froze.
"I-I'm Monty." He said. Tanya folded her arms and knew the rich kids would fall in love!
