DEFENSE OF MOUNTVILLE
Zeke sat at the cafeteria table having some soup, clam chowder. Everything had been fine for a bit, the main force of the battle of Kleve was on their way back. The warm soup was fresh, surprisingly. The radio chatter had been being monitor by a group with access to both doppler and a sort of atmospheric radar, almost reaching out side of the planets protection from the solar heat generator. As Zeke scooped another spoonful, a phone began to ring in the kitchen.
"Hello, this is the cafeteria, what's your order?" Zeke heard a over-eager cook ask. He took no notice of the rest of the conversation until the cook came over to him, waving her arm up and down.
"What is it?" Zeke asked, the cook just handed him the phone, she then ran off to tell the other cooks to shut it down and to report in.
"We got something on the atmospheric radar, something other realmer-wise." Zeke told them to get into standing orders, all planes that were there and at planter needed to wait for takeoff, but in the meantime need to get ready in the hangars. Zeke rushed over to the airfield, leaving the clam chowder to cool.
[Realmer HQ, the In Between, time unknown.]
The group gathered in their plaza, the place tended to be the place to sit down and dine, but the area for now was a gathering point for the groups going in. they got called from Zeke from the Tank's For The Memories Realm, one that the realmer created in their world, but worked on its own in this. The Idea of the realms revolved around this.
There are two types of a realm, the one that exists as is in the realmer's actual world, the story that has been on pause for basically 6 months, and the one that exists due to the crossing of the worlds. The one that has been progressing in every stance for six months. In the latter one, the reason it continues is due to the idea of it being a second version, a complete copy up until the cross. As soon the realmer came, the story became less of the one he wrote, and more of a being of its own. Where movies either left off, they could go and see the after. During this time, there had been many invasions of Icelandia, Gray Mann had let his bots loose to try and take on the defense of Mountville. But due to the idea of it being split from the other version, things could end up different. Things like the crew fury surviving with Norman, but due to their in story deaths could never see their own Realm's land again due to their deaths in the movie. They could explore every other realm to their hearts content. Blowing up Nazis that won world war two, killing hell's demons in Doom, to going to a realm that wasn't actively at war and consulting their in demons. That wasn't left to just games and movie characters. Things such as Warfstache and the fearsome Anti-septiceye could be faced or, avoided. Realms were created off the stories and ideas that had been made in the main world.
The gathering included TF2's crew, both the red and blue team, The Wolfenstein crew, and the Fury Crew. While this was the only group that was gathered, the token groups where still in play. A whole group of units such as the ship taskforce know as Taffy 3, an airplane know as Old 666 and her crew, and finally a group of combat engineers that held the name of those Damned engineers, with other people's essences also token. The idea of tokens was to either have them fight, or to have their essences being able to fight for them. When it came to firefighting, the sheer courage of Jack Pritchad would help by encouraging those who use it to be able to stay calm and collected when counting to ten. For those who used Dessmond Doss's token, they would have the ability to continue, when it seems as if they are useless, they will get more than one more. The list goes on and on for now.
While the gathering goes on to be explained the planned defense, another team is there in that HQ. Mainly a RD group, but also a group that helped by monitor and informing everyone who went in to battle. They would all help in any upcoming battle. With the battle plan stated, they all split to head to their transports. They would use a thing called a splitter. It would project a gateway to the place. It worked by using the in between, splitting the void into two pieces. In the middle would be the path to the destination. It close the pathway once traveled by the splitter.
[5 miles to the south of Mountville. 13:00]
The pathway opened up to an old house. The creaky old run down place with cracked windows. Out of the pathway popped the fury crew, tank and all. The treads rolled off the path on to the muddy grass. The treads started their trace in this realm. From there, their radio lit up with voices.
"Come in command, this Wolf, we got visual on the enemy transports. Seems like space shuttles. Looks like RobCo logos on the side." The radio spewed. The crew of fury began to start their trek to Mountville as more began popping in to the realm. Over a mile to north, Terror Billy popped out of his pathway, though next to his another split opened. Out of the tear came screams of terror, then out came a man decked in armor and weapons.
"Alright, before I get shooting, just who the hell are you?" William asked, he got a strange feeling from the sight of this man in green armor, almost as if he should know him. The visor on the guys helmet answered his own question.
"Blazkowicz, seems to connect to your records. I am unable to locate the correct file due to some sort of interference. Not an enemy. I am picking up some sort of robot it signatures. Those drop ships, they are emitting a very primitive version of a wireless communications. Orders are to link up with gray's bots to storm a base called Mountville. Objective updated Blow a hole in mars. Stop robots from killing possible allies."
