High school musical 2.5 chapter 1
This is taken place right after the pool party at the country club. Some of this story is going to have parts of the high school musical 1.5 so if you didn't read that go read it.
Taylor leaves the country club after getting changed after the party she is about to call her parents to pick her up when. Honk honk, hey Mckessie you want a ride. CHAD! Taylor sees chad standing outside a sports car with the door open. Yeah, my parents just dropped it off. I have been saving up my paychecks. Taylor runs over to chad and gives him a hug. we're not going to just look at it get in ill take you for a ride. Taylor runs over to the other side as chad slides into the driver's seat. Chad pulls out of the parking lot and speeds down the interstate. Oh, I forgot to show you this. He reaches on the dashboard and presses a button. The roof starts to contract .its a convertible! Yeah, its sweet isn't it. Tayor grabs Chad's hand. So sweet. Taylor turns up the music. They just jam out for the whole ride back to Taylor's house. But when they get close chad turns then oppose way. Chad where are you going. Youll see. Chad pulls up to a cliffside and gets out of the car. Chad what are we doing here. Youll see. He walks to the trunk and grabs a blanket. then he goes over to the passenger door. After you ma lady. Taylor giggles as she steps out. Chad spreads the blanket on the hood of the car and sits on the blanket. He helps Taylor up. Perfect timing the sun is setting. Yeah, perfect timing. She leans in and gives him a soft kiss. And rest her head on his shoulder. Um, so I was thinking about graduation. what about it. Im thinking about applying to yale. Oh my god, tay that's great. Yeah but if I get.. When you get in chad interrupts. Im going to have to go the east coast and things just started getting in a good place and im going to have to leave and we don't know how long it will be till we see each other. Taylor, you should apply we can make this work. You need to follow your dreams. I could never forgive my self if im the reason you don't end up doing what you love. Chad gives her a kiss on the forehead and hops off the car. I should probably get you home. Chad picks Taylor up off the car and grabs the blanket and throws it into the back seat and drives Taylor home. I'll see you tomorrow. Yeah, I can't believe the first day of senior year is tomorrow. Yeah me neither, Taylor gives chad a kiss and gets out of the car and mouths the words" I love you" yeah yeah I know ill pick you up tomorrow. Taylor nods and runs into her house. Chad pulls off.
The next day
Taylor wakes up and starts getting ready when she hears her mom yell up the stairs. Taylor chad is here. ok, mom Taylor finishes and grabs her bag and a banana off the counter and runs out the door. Senior year baby! She hops into chads car and gives him a kiss. You ready. Ready as I'll ever be. Chad pulls into the parking lot. So I was thinking we could go to the farm and table tonight. Chad that place is super expensive. I know but I want to take my favorite girl there I have my paychecks still from the country club. So will you accompany me on our first real date? I would be honored. Chad and Taylor walk into school hand and hand and then the root of all evil Casey walks up to them. Hey, guys so I heard you guys worked at lava springs this summer. Yeah, we did Casey but I don't know how you would find that out. Oh, I have my ways. So chad you excited for the basketball season to start. Yeah, super excited but we really should be going. Chad grabs Taylor's hand and pulls her away. Somehow she seems faker then last year. Yeah I know right I don't know how that is possible. Taylor and chad walk up to the table with their lockers and homeroom assignments. Homeroom miss d, of course, same for you. yeah, and my locker is 1346. Oh my god, mine is 1345 were right next to each other. They walk to their lockers and get ready for their first day of senior year.
