It was a hot summer day in Adventure Bay.
Kat as usual got up before Chase.
He started getting into the habit of waking himself up so he didn't have to hear the blasting of Chase's megaphone in his ear.
Kat yawned and shook himself.
He stared lovingly at Ella. Kat nuzzled her.
Ella opened her eyes.
She yawned.
Got up and shook herself.
"Morning, Ella" Kat said.
"Morning Kat." Ella said.
The two kissed.
"Bet you're excited huh?" Kat asked.
She tilted her head. "For what?" she asked.
"Dont you remember? You're going scuba diving with Zuma." Kat said.
Her eyes lit up. She howled with joy. "You're right! I did forget! Do you think I'll see sharks or sea turtles?" she asked her mate.
"Probably not." Kat said. "But a gal can dream."
The two left Kat's pup house, tails intertwined.
Ella's howling had awoken several others.
Marshall stumbled out of his pup house. "What time is it?" he asked in a sleep filled voice.
"7:45." Kat said.
"Might as well get on up for the day." Skye said as she yawned.
Rocky and Aqua also got up.
Zuma followed Aqua out.
"Hey Zuma. You ready for the scuba diving trip?" Ella asked excitedly.
Zuma nodded.
"Well be meeting Captain Turbot at the dock." Aqua said.
After breakfast the 3 pups got ready.
Ella kept talking as she packed gear and other supplies they the 3 adventurers would need.
After making sure they got everything they needed, Kat hugged Ella goodbye.
"Have a wonderful time!" Kat said as he kissed her.
"I will. I love you." Ella said. "Love you too." Kat said.
Kat watched the three friends leave and went back inside.
Ryder and the remaining pups decided to watch the telly.
Rubble grabbed the remote control first and immediately put on Apollo the Super Pups.
"Rubble! We've seen this episode a hundred times." Kat complained.
"Oh come on. Its Apollo vs the Copycat!" Rubble whined.
Kat sighed and grabbed a book and sat down to read.
The others watched while Ryder played his Toon Blast game.
About an hour later, the episode finished.
"Yes. Yes. Almost there!" Ryder muttered.
Just then the pup pad rang.
"Dang it! So close and yet so far!" Ryder said, before forcing a smile and answering the call.
Ryder saw it was Captain Turbot.
"Hey Turbot. How's the..." Ryder began before Turbot interrupted him.
"Ryder! I need help! Ella went under awhile ago but she hasn't surfaced. We dont know where she-" Turbot said before he was cut off.
"Skye! Get in your and search the bay and surrounding islands! Zuma, Aqua, Turbot, get in your diving bell and look for her. The rest of check around town." Kat screamed before he rushed to the slide! "Ella! I'm coming!"
