"Some days it's just hard to see, you know," she said.

She looked at him. Finn Balor. He was so beautiful. He had been everything to her. Her lover, her boyfriend, her world, her heart and soul. Now he was nothing. He had left her. He was gone.

"It's hard to see anything," she continued. "Why you left me like that. I wish you would just tell me. How can I move on when my world keeps breaking apart around me? How can I ever take a gamble in life and love again when I don't know how to let go of you?"

Tears ran down her cheeks. All she got back in return was silence. Dead, cold silence. She would give anything to hear his voice again. It wouldn't even matter what he would say as long as he would just say something. She kept staring at him but nothing happened.

"Why, Finn?" She whispered. "Why did you leave me like that?"

The door opened and AJ stood there looking concerned.

"Elyze," he said.
"It hurts," she whispered.

He walked over to the crying brunette. Her amber eyes were filled with pain and it hurt him too. He sat down next to her, placed an arm around her shoulders and pulled her up against him. He did his best to comfort her like he had done ever since Finn left. His own pain got pushed aside for hers.

"He's gone, AJ," she cried.
"I know," he said.

He looked down at the photo of Finn on her phone. The last picture she had taken before Finn had been taken from this world. A plane crash of all things. He was on his way to see his family in Ireland when it happened.

"He loved you, Elyze," he tried comforting her again. "He really did. You were his world."
"He's still mine," she said. "How do I move on?"
"I don't know," he said honestly. "You just gotta take one day at the time. One day the pain will be a little less than the day before. One day you'll suddenly realize that you're smiling over something silly. One day the air around you won't feel as heavy as it does now."

She leaned her head on his shoulder. They both stared at the picture on her phone.

"He really was beautiful, wasn't he?" She asked.
"He sure was," he answered.
