After hearing what recently happened in the Light Novel, this idea popped into my head.

This story is set after the Unital Ring arc; which I haven't read yet. I'm one of those anime fans who just watches the show instead. So, forgive me for not knowing too much.
Dicey Café
September 30, 2029, 4:30pm
Asuna's POV
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ASUNA!"
The bar erupted with birthday cheers from my friends as they wished me a joyful birthday. From the counter, I watched a group of smiles clashing their glasses of non-alcoholic beverages with mine before we all began to celebrate. Unfortunately, we were all still too young to drink any of the alcohol Agil served, but he offered the next best stuff for a party.

"Mmm, that's some good raspberry 9Up!" I commented.
I then placed my drink onto the counter and gave a long sigh. My day had been going well and I was grateful to share it with my friends, but there was some stuff that prevented it from becoming perfect.
"Are you having a good day. Asuna?" A female voice asked.
My head turned to the right and saw one of the girls taking a seat next to me. A blonde girl with beautiful long hair and was wearing a blue short sleeve shirt. Ever since we fought in the Underworld a year ago, she had become one of my best friends. Not only was she a great fighter, but she was a great guardian for the one I loved.
"Hey, Alice!" I greeted my friend.
But what really surprised me was Alice's body in general. She was originally an Ai created by Raft to be used for artificial weaponry, but became an artificial human instead. With the android body she possessed, she was about as real as any normal human being.
"Yeah, you can say that." I answered with a sigh.
"What do you mean?" Another girl replied.
The girl who took a seat to my left was an older friend. She had long raven hair that was tied up with a pair of white barrettes and a pair of glasses over her silver eyes. Her name was Sinon and she was another girl my beloved helped out, but unlike Alice, she was a normal person we found from the MMO game. Gun Gale Online.
"I'm just wondering where Kirito is." I confessed.
"And what's even stranger is the fact that I haven't heard from Yui since last week either." I mentioned.
"Hmm, that's very strange." Sinon commented.
"Maybe Kirito's out with another OW!"
Before Klein could even finish his sarcastic reply, the youngest person in the cafe responded by cringing and stomping her foot on his. Her real name was Ayano Keiko, but my friends and I call her by her username, Silica. Like Agil, Klein, myself, and a few other girls in the cafe, she too was one of the survivors of SAO. She had light brown hair; which was tied into two tails by red ribbons and had light brown eyes.
"That's NOT FUNNY, Klein!" Silica growled.
"And besides, there's no way Kirito would do that during Asuna's special day." A brunette who we called "Lisbeth" countered.
"In fact, he's the reason why we're all here." Agil exclaimed.
"Really?" Alice and I spoke, turning back to the bartender.
"Apparently, he has a surprise for all of us and wanted the cafe for the evening." The bartender mentioned.
"A surprise for all of us?" I blinked.
"Mmhm." Agil nodded.
"Well, this party just got more interesting!" Lisbeth said excitement.
"I'm sure he's just stuck in traffic." Agil guessed.
"Well then, I guess we'll just have to wait till he gets here!" I concluded, grabbing my can of 9Up.
Forty Minutes Later
After having two glasses of non-alcoholic beverages, I had not only driven to a state of boredom, but also a state of worry. We were all waiting for Kirito to arrive since four o' clock and it was leading some of us to go impatient.
"Okay, where the hell is he?!" Alice wondered, gripping her glass tightly.
"It's almost 5:15." I mentioned checking the time on my smartphone.
With the suspense killing me, I opened my messenger app and started to text a word to my beloved.
"Sorry, I'm late!"
"KIRITO!"
The cries of my friends instantly gave me a heart attack as I nearly flipped my phone off the bar counter. I immediately turned around and spotted "The Black Swordsman" entering the cafe; which caused me to blush in different moods. The others and I were feeling the urge to punish him for making us wait too long, but I was more relieved he arrived unharmed.
"What took you so long?" Silica asked.
"Don't you know it's rude to keep a girl waiting?!" Lisbeth scolded.
"I'm sorry, Suguha and I were stuck in traffic because of some old woman!" Kirito apologized, rubbing his head.
"The point is that you're here in one peace." I accepted the apology, getting off of my bar stool.
I then went over to my future fiance and gave him a warm smile. Seeing him on my birthday was all I wanted. No gift could ever top the simplicity of spending time with the person you love. Unfortunately, the sweet moment didn't last long at all as I heard Agil coughing behind me, waking me up from my thoughts.
"Oh right!"
Overwhelmed by the moment, Kirito then simply took a step back to the door and placed his hand on the knob. He then took a deep breath and gave me a sensitive look at me; which really caught me off guard. There had been moments where Kirito was wholesome to our friends and I, but whenever he became touchy, something was going up.
He then dug his right arm into his pocket and pulled out a white envelope from his pants.
"Happy Birthday, Asuna!" My future fiance smiled.
I took the envelope out of Kirito's hand and opened it. A typical card was inside, but the front of it was kind of surprising.
"Awww!"
Before anyone could ask, I slowly spun around the room and showed the others the card. The front of the card was simply just a screenshot of all of us in ALO. It was a fairly recent screenshot of all of us in our ALO avatars. We were all standing in front of the wooden cabin located on the 22nd floor of New Alncrad. Kirito and I bought a few years ago and it has been a 2nd home for us.
"Nice photo!" Lisbeth commented.
"And Pina and Alice's dragon are there too!"" Silica exclaimed.
"That's actually a very good screenshot!" Sinon nodded.
I then opened the card and read what was written inside.
"Thanks for playing with us and have a Happy Birthday!."
"Love Kirito, Klein, Sinon, Silica, Lisbeth, Suguha, Agil, Alice, and…"
Suddenly, I stopped reading. My eyes widened greatly upon seeing the final signature as it was the only sloppy one. The other names were written in cursive writing, but the last one looked basic. It was only three letters, but they were enough to slowly glance away from the card with disbelief.
"Surprise!" Kirito cried.
The Black Swordsman swung open the door, revealing the long awaited surprise. What was beyond the doorway made my heart jump like crazy. Emotions were blending inside me as I was trying to process what I was seeing.
"Mommy?"
Suguha, Kirito's non-biological sister was standing outside with a large white box in her hands. However, the one who called me "Mommy" was standing next to her. A little girl who I never thought I would see be real.
"Happy Birthday, Asuna!" Suguha greeted.
"Y-YUI?!" I struggled to say in disbelief
"PFFFT! WHAT?!" Klein gasped, spitting out his drink.
"EXCUSE ME?!"" Lisbeth cried.
"NO WAY!" Silica reacted .
My long, raven haired baby girl was staring at me with her silver colored eyes. Like how she looked in VR/AR, she was wearing a white dress, but was also wearing a pair of black mary jane flats. Visually, she looked as real as a human child.
"I must be dreaming!" I began to sob.
"MOMMY!"
Before I knew it, I was nearly knocked down to the wooden floor by Yui. And then, I lost it. Tears of pure joy began streaming down my face as I felt my child's real body. I didn't have the slightest clue how the hell it happened, but a miracle occurred. With her smooth skin and long, black hair wrapped around my arms, it became crystal clear that I was embracing the same Yui who was originally an AI, but was now a real child.
"You're real!" I cried.
"Mommy!"
"Mommy." Yui sobbed.
After a good minute of an incredible embrace, we pulled away from each other and got a good look at each other. A warm smile spread on her face as our hands still holding each other. With her warm palms touching mine, my baby girl turned her head towards Kirito, signaling him to join us.
"It took a week and your parents will probably kill me for doing this, but it was a once in a lifetime opportunity I couldn't pass." Kirito smiled.
"H-how how in the…"
"Do you remember Rinko?" The Black Swordsman responded.
"Koujiro Rinko?" I blinked.
"I was told she was the one who requested Raft to give me my body." Alice mentioned.
"She also helped me find Kirito when he was in Raft." I added.
"Anyway, I guess she wanted to thank us for helping Alice or the stuff we did recently in SAO." Kirito figured.
"And since your birthday was coming, it was Yui who suggested the idea." He replied.
"Yui?" I gasped, looking at my child.
"Mmhmm, I wanted to surprise you with something for your birthday, Mommy. And after seeing wow well Alice was doing in the real world and hearing from Rinko, I thought it'd be great to truly join you and Daddy like a real family." Yui exclaimed.
Overwhelmed by wha I was at a loss for words. The virtual child who became real touched my heart and my feelings began to stir up again once I saw Kirito approach us. Yui reached her right hand and grabbed her father's and pulled him towards us. It was at that moment that my impossible wish became a reality. Kirito and I were going to get married soon and Yui had officially become our real daughter.

Everyone then sang Happy Birthday to me as Suguha opened the white box, revealing a large vanilla flavored cake. The cake had "Happy Birthday Asuna Yuuki" written with orange frosting on top and a light blue wavy border around the side. There were even two candles that stuck on top showing off how old I was.
"Okay, Mommy!" Yui said.
"Make a wish and blow out the candles." She smiled.
"But it already came true." I responded.
"Well then, make another wish." Suguha told me.
It took a minute or two, but I managed to think of another wish. A wish that was going to be kept a secret to my friends, but a blessing to one of them. I leaned towards the cake and blew out the burning candles.
"What did you wish for?" Yui wondered.
"If I told you, then it wouldn't come true." I smiled back.
"Anyways, let's have some cake!" I announced.
"YEAH!" Everyone cheered.
Kirito's House, 9:00pm
Kirito's POV
The sun had set for the night as everyone was heading home or sleeping. The party went off as well as I expected; which made Yui sleep on my bed. Unfortunately, the next day was going to be another busy one after Asuna reminded me what to do next. A bunch of errands needed to be done in order to make Yui a legal human being, but they were stuff that needed to be done another day.
*Yawn*
I was lying in front of my computer in a tired state while Yui was sleeping peacefully in my bed. The computer screen's brightness was dim enough so Yui could sleep while I was doing some last minute research. Unfortunately, sleep was getting the best of me.
"Better call it a night." I yawned.
One by one I closed the windows I had opened on my PC until I stumbled on one. The inbox to my email was shown on the screen, but what really got my eye was Koujiro Rinko's message. I clicked on it and read the reply, causing me to slowly turn to my bed.
"Mommy."
"Daddy."
Yui's soft moaning was enough to touch my heart after reading her request. It had been over a week since she was "reborn" into the real world, but it still surprised me. Ever since Asuna and I first found her, one of her greatest wishes was to be with us. To live like a real family; which was about to come true. A wish I also had.
"Since you were the one who brought Alice to the real world, will it be alright if you give a body too?"
"I wish to always be with my Mommy and Daddy."

After hearing what happens to Alice, I'm really surprised Yui hasn't gotten an android body too. Maybe she'll get one when the series ends.
