Author's Note: In the last episode, Harry pulled James aside to talk to him. Now, getting on with the story:
"What is it dad?", asked James
"First of all, I wanted to tell you that you were an amazing Seeker, just as good as your grandfather and I were"
"Thanks, what else did you want to tell me?"
"Wanna pull a prank with your grandfather and I?"
"What do you think, of course I want to pull a prank."
In the Great Hall at Lunch
Harry, older James and younger James made a little detour at each of the common rooms. When they walked into the Hall, they were the only ones there, with the exception of the teachers. They smirked at each other and laughed as they saw the looks on the faces of the professors that had taught when the Marauders were at school.
The Hufflepuffs walked in wearing gold robes, and Gryffindor ties. Their hair was spiked and was dyed red and gold. They had lions across the front of their robes, small lion tattoos all over their faces, and nails that were painted red and gold. Around their necks and wrists were scarlet and gold necklaces, watches, and bracelets. They sat down at their table looking very embarrassed by their appearance.
The Ravenclaws all had hot pink hair, scarlet robes, and faces that were painted gold, only there seemed to be a charm that prevented it from coming off, because nothing they were doing was helping. Their robes had bold-faced print that read Gryffindor Forever. They looked slightly embarrassed when they walked in looking like an advertisement for joining Gryffindor house. When they saw the Slytherins, they were just grateful they hadn't gotten off as bad as them.
All of the Slytherins walked in together. The members of the Quidditch team had WE ARE LOSERS tattooed across their faces, with red and gold hair that was somehow enchanted to spell We suck, Gryffindors rule. All of the Slytherins had red and gold robes on. The ones that didn't play Quidditch had fiery red hair with gold streaks. They seemed to be trying every possible counter-jinx to undo the enchantments on themselves.
When the Gryffindors walked in, they took one look at the Ravenclaws, Hufflepuffs, and Slytherins, and burst out laughing. McGonagall walked up to Harry and both Jameses.
"3 months worth of detention Mr. Potter", she said sharply, directing the words at younger James. "As for you two, I will be writing to Lily and Ginny", she said, and strode off
"We are so dead", said old James and Harry
"Yeah, Mum and grandmum are going to kill you."
Albus, Lily, and Victorie joined them.
"So you three did that?", asked Victorie
"Yeah", said Harry
"THAT WAS BLOODY BRILLIANT!", she yelled
"I know, want me to teach you the jinxes?"
"Yes, I can use them whenever someone's annoying me"
The three wrote down all of the jinxes and the words that alternated depending on what color you wanted and gave it to her. She duplicated it twice and handed a copy to Albus and Lily. Pointing her wand at Patty Ferguson, who was the second reserve Chaser and was consistently complaining about how she deserved a starting spot, she said, "Harius Greenus Silverius". Patty's hair turned green and silver, and she ran out of the Hall screaming. After lunch, the students went to their dorms. James and Harry got up to go back home.
"Mum and Ginny are going to kill us, you know"
"Yeah, they are"
And with that, they apparated home, as ready as possible for what was coming.
