Prologue
There are two bodies. Both are alive, but one won't be for long. The girl, rapidly losing her blood, has no strength to struggle. The woman smiles as she drinks in the scene in front of her. She takes a stamp and the girl's blood is now ink, ink used to make a stereotypical lipstick kiss on the envelope, ink used to address the envelope "To the Prince that is too Late".
She reads over her letter. "My dearest Prince," it reads in tall, thin letters, "you have found your princess. Alas, she is gone. There are more, though. Listen to me and you may be fast enough to find the next one, before she, too, is lost at the hands of the villain. I offer you a hint. It is all in the name. Love Always, The Evil Queen."
Satisfied, she tucks the letter into the bloodstained envelope and seals it. Depositing it on a pretty blue dress, she props it up on a pair of clear slippers and walks away.
