History: Godzilla is the son of the late Dagon, the previous King of the Monsters. It is unknown what the relationship between Godzilla and Dagon was like, but many hieroglyphics say that they often fought alongside one another. After Dagon's death at the hands of M.U.T.O. Prime, Godzilla was taken in by Gigamoth, the incarnation of Mothra at the time.

In 1954, Godzilla was awakened by the Nautilus, the first deep-diving nuclear submarine. However, Godzilla wasn't interested in the sub, and instead pursued the parasitic Titan known as Shinomura. After many encounters, Eiji Serizawa had Monarch launch a nuclear missile at them. The explosion killed Shinomura, but only made Godzilla stronger.

In 1999, after the discovery of Dagon's skeleton, Godzilla went to slumber in the ruins of the Janjira power plant, killing Sandra Brody, wife of the plant's supervisor, Joseph Brody. 15 years later, Godzilla awoke when his power supply was cut off, and turned to the East to pursue the vicious Magna, a snakelike Titan that was originally thought to be Leviathan. With the help of the Avengers and two other Titans, Godzilla killed Magna and subdued her mate, Leviathan.

In 2016, Godzilla reappeared to greet his ally and close friend, Mothra Prime, and her offspring. He then heard the roars of his nemesis, M.U.T.O. Prime, and swam to Japan to confront her. Godzilla drove her off, but Mothra Prime was gravely injured in the battle. His roar of loss was heard in Arizona, where Anguirus arose. As his ally took Mothra, Battra, and several Kamacuras nymphs to Siberia, Godzilla laid in a lagoon in depression. Later, Anguirus bit his neck to snap him out of his sadness. The two then swam to Mexico, where they fought Rodan.

After an enslaving agent was introduced into his bloodstream by Femuto, Godzilla was healed by a matured Mothra and proceeded to fight M.U.T.O. Prime. After a substantial amount of fighting, Prime unleashed a sonic screech that shattered his dorsal spines and almost rendered his comatose. Battra, in an act of self-sacrifice, died so that his energy would be absorbed by Godzilla. Godzilla's spines rapidly healed and he killed M.U.T.O. Prime with a red Atomic Breath blast down her throat.

Personality: Godzilla is largely passive in regards to the humans, but seems to recognize their importance in many circumstances. When the Avengers brought a nuclear warhead to his mouth, he opened it and swallowed the warhead, giving him the power to kill Magna and a small group of HYDRA agents.

His interests are mainly focused on maintaining the balance of power in the Titan world. The combined forces of Magna and Leviathan posed a significant threat to him, and he aimed to kill them before they reproduced.

Appearance and Powers: Godzilla is a massive reptilian monster that overshadows the majority of Titans on Earth. His body is highly muscular, and his tail is adapted perfectly for swimming. His arms are short, but are long enough to extend past his head. His legs are strong and pillar-like. He has a set of crag-like spines on his back, which are encased in larger spines that are more similar to maple leaves. His head is similar in structure to a bear's, with a boxy head and a short snout.

Godzilla is extremely strong, even for his size. He has been observed throwing monsters his own size over a distance of several blocks. Although he is slow, he also has fast reflexes, and seems to possess a set of skills similar to jujitsu. His main weapons are his teeth, claws and tail, although he has a ranged attack known as his Atomic Breath. This attack is a bright blue radioactive fire that assaults it's target with the intensity of a blowtorch. This Atomic Breath can turn red when his energy yield is extremely high.
