Dipper Cipher- BillDip: This story took place a year straight after the end of summer and the twins' 13th birthday (let's pretend that Weirdmageddon never happened but a few more years later and Ford still got the rift). Dipper and Mabel were high schoolers and technically teenagers- much to Dipper's delight to prove how mature and responsible he'd become, though Mabel's pretty much the same and the opposite. When they came to visit Gravity Falls the second time, some sudden realizations dawned on Dipper about who and what he was to his friends and family. Unknown to anyone but the author of this fanfic, the one and only Bill Cipher's still alive- due to not being a jerky over-sized dorito to anyone and has been watching the Pines twins throughout the year and couldn't stop but feeling sad for the younger one... There's more than that guys but the full summary is in the next chapter, about the plot and as well as some explanation. Also this is a BillDip fanfic and just so you know I'm more of a Dipper person so don't blame me about the way I used to describe Mabel, it's just my point of view is all.
